Wonderful Staff. Been a loyal customer since they were located in Grandview Shopping Center. Pass several vets (even have one less than 2 blocks from my house) just to continue to get the love and support my little baby likes and deserves.

They are caring and knowledgeable about any pet. They have taken care of my babies from birth till departure. Pricing is $$ ... not bad at all, I love the staff and the building.

The vet seems very knowledgeable, though an odd character, so not sure what to make of him. He's done right medically, which is what really counts I suppose. But some of the help there... horrible a...
The vet seems very knowledgeable, though an odd character, so not sure what to make of him. He's done right medically, which is what really counts I suppose. But some of the help there... horrible and need to be fired. To the support staff: If you don't like working with animals, then DON'T WORK AT A VET CLINIC. Why do I say this? Not willing to help me calculate dosing for medication for 12 dogs, or estimate pricing either so that's poor service. Another helper showed a completely foul and RUDE attitude when my dog was terrified and had an accident-- which I completely offered to clean up. And instead of being compassionate which may have helped calm the dog down, the dog sensed her annoyance and attitude... and certainly became even MORE anxious as she forced the dog to submit... when I could have had her sit. If the doctor fired a couple of the women with poor attitudes toward animals, and lazy ones up front who won't help estimate medicine costs... might give 4 or 5 stars.

Excellent veterinarian and staff. Competent, compassionate and always caring and kind. One of the cleanest veterinary hospitals I have ever been to. I always feel welcome when I visit Grandview with my pets and the entire staff makes me feel like family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
