Rarely will you find a nicer place to have your furry family members taken care of. The facility is clean and pleasant, all of the people from reception to the doctor were very nice, easy to talk to, and obviously they were all very caring. You can find a nicer place for you pet care but it will take you a long time to find it.

This is a wonderful, caring vet and staff. We moved to Clemmons last year and decided to change our old gentleman, Duke to River Ridge. He is a 14 year old boxer that had been battling kidney disease....
This is a wonderful, caring vet and staff. We moved to Clemmons last year and decided to change our old gentleman, Duke to River Ridge. He is a 14 year old boxer that had been battling kidney disease. Dr Fox and her staff were so thorough and genuinely helpful and compassionate. She addressed every single concern, and explained at great length the prognosis and care paths available. We felt like we were going to see friends every time. Diana is exactly the right person to see when you walk in and are worried about your furry family member. The techs were very easy for Duke to warm up to right away and he seemed to really like and trust everyone there. They knew us by name, and worked with us to exhaust all options for treatment. Right to the end, they still continued to give us hope and help guide our decisions. It's obvious that they all love animals and this is a passion for the entire staff. The hospital is very bright and very clean. It never smelled like a vet. We were invited to visit the kennels in the back to see our boy while he was getting IV treatment and the back was just as clean and nice. Wonderful place that our boy never once minded going to, and I would recommend River Ridge to everyone.

Wow !!! Never have a met a great group of people . So attentive from the receptionist to the doctor . There’s not a word that can Describe of how informative they are to you how much they care of your baby’s needs .. They all have such a caring heart .. When I would go to other Veterinarians our baby would not stop shaking, but here it was a matter of minutes and she was so comfortable . And she was LOVIN on Everyone as everyone there was LOVIN on her .. It was even after hours and not one sec I felt rushed it got to a point I was rushing them .. They have all of our babies needs ! I will never go to anyone’s else .

New to the area and received a recommendation from a family friend. Found the staff extremely pleasant from my initial phone call to set up appointment. The office technician was experienced, informative and pleasant. My dog is an older girl who was very nervous. The vet tech took great care of her. I was given ample time to discuss my concerns and needs. Dr. Fox was great. We discussed all my concerns and I felt good about the plans going forward.Highly recommend this facility.

This veterinary practice has everything that you look for when finding care for your pet. The staff are not only genuinely nice people, but good at what they do. It is obvious that the veterinary technicians love what they do and they are professional and efficient. The lobby and exam rooms are spotless. Dr. Fox is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and timely about follow up with test results.We knew all this for the 4 yrs we have been going, but it all became more important when each of our dogs developed different life threatening conditions (separately, a year apart). I do not think our dogs, (or us humans) would have fared as well without Dr Fox's expertise and the help and support from her team.

Impressed!!! Just moved to the area, needed to find a new vet for our dogs. The staff are extremely friendly and very thorough. We felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in. Dr Fox is very detailed oriented-she took time to explain everything, it is obvious she is dedicated to her work-her expertise is evident. Not to mention she has such a lovely demeanor-she is so kind-pup & people approved for sure. We are happy that our dogs have access to such a superb team at River Ridge-we would highly recommend.

Love this place! Dr. Fox comes highly recommended and I can totally see why. She is amazing! From the time I walked in until I left, the staff was so attentive, courteous and so genuinely sweet to my girl, Soxy. Soxy was rather nervous as some dogs are but they were so great with her. River Ridge Vet has now gained another lifetime customer. Thank you guys so much for looking after my baby! This is THE best Vet office I've ever been to. You owe it to your furbaby and yourself to see Dr. Fox, she's just excellent! :)

I have been taking my pets to River Ridge for 8 years and would not go anywhere else! The office and exam rooms are always super clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Fox's exams are extremely thorough. She is very knowledgeable and loves to share that knowledge with you. She always takes the time to answer all of your questions and is great at giving tips and material about whatever problem your pet may be having. If you are looking for a new vet or a change of vets, I would highly recommend Dr. Fox and River Ridge Vet.

The facility is clean and pleasant, all of the people from reception to the doctor were very nice, easy to talk to, and obviously they were all very caring. You can find a nicer place for you pet care but it will take you a long time to find it.

This veterinary practice has everything that you look for when finding care for your pet. The staff are not only genuinely nice people, but good at what they do. It is obvious that the veterinary technicians love what they do and they are professional and efficient. The lobby and exam rooms are spotless. Impressed!!! Just moved to the area, needed to find a new vet for our dogs. The staff are extremely friendly and very thorough. We felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in.
