Love the meatloaf dinner, and the cobbler (when they have it) is delicious. Most of the food is good. However the Monte Cristo sandwich not so much. Way too oily, all over my hands and plate. Also, one time I waited for service after being seated for a half hour while those who came in 20 minutes after me already had their food. The server did discount the check and I tipped on what the full check would have been. Not the usual experience, though there seems to be no assigned server for a table or area. Just whomever is walking by. Seated by one, order with another, food served by yet another, and yet another checking on things, and another bringing the check! When things do align it's great.

Edit: My prior review of this vet was positive however after further inquiry I realized they did not disclose truthfully the possible tests to verify my pets illness. Now, 3 weeks later, my pet has lost 18% of her body weight and near death. They are as shady, money hungry, and crooked as any other vet we have found in the area. Would give 0 stars if possible. Old review: Everyone we have dealt with here has been very kind and helpful.

I need to say a massive thank you to your staff. My 15 year old girl passed away at your facility at 4:55 pm yesterday 2/5/18. You were patient with me and my family, as we needed time to say goodbye....
I need to say a massive thank you to your staff. My 15 year old girl passed away at your facility at 4:55 pm yesterday 2/5/18. You were patient with me and my family, as we needed time to say goodbye. You were gentle and caring and frankly words cannot express it. You let us stay with her as long as we needed before and after. She was scared, but you were there to comfort her and ease her as well. You took your time, to make sure she wasn't stressed out. I appreciate you all more than you know.

Take my dog and all 3 cats here. It's close to home, not alot of traffic, smells clean when you walk in, very freindl, knowledgeable and caring with animals. I have one very nervous cat and a chihuahu...
Take my dog and all 3 cats here. It's close to home, not alot of traffic, smells clean when you walk in, very freindl, knowledgeable and caring with animals. I have one very nervous cat and a chihuahua dog. In the beginning when I would take them they would cry, growl and shake. They no longer do that. Which makes me very happy. They send out reminder notices when exams, shots, meds are due! The vet herself has called me to check on our family furbabies.

Excellent and compassionate care. The doctors and staff at East Lincoln truly have a passion for animals. Many own a practical farm of animals at their homes. Our dogs have been treated their for 16 years. We wouldn't take them anywhere else (except the emergency vet if needed). Love these wonderful and talented people.

I have a ferret and they're the only ones around who carry the proper vaccine so I drive 30 minutes just to take my furries to the vet. Love their attentiveness and care and their going out of their way to take care of my more exotic baby, but taking away one star because the vet had to print off tips for taking care of him online and didn't have any prior knowledge about ferrets.

Great vet practice with reasonable prices. I typically see Dr. Reddin who is extremely caring, thorough and knowledgeable. She loves her job and it shows in the way she loves on your pet and in her genuinely friendly nature. She is prompt and she always seems to have time to listen and discuss any concerns. I have also had a good experience with other vets I have seen over the past 11 years. Highly recommend East Lincoln Animal Hospital.

I went in for my dog's rabies shots two weeks ago, which normally run around $150 or so, and after they told me I needed other tests, shots, ad-ons etc, my CC was dinged...
Avoid this place if possible!
I went in for my dog's rabies shots two weeks ago, which normally run around $150 or so, and after they told me I needed other tests, shots, ad-ons etc, my CC was dinged for over $565! Not sure the name of the vet assistant, but she was very unprofessional.
My GF recommended this place, but I'm going back to my Charlotte vet!

Wouldn't trust our dogs to anyone else. We see mostly Dr Redden and she is phenomenal. Most caring vet we have ever had. Been going here for 9+ years and wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else.

We woke to our dog paralyzed and rushed him in, one Saturday morning a couple weeks ago. The Vet and staff were so caring. Our dog passed away later that day. They gave me an engraved footprint of our dog, his name and a heart on it. Was so heartwarming! Today I received a card with Signatures from staff members and a long note from the Vet with her condolences. Amazing place!

The doctors are fantastic. They do a wonderful job of knowing the pet, caring, and explaining everything to the owner. Their front of house is horrific. They are more interested in gossiping then helping you, I get hung up on every time I call them, they cannot seem to take a simple refill order for medicine.
If they fixed their front of house, this would be the best vet I have ever had, hands down.

East Lincoln Animal Hospital has without a doubt the most caring and professional staff I have ever been exposed to with my animals. Dr. Janet Crawford is A #1 in our book. Even though we have a terminal diagnosis, she is doing everything in her power to see that our pet's last days are as good as they can be. Her counsel in balancing the dog's comfort with our need to hang on as long as we can has been invaluable. I would recommend this practice to ANYONE who is in need of high-quality vet services at a reasonable cost.

Love the meatloaf dinner, and the cobbler (when they have it) is delicious. Most of the food is good. However the Monte Cristo sandwich not so much. Way too oily, all over my hands and plate. Also, one time I waited for service after being seated for a half hour while those who came in 20 minutes after me already had their food. I went in for my dog's rabies shots two weeks ago, which normally run around $150 or so, and after they told me I needed other tests, shots, ad-ons etc, my CC was dinged for over $565! Not sure the name of the vet assistant, but she was very unprofessional.

We woke to our dog paralyzed and rushed him in, one Saturday morning a couple weeks ago. The Vet and staff were so caring. Our dog passed away later that day. They gave me an engraved footprint of our dog, his name and a heart on it. Was so heartwarming! The doctors are fantastic. They do a wonderful job of knowing the pet, caring, and explaining everything to the owner. Their front of house is horrific. They are more interested in gossiping then helping you, I get hung up on every time I call them, they cannot seem to take a simple refill order for medicine.
If they fixed their front of house, this would be the best vet I have ever had, hands down.

East Lincoln Animal Hospital has without a doubt the most caring and professional staff I have ever been exposed to with my animals. Dr. Janet Crawford is A #1 in our book. Even though we have a terminal diagnosis, she is doing everything in her power to see that our pet's last days are as good as they can be. Her counsel in balancing the dog's comfort with our need to hang on as long as we can has been invaluable. I would recommend this practice to ANYONE who is in need of high-quality vet services at a reasonable cost.
