We had an awesome experience with Clear Creek today. They were really therapeutic to our rescue dog who can struggle at the vet. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and they even gave us a welcome bag of goodies they also have a yearly wellness program that includes everything you need as far as immunizations, and you can pay monthly with no interest in increments. I highly recommend them!

I spent $150.00 for the vet to barely look at my dog to see if her teeth had a cavity she did not look at her back teeth. Biggest rip off ever! $150.00 and now two tickets from the Police! I have only had one visit here so far, but was impressed with the care that the employees have. Not only about my dog, but about me and the financial situation. Many times vet bills can be outrageous and it has put me off from going on a regular basis. Sometimes it is hard to catch up, and they understand that. They were extremely caring regarding giving me prices up front and breaking up visits so they would be more financially do-able. The staff was very nice. Amy and Dr. Kristen Bamonte, DVM were so helpful and went out of their way to help me, which I appreciated very much. I have two more upcoming appointments, so I will update my review as needed. So far so good!

I want to take a moment on behalf of the Byram family to say something. We as a family have been a part of the family there at clear creek for more than 40 years now. We just recently had to say goodbye to our beloved pomeranian Poppy. He was 18 almost 19 year's old. It was with all the tremendous help and love of the doctors and staff there that we had him in our lives so long. He will be missed but not forgotten. I also wanted to let you know that we were able to make room in our hurting hearts for adoption of another fur baby her name is Jasmine a yorkie maltese mix. Thank you all so much. I have never met a better group of people or have witnessed so much care and concern as I have over the years at Clear Creek. From routine visits to Moe's bionic legs he received the best care around. I regret to say Moe is no longer with us but with the help of all the staff at Clear Creek it was very peaceful and Moe can rest in peace. If you don't have a "license" for your dog, don't take them here. They let the police know and you're sent a bill to get a license for an animal. So silly. The staff was friendly, although pretty forgetful about the free nail trim they offer on yelp. We had to remind them 3 times before they did it. They also sent wrong info to the police saying my dog was a male when she's a female, also saying she wasn't spayed when she is. These people don't pay attention to details. I doubt we will return.

Everyone was so friendly. From the front staff, to the vet assistant, to the vet herself! I honestly didn't get my vet's name, but she was super sweet and she handled my dog with great care. The prices were awesome and unlike other vets they DID NOT try to force a wellness package or unneeded supplies on my dog (which I appreciated so much. No one wants to feel like they are being sold something when they're trying to care for their pet). Thanks Clear Creek! I think we found our vet here in our new town.

Sadly we had to say good-bye to our precious Bear last week. I would like to thank Dr. Bamonte and the staff for helping us though that heart breaking time. They allowed us to spend all the time we needed with him and Dr. Bamonte sat with us and comforted us to the end. They have cared for him for many years and we trusted them to care for him while we were out of town. This hospital and it's amazing staff goes above and beyond and I've worked off and on as a Veterinary Tech for 20 plus years. We brought our dog Zeus in and it turned out he had Osteosarcoma. They made sure we had everything we needed to make him comfortable in his final days because we could not afford prolonged treatment. When the day came to say goodbye, they were very kind and accommodating. They all signed a card for us and even had a casting of his paw made and sent it to us. We were beyond words, it meant the world to us. Big props to Jason who really went out of his way for our family on more than one occasion.Thank you!

I just got a new puppy and needed to find a vet that was reasonably priced. I called around to three places after reading some reviews online. This was the only place that had a pleasant, friendly receptionist and was right around $100 for an initial puppy visit and first shot. The staff is super friendly, knowledgable, and genuinely cares about the animals. They were so excited to meet my puppy and the first thing the vet, Joanne, said when she came in was, "What questions do you have?" I'm really happy I found this place and excited to be a returning customer.EDIT: After my second visit I've reduced my rating from 5 to 3 stars. I was only supposed to get a booster shot and instead received dewormer, heartworm meds, flea and tick meds, and a kennel cough vaccine (even though my dog is never around other dogs). The vet and tech didn't give me a reason for these until they showed up on my bill when I went to check out. I don't appreciate being gouged for money.

I love Clear Creek Animal Hospital. I have been going here with my dogs for the past 14 years and I can't imagine trust anyone else with my babies. They are awesome! I was recommended by a friend to go here. Even though it’s a bit of a far drive for me it was definitely worth it. The staff was super nice and not pushy about selling their wellness plans like other vets. I could tell that the doctor really cared about my puppy and her well being. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great veterinary clinic.

We had an awesome experience with Clear Creek today. They were really therapeutic to our rescue dog who can struggle at the vet. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and they even gave us a welcome bag of goodies they also have a yearly wellness program that includes everything you need as far as immunizations, and you can pay monthly with no interest in increments. I highly recommend them!

Every visit is a great experience. My pup is very aggressive and the staff understand how she will react. Their expertise is greatly appreciated due to the fact that they know how to make my pup experience a great one. They treat her as if she is their own pet. Everyone is very professional and polite doing and after my visit. This is a great veterinary clinic/hospital to bring your pet.

I spent $150.00 for the vet to barely look at my dog to see if her teeth had a cavity she did not look at her back teeth. Biggest rip off ever! $150.00 and now two tickets from the Police! Worst veterinarian service ever!

