Dr. Pugh and her staff are amazing! She offered a second opinion for my young cat with neurological problems that caused partial paralysis. She was kind, thorough and very understanding. Despite their bad behavior, , Dr. Pugh, and all of the Veterenary Technicians and front desk staff treat them like royalty, providing outstanding, up to date care with love and professionalism. You guys are the absolute best! I came from Animal Ark where they really did me pretty dirty (you should read my review on their FB page!) when I had a sick cat. We got Maggie, our puppy at 4.5 weeks and I knew that I had to switch vets. Dr. Long has been awesome to us! We've been 3x now in her 8 short weeks of life. She was even seen at the ER vet and Dr. Pugh called me the next day to let me know that they were aware of her situation and that you guys were thinking about her. I know where we are going when the car turns at Time to Eat!! Going to Camp at AHC is so fun when Mom has to go out of town. ALL the Doctors are my favorites. We came here from Tx with 3 rescued chihuahuas and later we were foster fails for a ShiPoo puppy with a bilateral cleft palate. All 4 of our babies have received 5 star attention here at AHC - medical, dental, and boarding. Nikki, our oldest, 17, had been terribly abused as a puppy before we rescued him at 6 months of age. Nik was terrified of men, so Animal Hospital of Clemmons was the perfect fit for him. Last summer, he developed a chronic liver illness, however, after 6 months of medical intervention, we finally had to allow Nik to cross over The Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Douglass and all of the staff were amazingly compassionate during this most difficult and heart-breaking time. We have seen Drs. We have been going to AHC for over 20 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the general care of my babies. They are compassionate, caring people. The Dr's have always been available whenever I needed to talk to them. They work together to make sure you get the very best care for your pet. The receptionists and vet techs are the best! I've been bring our cats here for eight years. Mostly Persians, but now a shorthair and a Highland Lynx. We see Dr Martin mostly but I've met most of the other doctors. You are warmly welcomed every time you go in and you feel like your four legged family members are lovingly cared for. Support staff are just excellent too!! Read Less

A local vet told us it was time to put our dog Ernie to sleep. We took him to this establishment and Dr. Martin (and staff) took wonderful care of our boy and we got an extra year with him! When we picked up his remains, we found 2 extra touches that really blessed us. I took my animals to Dr. Gilyard for many years in his old location. I found him to be personable, trustworthy, and affordable. Since moving to the new location I have found his staff to be unfriendly, curt, and everything is about the money. Dr. Gilyard even seems to be under more pressure as he doesn't seem as friendly and personable as he was before. After several visits in which his office staff treated us as if they were doing us a favor, I have switched vets and won't go back. Read Less

Dr nor staff made me feel comfortable (our first and only visit), quoted 57.25 for an exam, but was charged 66.00! I don't mind paying for great care, but this is WAY overpriced, especially for the service received . There was a total of 2 friendly people working here.
