I am very thankful to have found Atrium Animal Hospital. I cannot say enough about the entire staff. I called in to inquire about their practice and schedule an appointment for my pup. The lady who answered my call (Suzanne I believe) was incredibly helpful and understanding. She spent 30-minutes on the phone with me. I find that incredibly rare these days. She was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns. I was able to be seen very quickly. My First visit was nothing short of amazing. Upon arrival, the front desk happily greeted me and my very vocal (loud) pup with open arms. No stress, no judgement. Very soon, Brittany, a vet tech I think (but a true animal whisperer) came to take us back. Brittany is seriously special. My pup does not like the vet but Brittany was able to calm my dog beyond anything I've ever experience between him and a stranger. We visited with Dr. Johnson, who was incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She too was very experienced in handling my high energy breed. Atrium has so many resources available, all on staff which allows them to help diagnose and treat almost anything for your furry family member. In just a short time, Atrium has made me a raving fan and I will be returning for the foreseeable future.

After some disappointing experiences with other vets, I found Atrium. I have brought all my animals here. Just in the last month they have very gently helped me let my little girl Chihuahua loose from her pain. They have examined both my dogs and found one has a heart murmur that no one else had found, even though I kept telling other vets something was wrong. But what really stands out to me is what happened this week. I took my large cat in to get his rabies shot and as we were leaving, he managed to break loose from his carrier and run. I was terrified. We were so close to 51 and it was 5:00 traffic. But no fewer than five staff members immediately ran out trying to catch him. He managed to avoid everyone for about 20 minutes, always getting closer to the highway. I had just about given up and I went around the corner and here they came carrying a very large, angry cat! They are my heroes!

We currently have three dogs and two cats, and have had several other pets over the years, all of which are/have been extremely important to us. Going back many years as well as living in different states, we've had numerous experiences with different vets and I can say Atrium is the best by far. All of the staff and doctors are pleasant and know what they are doing, and always put the animal's welfare first. We've been using them exclusively now for years and I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else. Just one of many examples: We adopted an extremely neglected dog with a myriad of health issues while I was working in another state, where that local vet told me her prognosis was extremely guarded and he wasn't sure he could help her. I got a second opinion from Atrium, and under Dr. Johnson's care, she is now thriving and doing great two years later.

My dog has 2 veterinarians who use conventional approaches. He was experiencing deep swallowing and had had an ultrasound and an endoscopy. The result was that my dog had food allergies and was prescribed a diet with hydrolyzed protein. I sought holistic medicine veterinarian for a healthier alternative and made this clear when seeing Dr. Hombs. I was given a crock pot diet (which I later found was very similar to a diet that was free online) along with supplements. My dog's symptoms worsened and Dr. Hombs prescribed Metoclopramide. When my dog's symptoms persisted and I asked for the next step, I was told it would be an endoscopy. That answer alone helped me realize that the medical records I had sent prior to my initial appointment were not even considered. Now, my dog is back on the hydrolyzed protein diet and I'm seeking another holistic veterinarian whose approach truly is holistic.This was a waste of $250.00, of which half is requested before the appointment. A total rip-off!

I really liked the ability to have honest and direct conversations about my options related to vaccines and medications. I didn't feel pressured into doing more or less based on their preferences, but every decision was made based on my wishes for my furry family member.

were there for us and helped get Bernie back to excellent health.
They massaged him every hour for 2 days. After a day of high pain and discomfort, we are happy to report he is back to his binky old self.
We highly recommend Atrium for their attentiveness and professionalism.

The staff and doctors at Atrium are awesome. They always treat us with respect and professionalism. From the time you make the appointment until you walk out the door, everyone makes you feel like you are part of the family. I know my fur babies will get the best treatment available when I go to Atrium. The desk staff is friendly. The Vet Techs are kind and Caring. The boarding staff puts you at ease when you leave your "babies" with them and the doctors are up to date with the latest technology, caring, considerate, experts and overall amazing. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with the care of my pets. I feel like they love my pets as much as I do.

The Dr. called us around lunch to discuss her findings and options. She was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Bunny had aesthesia and his treatment. Everything went well. The hospital called us to follow up. Nice experience. Not terribly expensive. Will definitely use them again if my bunny needs a vet.

