WAS a loyal customer. They hired a new person who told me the wrong information more then once. Went to different vet to try to get medicine for my dog on time, since crossroads wasnt able to, they don't carry the medicine crossroads recommended so he had diharria. Decided to give crossroads another chance and they told me they will no longer see any of my pets. So my dogs health means nothing to them because i went to a different vet for his medicine on time. And they have a person giving the wrong information out to pet parents. After over 3 years of them being my primary vet. Just trying to do what is best for my fur baby and be told the correct information. They're only open half of the week anyways, and was closed for 5 days straight recently . Ill be glad to take my business, 4 dogs that go to the vet on a regular basis, somewhere else. Only hurting themselves. Read Less

How is it every time i call, no answer, then it says you open at 7:30am, i call around 8 am, no answer, so then we drive all the way there and nobody is even there, open at 7:30am and its almost 9am and nobody is at this building. Im done, i will be moving my pets elsewhere. Read Less

We took our Sawyer to Crossroads with injuries to his ear. We were very worried but Dr Lanier and staff took such wonderful care of him. He is doing great and well on his way to recovery. The staff at Crossroads is exceptional. Dr Lanier's personal dedication to the pets she treats is abundantly clear. She is also dedicated to an open line of communication and follow up, with their owners. That is something you do not often see today.We have a rescue cocker spaniel that came to us with periodontal disease and for anyone who knows the dental bills can be financially taxing on a family. Crossroads offered several treatment options based on our budget and her teeth look amazing. NO MORE DRAGON BREATH!lol We will definitely recommend Crossroads to anyone that is looking for a vet. The staff here are very friendly! I have a huge 100lb pit bull and they treat him with the same care and compassion they would any other dog. We always get seen very quickly here. I would recommend this as a vet. Read Less

Dr. Lanier and her staff deliver excellent pet care. I have been very pleased with all levels of service and the knowledge they all have. Customer service is also excellent. I drive 40 miles each way to take my 2 dogs for care, so that says something! Highly recommended! Read Less

Could not be more happy with the service that has been provided while our two fur babies have been going here!!!! We drive all the way from Cramerton/Belmont area to take our pets here it’s completely worth the drive for us! The staff is wonderful! Helpful and very personable! The vet is amazing! I love how you can tell she loves her job and the animals! She will also keep you updated on how much things will cost throughout the visit instead of it being a surprise at check out! I retract my kind and honest recommendation for those of you who actually love your animals to go to Crossroads Vet in Dallas. The do have a very talented Dr. They have one very good assistant. The rest of the operation is completely lost on who pays the bills. The way things are handled from the phone end of it, and a back and forth while you sit on hold between the desk worker and the dr. is stupid. I called to get a recheck to tell them I think he is having ear pain or a tooth in the back of his mouth, I wanted to PAY them for a visit. What i got was a smart mouthed discussion with someone with the personality of a flat smooth stone who left me on hold to tell the dr. whatever she had in her head, and come back telling me it would be $300 Plus to do blood work and x-rays without ever asking my why I was calling. It is a shame such a sweet and knowledgeable Veterinarian is running a clinic through a receptionist instead of allowing someone who wants to PAY for a visit to come in and hand them $35 to do the job they left school hoping to find. Now i'm left with going back to Gaston Vet to over charging "calloused" half butt medicine practitioners who send him home from baths more injured than I brought him in or find another vet.Read Less

I love these nice folks. As an adopter of animals from shelters I search for caring people not just about money like many unfortunate people in the veterinarian profession. I have owned dogs for over forty years of my life. I feel as though I have seen all sides of the business of animal care. I would tell you despite my ability to seek a vet free of charge for my new puppy adoptee from Lincolnton Animal shelter....I paid a very reasonable fee for her spay surgy and Dr. Lanier care for my new family member. When it comes to surgery free is not always a best choice. This practice does not advertise much instead they go mostly on word of mouth from the local citizens. These are truly fine people. My dog Zena was attacked by a pit bull and I called on a Friday at 4:40 on a Friday, they said come on in. Zena needed stitches and the vet and techs were vey caring caring and comforting to both of us. They kept me informed the whole time what they would be doing and how much it would cost. Recommend them to anybody. Read Less

not very professional (the vet asst. was having a complaining session about another employee right in front of me...). Vet is nice but needs to look into more modern (and sometimes creatively unconventional!) approaches to procedure. Guess he has since retired. Hopefully the new Vet will improve on this practice's professionalism. Read Less
