WILL NEVER GO HERE! It seems to be a reaccurring theme for lack of customer service at this place and for the same situation as well. For someone to have an issue with a business isn't grounds for "calling them out" or giving excuses as to why a customer wasn't properly informed and then blaming the customer for being misinformed. You, as a business, are providing a service and should hold yourself accountable for lack of information given to an individual BEFORE surgery and not after the fact. Being a nonprofit and providing "low cost" services does not at all excuse you from providing the customer service as part of your job as a local business. Lastly, replying to a review to defend yourself in the face of the almighty public instead of contacting an indivdual directly to resolve a misunderstanding is down right petty and a sign of personal insecurity. But I guess the saying holds true... you get what you pay for. I wonder what the BBB would have to say about this?

Used Cabarrus Spay Neuter Clinic 4 years ago, for a female stray. They were so nice to both me and the stray. They were very helpful and explained every thing to me about before, during and after care for the cat. They ask for donations of clothes soap, office supplies and other products for the animals. That helps keep the costs down. I would recommend them to every one. One woman at door waiting that morning, was bringing in 4 cats to be fixed. She collected strays, brought them in on her own dime to help cut the population of cats in her area. Wow! She told how many to date, but I have forgotten. It was more than 10, I believe. With out Cabarrus Spay Neuter clinic, think how many kittens she has saved from death, illness and hardship.

Good prices, staff is pretty friendly and they have a good, set in stone process. However, they do not accept at-Home vaccinations. I went to school for Veterinary Assisting and know how to properly vaccinate my pets. We gave my puppy the at-home distemper shots and I saved the stickers from the bottles the vaccines come in. I even placed the stickers on a page with his kennel card from the shelter we got him from. They told me at check-in that they do not accept those and charged me for another shot. My veterinary office was perfectly fine with me doing it myself so I don’t see why I was charged again. Also, at pick up my dog had poop CAKED on his butt. It took a lot of work to get it off and that wouldn’t have been a problem if they would’ve cleaned him up beforehand. Since we do at-home vaccines, I will not be back.

They did a wonderful job with my dog's neutering! He barely even had any redness or swelling. This isn't a fancy, glamorous place, but they get the job done at a price that makes sense.

This clinic is excellent with very reasonable prices. I have taken all of my animals to this location for spaying or neutering. I have taken two dogs and seven cats to them since they’ve been open. Even though they are very busy, they are always professional. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to go over the aftercare before you leave. The doctor has always done a great job. We just took two kittens in this past week and they came out healthy and their incision was in very good condition. Thank you for what you do, you're an asset to our community!

They do exactly what they advertise at an affordable price. If my dogs adoption fee didn't include this spay/nueter appointment, I would have paid the extra money to take him someplace else. They do not do any health examinations or bloodwork prior spay/nueter procedures. All the spay/nueter apoinments start at the same time so dropping off your pet feels hectic and nonpersonal.

I have taken my rescue breeder 4 lb Pomeranian to this clinic twice. I had her spayed and then four weeks later took her back to get her teeth cleaned. Each person I came in contact with was caring with each person and animal they were working with. The clinic was clean. I brought Rambo here for a much needed dental cleaning. I am so pleased! Rambo was very happy when he left and the results of the cleaning are impeccable! My vet was going to charge $450 or more. Oh dear! The staff is extremely friendly and thorough. The drop off and pick up procedure was quick and painless. I will definitely recommend and go here again. The discharge information was both written and verbal, I am very pleased!!

Cabarrus Spay and Neuter Clinic has been wonderful. My two kittens were both spayed yesterday and one is taking it rather well while the other one has been giving me heart attacks so they let me bring her there today to watch her and kept me up to date on her progress. When I picked her up and got her home things were 100% better. So thankful!

UNLESS YOU NEED A SIMPLE SHOT DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC FOR SURGERIES HAD A NIGHTMARE WITH MY DOG. EVEN GAVE WRONG MEDICINE AND ALMOST KILLED HIM.

They do exactly what they advertise at an affordable price. If my dogs adoption fee didn't include this spay/nueter appointment, I would have paid the extra money to take him someplace else. They do not do any health examinations or bloodwork prior spay/nueter procedures. All the spay/nueter apoinments start at the same time so dropping off your pet feels hectic and nonpersonal.

I have taken my rescue breeder 4 lb Pomeranian to this clinic twice. I had her spayed and then four weeks later took her back to get her teeth cleaned. Each person I came in contact with was caring with each person and animal they were working with. The clinic was clean. They were great with after care instructions and my little girl did great both times. Many Thanks for what you do and what you charge.

After doing plenty of "homework" about my Darby's dental care, where I could get the best care, information on pro's and con's, any risks that may be involved, and of course cost (his regular Vet wanted $5-$600) I chose Cabarrus Spay Neuter Clinic. I took my cats there to get spayed and neutered and tge staff was amazing . They answered all of my questions and cared for my animals great. I would recommend it to anyone.

I brought Rambo here for a much needed dental cleaning. I am so pleased! Rambo was very happy when he left and the results of the cleaning are impeccable! My vet was going to charge $450 or more. Oh dear! The staff is extremely friendly and thorough. The drop off and pick up procedure was quick and painless. I will definitely recommend and go here again. The discharge information was both written and verbal, I am very pleased!!

Cabarrus Spay and Neuter Clinic has been wonderful. My two kittens were both spayed yesterday and one is taking it rather well while the other one has been giving me heart attacks so they let me bring her there today to watch her and kept me up to date on her progress. When I picked her up and got her home things were 100% better. So thankful!

UNLESS YOU NEED A SIMPLE SHOT DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC FOR SURGERIES HAD A NIGHTMARE WITH MY DOG. EVEN GAVE WRONG MEDICINE AND ALMOST KILLED HIM.