Atrium is the best! The staff is super friendly, helpful and action-oriented. I called looking for help with a baby squirrel and they gave me new rehabilitators to call and told me what to do to save the baby. They asked me to call with an update the next day. When I hadn't gotten a call back from a rehabilitator, they put me on hold and called one for me who promptly called me. They were so kind. I don't have any pets but when I do I am going to Atrium. And until then, I am telling everyone I know how great they are.

I loved how she prescribed Chinese herbs for our dog's seasonal allergies instead of Benadryl like every other vet we have been to in the past which is helping Monkey so much already!! She also talked about food and what proteins would be better for our little allergy dog and recommended adding a probiotic to her diet. She also made us realize that the Salmon oil we were using was actually making poor Monkey's allergies worse and she gave us some samples of a better quality salmon oil as well as a holistic dehydrated food that Monkey loved!

What is so fantastic about them is their personal involvements with their furry clients and their belief in holistic medicine. Dr. Butchko was so kind and so professional! I can't speak for the other vets, but I'll bet they are wonderful. Definitely give them a try. Only reason for 4 stars & not 5 is that the wonderful Dr. Butchko is no longer there.

My dog has received all routine care and treatment for periodic health issues from the professionals at Atrium Animal Hospital since I adopted him as a 9-week-old puppy in March 2008. I include the entire staff -- top-flight office/reception crew, skilled veterinary techs, and compassionate veterinarians -- in that designation as "professionals."
The office is always clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. The staff is efficient and both pet- and owner-friendly. The vets and vet techs work together to provide quality care, always with the health, comfort, and happiness of the pets top-of-mind.
Finally, I purchase all my dog's food at AAH because the *same* brand of premium dog food stocked at a discount online mail-order business turned out to be of lesser quality that what I purchase, by the case, from Atrium Animal Hospital.
I am grateful that the pet I love so much is enjoying a great life in top health, and I owe that to the professionals at Atrium Animal Hospital

We moved to Atrium after a bad experience with another vet. My husband, who was the one taking our old boy in that day, was probably more nervous than the cat. Dr Laura immediately put him at ease, telling him both the likely problem and, upon finding out he had a science background, explaining the science and medicine behind her choice of treatment. As our old boy got closer to the end, she continued to give us options but let us choose what felt best. The whole staff was supportive and came to know us in the more frequent visits near the end, and showed genuine sympathy for us. I will definitely be bringing new additions to our family here when we decide we're ready.

A wonderful homeopathic practice! I hate to say this but I am very skeptical of veterinarians. This was the first vet that actually felt as if they cared for my dog's well being. My dog needed x-rays and they did not use anesthesia! Amazing. Very impressed with the compassion and professionalism of the staff. After a round of acupuncture, a regime of Chinese herbs, supplements and a recommended grain free diet- my dog is in the best health ever. Friends and family have even commented how much better she looks. So happy that we found Atrium!

I haven't brought my pets here YET. After horrors with Hobart animal clinic ever been looking for a new vet. My mom has(d) a large dog she couldn't get to the vet and they were onsite in a few days to help. Sadly the dog passed today, she called Hobart and the answer to "can you please help pick my dog up" (my mom is in her 60s and the dog is 130#) the reply was "maybe in a day or two". Arbor View was there in 30 minutes and there was true compassion from those onsite. No payment, nothing about payment until ashes are returned. I personally thank you and your staff for this. I travel for work and wasn't able to be around today as I'm In Houston. I can't wait to bring my two boys to a new dr who actually cares and isn't a factory to just get paid.

I had the best experience at Arbor View. After working in animal rescue for years I have very high standards for my veterinarians. I have a variety of animals including cats, dogs, and exotic birds and lizards. And I would feel comfortable bringing any of them to Dr. Byerly. She is a wealth of information and was very honest and compassionate about my animals prognosis. She really knows her stuff. I was thoroughly impressed. We got our cat from the shelter and we're recommended to take her to this animal hospital for her initial check up and spay. We were requested to bring in a fecal sample at the time of her check up. We did that and after everything was done, spay included. We find out our cat is extremely infested with worms! Literally any kind of worm you could think of. How on earth did we give them a fecal sample and have them do a surgery without ever noticing this?! Never going back to this place. Save your money and go to a hospital that will do proper check ups on your pets.

