Dr. Nick is a compassionate and knowledgeable vet who takes care of animals and there owners too. She always cheers us up and even gives hugs when needed. Our pup loves her too. We will never go back to the impersonal high dollar animal hospital nearby.

This is absolutely the best Vet I have ever seen! Barbara comes from a 3 generations of Vets in the same building. Nicks knows and loves animals. If you live in the Charlotte area, go to Nicks!I rescued a wonderful Pointer mix, Mia, in January 2017. Nicks was recommended to me and I made an appointment to get Mia checked out. Barbara and Kim were wonderful and loved Mia from the first moment. The entire staff is kind and friendly. I moved back tot he East Coast in March 2016. I brought my sweet dog of 10+years with me and she passed away 6 weeks after we arrived. I wasn't sure I'd ever get another dog. I'm glad I did and I'm glad I discovered Nicks Veterinary Hospital.

I evacuated for Irma and managed to forget our cat's special food behind. The staff at Nicks were incredibly helpful, they put together a bag full of samples of the food our cat needs to prevent urinary problems. The fact they went out of their way for someone who's not a client and not from the area (i.e. not a potential client) shows me they are truly compassionate and care about animals. I am extremely grateful for their help, and would recommend anyone in need of a caring vet in the Charlotte area to check them out.

This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever used! They provide the best quality of care, they are up front and honest. I can easily access all of my pet's information online, they are prompt concerning all aspects of their business, and send updates and reminders to help me keep up with my pet's needs. My dogs even have their own ID cards! And my puppy received her first birthday card from them. I can't say enough positive things about this establishment and the staff there. They are the best!!!!

Dr. Nicks and her staff are awesome! Upon moving to Charlotte 4 years ago, we started taking our yellow lab, Colbey, to Nicks Veterinary Hospital. They always did a great job with his checks ups. Earlier this year, we found out Colbey had cancer. I can't say enough good things about the care he received from them, not to mention the care they extended to my husband and I as well. Dr. Nicks and all of her staff are extremely thoughtful and were a bright spot in a dark time for our family. Now, we have a new family member, Rider. We now take him to Nicks Vet Hospital and wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else.

Absolutely love these women. Our American bull dog Xander was a big boy and intimidated many vets. We needed someone experienced with large dogs that knew they could intimidate people and yet not push him. Dr. Nicks and her team have always been kind to both me and my dogs. When it was time for us to say goodbye to our big boy they really went above and beyond. The true kindness and sympathy they gave to my husband and me is far more then I could have asked for. If you are wanting a vet who truly cares about your pet as much as you do Dr. Nicks and her team can't be beat!

My husband and I will go to no other vet in the area. Dr. Nicks and her staff are amazing! They know exactly who we are when we call them, are very compassionate and empathetic when one of our pets is ill, and very reasonably priced. We have actual conversations with Dr. Nick when we have appointments as they do not rush you through the appointment. And if something unexpected happens, they do their very best to get you in right away.

Dr. Nicks and her staff are great! Their prices are very reasonable and they actually remember you and your pets! They have a dog run that their patients can use (we live in an apartment right now with two dogs (a 45 lb and 80 lb) so it's been a great place to exercise them. They are also open most saturdays and their overnight kenneling is half as much as a doggy daycare.

Dr. Nicks and her staff are awesome! Upon moving to Charlotte 4 years ago, we started taking our yellow lab, Colbey, to Nicks Veterinary Hospital. They always did a great job with his checks ups. Earlier this year, we found out Colbey had cancer. I can't say enough good things about the care he received from them, not to mention the care they extended to my husband and I as well. Dr. Nicks and all of her staff are extremely thoughtful and were a bright spot in a dark time for our family. Now, we have a new family member, Rider. We needed someone experienced with large dogs that knew they could intimidate people and yet not push him. Dr. Nicks and her team have always been kind to both me and my dogs. When it was time for us to say goodbye to our big boy they really went above and beyond. The true kindness and sympathy they gave to my husband and me is far more then I could have asked for. Dr Nicks has kept our Calia, an epileptic tortie calico nearly symptom free since her first, biggest grand maul seizure about six years ago. They are so good to both our cats, and Skittle is hard to love sometimes...being a rescue, she's pretty scared of everyone but Mommy. I drive nearly 45 minutes to get to them. That's how much I value the care they give my furbabies.

My husband and I will go to no other vet in the area. Dr. Nicks and her staff are amazing! They know exactly who we are when we call them, are very compassionate and empathetic when one of our pets is ill, and very reasonably priced. We have actual conversations with Dr. Nick when we have appointments as they do not rush you through the appointment. And if something unexpected happens, they do their very best to get you in right away.

Dr. Nicks and her staff are great! Their prices are very reasonable and they actually remember you and your pets! They have a dog run that their patients can use (we live in an apartment right now with two dogs (a 45 lb and 80 lb) so it's been a great place to exercise them. They are also open most saturdays and their overnight kenneling is half as much as a doggy daycare.
