The doctors and staff are extremely patient and calm. They make you feel like they have all the time in the world for your questions.The prices are very reasonable and they don't charge you an appointment for a blood draw. My two old dogs and young cats go there! Read Less

I've lived in the neighborhood behind this hospital for several years, and can personally attest that they leave the dogs they're caring for outside for the majority of the day in even the worst weather - when it's high 90s and humid and when it's freezing cold. The dogs are miserable and spend most of the day barking, which happy, content dogs don't do. They aren't allowed to expand their building because of zoning restrictions, so I suspect they put the dogs outside so they don't risk violating OSHA noise regulations for their staff during the work day, not because they honestly feel it's best for the dogs to be outside all day even in horrible weather. Others from the neighborhood and I have called the hospital to voice concerns over this, but the hospital doesn't seem to care and hasn't changed their practice. I have specifically chosen not to take my dog to TVH, despite their convenient location, because I want better treatment for her. I can't help but feel many of the loving pet parents who have reviewed them positively would feel differently if they knew their dog was outside and stressed for so much of the time that they were there.Read Less

We went there 6 years ago because we had to put our beloved dog to sleep. While it was an extremely sad event, their staff was very, very attentive. I imagined that the last thing our dog would see was a cold examination room. But they had a comfortable room with a couch, soft music and lighting, and books about death to share with kids. I just want to say thank you to Dr Chuck Miller and the staff at Triangle Veterinary Clinic. When it was time to put my best friend of 15 years to sleep, the entire staff was very consoling and professional throughout the process. Only reason I won't be back here is because Meeko and I are moving to Ohio. Great staff who is always willing to answer any questions. This is my first time owning a puppy and a few months in he got worms. I was so upset and felt awful but they took really good care of him and always do no matter what he's coming in for. Read Less

My 18yo Shih Tzu, Skyler, was Drs. Reynolds's and Miller's greatest fan. Skyler was with them since he was 5wks old. And we were in incredibly happy with the kindnesss, compassion - from both the physicians and staff.Read Less

Dr. Dyer has been absolutely amazing, as has the rest of the staff. My cat, Morpheus, (normally a pretty nervous and big guy) just really loves Dr. Dyer. They've also successfully managed his squirmy self for Xrays and lots of other issues. They figured out what was going on with him (FIC) and put up with a multitude of panicked phone calls from me in the interim with grace and skill - and Dr. Dyer went out of her way to provide me with necessary information and to phone and talk to me (even after hours) when Morpheus was having loss of appetite prior to his diagnosis. I also saw Dr. Dills for a semi-emergency visit, and he was incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable, as I've come to expect from all the staff here. Read Less