I had to wait a bit but it was worth it. The level of concern and care and niceness given to the pets and the owners is exceptional! They really spend quality time with each of their patients. I did not feel rushed at all. I was so impressed by Dr. Byerly. We have 2 parakeets and everyone at the office was so happy to meet them. They talked with them and they did their best to make them feel comfortable. Dr. Byerly answered all of my questions and gave us so much helpful information. We will definitely be back!

I am very thankful to have found Atrium Animal Hospital. I cannot say enough about the entire staff. I called in to inquire about their practice and schedule an appointment for my pup. The lady who answered my call (Suzanne I believe) was incredibly helpful and understanding. She spent 30-minutes on the phone with me. I find that incredibly rare these days. She was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns. I was able to be seen very quickly. My First visit was nothing short of amazing. Upon arrival, the front desk happily greeted me and my very vocal (loud) pup with open arms. No stress, no judgement. Very soon, Brittany, a vet tech I think (but a true animal whisperer) came to take us back. Brittany is seriously special. My pup does not like the vet but Brittany was able to calm my dog beyond anything I've ever experience between him and a stranger. We visited with Dr. Johnson, who was incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She too was very experienced in handling my high energy breed. Atrium has so many resources available, all on staff which allows them to help diagnose and treat almost anything for your furry family member. In just a short time, Atrium has made me a raving fan and I will be returning for the foreseeable future.

After some disappointing experiences with other vets, I found Atrium. I have brought all my animals here. Just in the last month they have very gently helped me let my little girl Chihuahua loose from her pain. They have examined both my dogs and found one has a heart murmur that no one else had found, even though I kept telling other vets something was wrong. But what really stands out to me is what happened this week. I took my large cat in to get his rabies shot and as we were leaving, he managed to break loose from his carrier and run. I was terrified. We were so close to 51 and it was 5:00 traffic. But no fewer than five staff members immediately ran out trying to catch him. He managed to avoid everyone for about 20 minutes, always getting closer to the highway. I had just about given up and I went around the corner and here they came carrying a very large, angry cat! They are my heroes!

We currently have three dogs and two cats, and have had several other pets over the years, all of which are/have been extremely important to us. Going back many years as well as living in different states, we've had numerous experiences with different vets and I can say Atrium is the best by far. All of the staff and doctors are pleasant and know what they are doing, and always put the animal's welfare first. We've been using them exclusively now for years and I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else. Just one of many examples: We adopted an extremely neglected dog with a myriad of health issues while I was working in another state, where that local vet told me her prognosis was extremely guarded and he wasn't sure he could help her. I got a second opinion from Atrium, and under Dr. Johnson's care, she is now thriving and doing great two years later.

My dog has 2 veterinarians who use conventional approaches. He was experiencing deep swallowing and had had an ultrasound and an endoscopy. The result was that my dog had food allergies and was prescribed a diet with hydrolyzed protein. I sought holistic medicine veterinarian for a healthier alternative and made this clear when seeing Dr. Hombs. I was given a crock pot diet (which I later found was very similar to a diet that was free online) along with supplements. My dog's symptoms worsened and Dr. Hombs prescribed Metoclopramide. When my dog's symptoms persisted and I asked for the next step, I was told it would be an endoscopy. That answer alone helped me realize that the medical records I had sent prior to my initial appointment were not even considered. Now, my dog is back on the hydrolyzed protein diet and I'm seeking another holistic veterinarian whose approach truly is holistic.This was a waste of $250.00, of which half is requested before the appointment. A total rip-off!

They massaged him every hour for 2 days. After a day of high pain and discomfort, we are happy to report he is back to his binky old self.

From the time you make the appointment until you walk out the door, everyone makes you feel like you are part of the family. I know my fur babies will get the best treatment available when I go to Atrium. The desk staff is friendly. The Vet Techs are kind and Caring. The boarding staff puts you at ease when you leave your "babies" with them and the doctors are up to date with the latest technology, caring, considerate, experts and overall amazing. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with the care of my pets. I feel like they love my pets as much as I do.