I have only had one visit here so far, but was impressed with the care that the employees have. Not only about my dog, but about me and the financial situation. Many times vet bills can be outrageous and it has put me off from going on a regular basis. Sometimes it is hard to catch up, and they understand that. They were extremely caring regarding giving me prices up front and breaking up visits so they would be more financially do-able. The staff was very nice. Amy and Dr. Kristen Bamonte, DVM were so helpful and went out of their way to help me, which I appreciated very much. I have two more upcoming appointments, so I will update my review as needed. So far so good!

I have nothing but good things to say about Clear Creek. I've been taking my dog Chomper to this office since he was 8 weeks old and I would never take him anywhere else. The staff is AMAZING and have taken the time to really get to know my crazy dog. We are always greeted with such enthusiasm and he's always so well taken care of.

I want to take a moment on behalf of the Byram family to say something. We as a family have been a part of the family there at clear creek for more than 40 years now. We just recently had to say goodbye to our beloved pomeranian Poppy. He was 18 almost 19 year's old. It was with all the tremendous help and love of the doctors and staff there that we had him in our lives so long. He will be missed but not forgotten. I also wanted to let you know that we were able to make room in our hurting hearts for adoption of another fur baby her name is Jasmine a yorkie maltese mix. Thank you all so much. I wanted to thank Dr. G and all of his staff for taking such great care of my fur baby Moe for the last 15 years. I have never met a better group of people or have witnessed so much care and concern as I have over the years at Clear Creek. From routine visits to Moe's bionic legs he received the best care around. I regret to say Moe is no longer with us but with the help of all the staff at Clear Creek it was very peaceful and Moe can rest in peace. Thank you all for staying by my side during this difficult time. You made it a little easier for me and the paw print was priceless. My fur baby was like my child. We love Clear Creek. We have a senior cat and dog who have been patients for about 11 years. I love that they treat my furbabies as if they are their own. If you don't have a "license" for your dog, don't take them here. They let the police know and you're sent a bill to get a license for an animal. So silly. The staff was friendly, although pretty forgetful about the free nail trim they offer on yelp. We had to remind them 3 times before they did it. They also sent wrong info to the police saying my dog was a male when she's a female, also saying she wasn't spayed when she is. These people don't pay attention to details. I doubt we will return.

Everyone was so friendly. From the front staff, to the vet assistant, to the vet herself! I honestly didn't get my vet's name, but she was super sweet and she handled my dog with great care. The prices were awesome and unlike other vets they DID NOT try to force a wellness package or unneeded supplies on my dog (which I appreciated so much. No one wants to feel like they are being sold something when they're trying to care for their pet). Thanks Clear Creek! I think we found our vet here in our new town.

Sadly we had to say good-bye to our precious Bear last week. I would like to thank Dr. Bamonte and the staff for helping us though that heart breaking time. They allowed us to spend all the time we needed with him and Dr. Bamonte sat with us and comforted us to the end. They have cared for him for many years and we trusted them to care for him while we were out of town. I can't say enough about how caring and trust worthy the doctors and staff are at Clear Creek Animal Hospital. Thank you again for all you've done and if we decide to get another fur baby, you'll be seeing us again.

We think we've found our family vet here in Charlotte. So far we've been really happy with our choice to bring our dogs, and hopefully our cat. We love that they are easy to set up appointments with and how friendly they are. I've had so many questions because my fiancé typically handled everything before and they have been patient and informative. We also love that not only are they a vet but that they also board.

We have taken our cat Skyler to Clear Creek Animal hospital since he was a kitten. They have taken great care of him . They help us keep up with all his shots and checkups. The staff is always willing to work with you whether it is a money issue or just an appointment issue. They are pet owners themselves and realize how expensive Illness in an animal can be. They will try to come up with options you can afford. They always try to do what is best for your pet. Always a friendly atmosphere there.

Every Doctor and all his staff are the most caring people. I would recommend them at any one. They have loved my dog and cats unconditionally and taken such good care of them. If an emergency comes up they will take you right in and do all they can do for you.. I had such an emergency reasonably and they took great care of my dogs needs. I will be with them as long as I live.They truly are a very caring Animal Hospital.

This hospital and it's amazing staff goes above and beyond and I've worked off and on as a Veterinary Tech for 20 plus years. We brought our dog Zeus in and it turned out he had Osteosarcoma. They made sure we had everything we needed to make him comfortable in his final days because we could not afford prolonged treatment. When the day came to say goodbye, they were very kind and accommodating. They all signed a card for us and even had a casting of his paw made and sent it to us. We were beyond words, it meant the world to us. Big props to Jason who really went out of his way for our family on more than one occasion.Thank you!

I just got a new puppy and needed to find a vet that was reasonably priced. I called around to three places after reading some reviews online. This was the only place that had a pleasant, friendly receptionist and was right around $100 for an initial puppy visit and first shot. The staff is super friendly, knowledgable, and genuinely cares about the animals. They were so excited to meet my puppy and the first thing the vet, Joanne, said when she came in was, "What questions do you have?" I'm really happy I found this place and excited to be a returning customer.EDIT: After my second visit I've reduced my rating from 5 to 3 stars. I was only supposed to get a booster shot and instead received dewormer, heartworm meds, flea and tick meds, and a kennel cough vaccine (even though my dog is never around other dogs). The vet and tech didn't give me a reason for these until they showed up on my bill when I went to check out. I don't appreciate being gouged for money.
