Very disappointed in the way I was treated with Elon Animal. I moved my girls care there because they advertise for reproductive services and we were planning to breed one time. Well I made an appointment for a simple hormone test and that is where the nightmare began... Of course you can’t just get what you ask for you have to have other test. Then those test require more test.. I was told a different time frame of results every time I called. First I was told 1-4 days then I was told up to 72 hours and assured I would have results in before time to breed. Needless to say now that it’s too late to breed I still don’t have results. And when we expressed how upset we were they sent us an email stating we should find another office... Well no worries there. After they took my $337 and complete advantage of us I have no problem finding another practice.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is so awful with there job. The doctor is unprofessional and will handle your animals like dollar bills. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE PLEASE. I dropped my kitten off for constipation and came back to pick her up after they wanted to keep her over night and she was half dead. The doctor proceeded to hand her over when I came to pick her up with feces, urine, and her milk all over her. I was DISGUSTED. I later that day had to put her down at a clinical in Greensboro. These people should not be trusted at all they are horrible. Please do not take your animals here and waste your money!!!!!

This is the kind of vet you can only hope you find because vets like this are a rare find these days. This doctor truly cares about animals and is always fair and kind. We knew we were going to stick with them when our first appointment was canceled so the doctor could take an emergency call for a very sick animal. We knew if he cares that much to put the sickest animal first then he is who we want and we were so right! They work you in very quickly in an emergency and even f...or regular check ups you can count on them to be there without it taking forever to be seen. They treat me, my wife and our two cats like family and it really feels like their number one concern is the health of our pets and not how much money they can make. This doctor is such a good person and we wouldn’t trust any other vet with our fur babies Maximus and Moxxi. Cats can be fickle creatures and they even love him! You can’t go wrong with Elon Animal Hospital. See More

Even though we ended up losing Athena, our guinea pig, Dr. Wilkins did EVERYTHING he possibly could to save her and was very upfront with me about her chances. He and Hannah were both very kind, supportive, and understanding. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!

This is the most negligent animal hospital. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this just blew my mind. My cat was very sick on Saturday evening and I called Elin Animal Hospital to ask if I needed to bring him in. We had just moved here and the stress had gotten to him he was shaking and hidden, he wasn't eating or drinking so I figured he might need some fluids in him. I called around 5:38 pm and was told that they would discuss my issue with the on call doctor and that someone would call me soon. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. I waited until Monday and the called to speak with a supervision I was told they weren't in and left my name and number. I was told I would get a call back. NO ONE CALLED ME. I called again that evening and was told the supervisor had left for the day so I left my name and number AGAIN with a description of why I was calling. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. Thankfully one of our friends works for a vet and told us how we needed to care for my cat. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NEVER BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR ANIMALS LIFE.

My boyfriend and I have only seen Dr. Wilkins once so far and it was an emergency situation for one of our dogs. My boyfriend had been taking Buster to another vet for years and as far as we knew he was healthy for being almost 8years old. Last night Buster started having a seizure at home but at the time we had no idea what was happening. We put him in the truck and knew we had to get him somewhere. After calling a few other locations and them telling us "sorry we are about ...to close" I found Elon Animal Hospital online and called. Dr. Wilkins answered the phone and I asked him if he took emergencies and when he closed. He said " we normally close at 5:30 but what is going on"? At this time it was 5:28 and why the other loctions said they couldn't take us with them closing at 5:30. I started to tell Dr. Wilkins what was going on and he stopped me and said come on in! He stayed open to see our Buster and give us the answers we need and we knew he genuinely cared about our boy and enjoys what he does. He took the time to completely look over Buster and also explain to us everything he was seeing and explain what happened, why and what our options are. My boyfriend and I couldn't be more grateful for the hospitality Dr. Wilkins showed us yesterday evening. After leaving we had already decided that we would be switching not only Buster but our other dog Bella and making Dr. Wilkins out new vet. What really topped it off is that we received a personal call from Dr. Wilkins this morning checking on Buster! Although it was a scary situation we are blessed that we have found a wonderful new vet for,the best care for our babies. Dr. Wilkins and his staff have been taking care of my two dogs for the past 4 years! We find Elon Animal Hospital offers excellent services as well as amazing pricing!!! They are super caring and family oriented! One of my dogs got bit by a copperhead, and he continued to get worse, so after much worry I called Dr. WIlkins and he met me at the Hospital within 15 minutes of getting off the phone in the middle of the night!! What more could you ask for!!!

Very disappointed in the way I was treated with Elon Animal. I moved my girls care there because they advertise for reproductive services and we were planning to breed one time. Well I made an appointment for a simple hormone test and that is where the nightmare began... Of course you can’t just get what you ask for you have to have other test. This is the most negligent animal hospital. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this just blew my mind. My cat was very sick on Saturday evening and I called Elin Animal Hospital to ask if I needed to bring him in. We had just moved here and the stress had gotten to him he was shaking and hidden, he wasn't eating or drinking so I figured he might need some fluids in him. Dr. Wilkins and his staff have been taking care of my two dogs for the past 4 years! We find Elon Animal Hospital offers excellent services as well as amazing pricing!!! They are super caring and family oriented! One of my dogs got bit by a copperhead, and he continued to get worse, so after much worry I called Dr. WIlkins and he met me at the Hospital within 15 minutes of getting off the phone in the middle of the night!! What more could you ask for!!!