The Dr. called us around lunch to discuss her findings and options. She was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Bunny had aesthesia and his treatment. Everything went well. Atrium is the best! The staff is super friendly, helpful and action-oriented. I called looking for help with a baby squirrel and they gave me new rehabilitators to call and told me what to do to save the baby. They asked me to call with an update the next day. When I hadn't gotten a call back from a rehabilitator, they put me on hold and called one for me who promptly called me. They were so kind. I don't have any pets but when I do I am going to Atrium. And until then, I am telling everyone I know how great they are.

She also talked about food and what proteins would be better for our little allergy dog and recommended adding a probiotic to her diet. She also made us realize that the Salmon oil we were using was actually making poor Monkey's allergies worse and she gave us some samples of a better quality salmon oil as well as a holistic dehydrated food that Monkey loved!

My dog has received all routine care and treatment for periodic health issues from the professionals at Atrium Animal Hospital since I adopted him as a 9-week-old puppy in March 2008. I include the entire staff -- top-flight office/reception crew, skilled veterinary techs, and compassionate veterinarians -- in that designation as "professionals."
The office is always clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. The staff is efficient and both pet- and owner-friendly. The vets and vet techs work together to provide quality care, always with the health, comfort, and happiness of the pets top-of-mind.
Finally, I purchase all my dog's food at AAH because the *same* brand of premium dog food stocked at a discount online mail-order business turned out to be of lesser quality that what I purchase, by the case, from Atrium Animal Hospital.
I am grateful that the pet I love so much is enjoying a great life in top health, and I owe that to the professionals at Atrium Animal Hospital

We moved to Atrium after a bad experience with another vet. My husband, who was the one taking our old boy in that day, was probably more nervous than the cat. Dr Laura immediately put him at ease, telling him both the likely problem and, upon finding out he had a science background, explaining the science and medicine behind her choice of treatment. As our old boy got closer to the end, she continued to give us options but let us choose what felt best. The whole staff was supportive and came to know us in the more frequent visits near the end, and showed genuine sympathy for us. I will definitely be bringing new additions to our family here when we decide we're ready.

A wonderful homeopathic practice! I hate to say this but I am very skeptical of veterinarians. This was the first vet that actually felt as if they cared for my dog's well being. My dog needed x-rays and they did not use anesthesia! Amazing. Very impressed with the compassion and professionalism of the staff. After a round of acupuncture, a regime of Chinese herbs, supplements and a recommended grain free diet- my dog is in the best health ever. Friends and family have even commented how much better she looks. So happy that we found Atrium!

I haven't brought my pets here YET. After horrors with Hobart animal clinic ever been looking for a new vet. My mom has(d) a large dog she couldn't get to the vet and they were onsite in a few days to help. Sadly the dog passed today, she called Hobart and the answer to "can you please help pick my dog up" (my mom is in her 60s and the dog is 130#) the reply was "maybe in a day or two". Arbor View was there in 30 minutes and there was true compassion from those onsite. No payment, nothing about payment until ashes are returned. I personally thank you and your staff for this. I travel for work and wasn't able to be around today as I'm In Houston. I can't wait to bring my two boys to a new dr who actually cares and isn't a factory to just get paid.

I had the best experience at Arbor View. After working in animal rescue for years I have very high standards for my veterinarians. We got our cat from the shelter and we're recommended to take her to this animal hospital for her initial check up and spay. We were requested to bring in a fecal sample at the time of her check up. We did that and after everything was done, spay included. We find out our cat is extremely infested with worms! Literally any kind of worm you could think of. How on earth did we give them a fecal sample and have them do a surgery without ever noticing this?! Never going back to this place. Save your money and go to a hospital that will do proper check ups on your pets.

I had to wait a bit but it was worth it. The level of concern and care and niceness given to the pets and the owners is exceptional! They really spend quality time with each of their patients. I did not feel rushed at all. I was so impressed by Dr. Byerly. We have 2 parakeets and everyone at the office was so happy to meet them. They talked with them and they did their best to make them feel comfortable. Dr. Byerly answered all of my questions and gave us so much helpful information. We will definitely be back!
