Expensive but on par with most local vets. Very nice doctors PLEASE READ UPDATED REVIEW!! Fall and winter 2017- 2018 I've been there frequently recently and Dr Schultz is WONDERFUL !!!! Her vet tech nurses have been great too. They're kind and take GREAT care of my dog, Doc Holiday. Dr Schultz did only tests and procedures that I agreed to and could afford while still discussing options and providing EXCELLENT compassionate care. The staff are very friendly and helpful now. I cannot say enough good about Dr Schultz though!! She's warm, kind and a top notch veterinarian. My dog and I BOTH love her! We're loyal fur patient and family now!! Read Less

Online reviews were not available the last time I was at TAH, but since I am still in a state of disgust I thought I would opine now. Some years ago I was in the waiting room when I overheard a conversation between the receptionist and someone who called to make an appointment to get their cat spayed. The caller was asked if they would like to also do a declawing at the same time (!!!!!!!!!!!!) I was appalled and never went back. What a horribly cruel thing to do to cats in the first place, but for a veterinary practice to encourage such mutilation as if it were a simple nail trimming is just criminal. I sincerely hope that is not still done. Whenever I am looking for a new vet the first thing I ask is if they declaw. No vet should offer declawing, tail docking or ear cropping. Read Less

Avoid this place unless you do not mind being over charged 300% My mother in law was charged $800 for getting treatment for her dog that lasted a few hours. I was shocked when I saw the itemized bill. My advise, drive another 10 minutes and do not get ripped off. Read Less

We have used Timberlyne Animal Hospital since we moved here in 1988 through the lives of 3 dogs. They have always given us excellent care. Since VCA purchased the clinic it has become more expensive and I find that a new problem. I wish they would lower their prices and move back to the "hometown" model. The newsletter and other additions VCA has added are not a plus for the client, IMHO. But...great doctors and care. Read Less

We have received the best care for our pets throughout the years. From rabbits to our chihuahua we have been going to Timberlyne Animal Clinic for over 20 years. We even had to use the emergency services a few years back (not sure if it is still offered though) and it saved our dog's life. Our dog is needing more care from the vet techs and they are very helpful and friendly since we have to take her every month or so. Read Less

I don't have much basis for comparison; this is the only place I've taken my dog. Also, he's only been sick once. They're very nice, but expensive, and they don't give you much time to think over your decision of what course to take with the dog. I just started looking for another place to take him. Read Less
