Every time I bring my 2 west highland terrier dogs in (Sassy and Scooter) to All Pets, they answer all my questions and concerns. They get them in quickly too when I need to make a schedule. Usually have very high regards for this hospital but after taking my dogs to another vet on post for our OCONUS move I'm super unhappy. They told the on post vet they couldn't find either of my dogs blood work results so they had to be done again, they messed up one of the microchips which I also had to pay to have done again, AND I spent $600 in unnecessary medication last time I was there. Definitely will not recommend this vet to any of our friends. Really disappointed. Read Less

Great Vet had no issues getting an appointment for my pet. When I arrived I realized I need another appointment for a don't pet they saw both pets with no issues plus I was able to get grooming done for both pets. All Pets is awesome pet clinic but me and my dogs loved the staff and the office. Great office and staff but the prices are much higher than other Vets in the area. Read Less

I brought in my cat tuxedo today. i found that he was in a lot of pain and i had to let him go....its really hard right now. but i will say that the staff was really helpful. they were really polite. they understood what i was dealing with. i know its hard for me to deal with and i cant imagine having to work at a place where this sort of thing might happen all the time. thank you very much for helping me with the process of todays events. im sad that it ended the way it did but y'all did a fantastic job and i will go there again in the future to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen again. We recently visited this veteranarian and our dog had a life threatening illness it was close to closing when we arrived and seen we were very upset over our dogs condition and went above and beyond and stayed well beyond closing to accommodate our needs today our dog is doing well they have earned our trust and respect , THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH again if you love your pet like we do take to the best. I live over an hour from this place. Now granted this is a vet for cats and dogs however I called a day before & asked if they could treat hedgehogs that have mites. (If they couldn't treat for mites then they should of said so instead of using my sick hedgie as an experiment). I was told over the phone that they could treat the mites, but only if it was mites. My first impression was that the office not only smelled horrible but it was dirty. The exam room was filthy, there was even a sign on the door that said "clean room after each exam". I waited forever to finally see the veterinarian. Finally when he came in, he voted against mites. He was very invading and never once explained to me what he was doing, when, or why he felt it was not mites. He did a skin scraping, only to find...mites. I thought great! He said he can treats mites, he tells me he has to figure out the right dosage to not kill my hedgie. He votes for ivermectin & I voted no. He then repeatedly called me "Dr. Google". Instead of respecting my decision to go with a different medication because I wasn't comfortable with ivermectin. I told him I wanted to do my own research, he then continued his taunting with "you'll never find as much research as I have, even if you research all day." Not only did I feel that he was unprofessional but I will never be back here. Thank you for wasting my time and money. I instead went to the Avian and Exotic animal hospital in Raleigh. Much better choice, thank you All Pets Hospital for this very valuable lesson.Read Less

I had to have my dog dropped off at the vets office today by my husband due to an ear inflammation. Usually I bring her and stay with her. (Dr. Johnson has never been a overly friendly vet, but I have stayed with the clinic because it is in close proximity to our home.) Not only was she left in a place she had never been left except for her spaying, and thank goodness Dr. Johnson did not perform. Due to my work schedule my mother in law was going to pick her up. I called to find the doctor would not be there until 10:00am which no one told my husband when she was dropped off. My mother in law called to see if she had missed a call from them, and at some point my husband called also. Maybe over kill but she is loved by many especially her family. The receptionist who answered spoke little English had a hard time understanding my request at all. When she was finally finished and my mother in law was called to pick her up. Upon arrival Dr. Johnson met her at the front and seemed very upset because we all had called about our pet. He preaches a good sermon about what we do wrong, but being rude to any customer is unacceptable. I plan to move my dogs records elsewhere, and I hope I don't have the same problem his Greenville clients had getting her records after leaving them without notice. I have spent my last dime with this establishment, and I will never recommend any other people to his office. I give them one star only because you have to rate them to comment. Truly disappointed! I am surprised by the previous reviews. I have had great experience with this vet. He loves my dog and takes interest in her problems.  He recommended anxiety meds and biotics for her stomach problems. Both have increased her quality of life. Read Less

It is hard to find a place where I feel comfortable enough to leave my fur-babies, but this is definitely the place I have come to trust and depend on solely for the care of my pups. The staff is extremely prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I can tell that they truly care about the well being of my babies. Dr. Johnson is very thorough and his assistant was very good about informing us on preventatives and explaining to us why certain testing was required and what it was for. I did not feel like i was being "overcharged" in any way. The prices were quite reasonable for the services that I received and I can rest easy knowing that my babies have an excellent vet!Read Less

They have taken care of my poodle several times. She always comes back looking great and happy. She loves the staff. The office manager, John is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Johnson is always so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't take my pups to anyone else. I highly recommend them. My experience was awesome. I had a contract with them from the animal shelter that I picked up my puppy from back in June... They didn't spay her then because she was too young & I had to come back in two months when shes older... so i called last week, i reminded them that we were scheduled to get vaccinations done in a few days and she said that the vet said its fine if she doesnt have any... i go there today, a week later, dr. d johnson, came out of nowhere , completely disrespectful, told me that i should bring her to the other vet to do the hard part, not just the easy part(the vaccines) and that shes too old ( SHES FOUR MONTHS) to get spayed & why did i wait two months to get her spayed? And I replied a staff member told me that she was too young , that's what the vet said. and he said "The short girl?" and i said yes and the whole staff including himself just laughed and didn't tell me what to do and he said they won't do the spay and refused to do it. then i went to my animal hospital and they said i have to call the adoption center since they have a contract WITH THAT vet to do the spay, but to see if they can transfer the $$$ so it will still be covered.... RUDE, I rather pay another animal hospital than have it done free with someone who is inconsiderate and disrespectful, this animal hospital deserves 0 stars & no ones money. My family went in the office to get something for our dog. The office staff that served us were very friendly, however the older male vet (Dennis) came from the back offices & proceeded to get in my face, in front of the office staff and customers in the waiting room. Out of nowhere, he began to criticize me, disrespected me by raising his voice and then went on to flare his hands in my face and I was absolutely appalled & blindsided. Never had I been so disrespected by someone who evidently has no regard for customers, customer service, or even professionalism. the vet Dr. D. johnson should be committed to treating his customers and staff with dignity and respect, since he is a doctor and [supposed] leader. My family will never return to this facility nor will we ever recommend this office to anyone. Horrible experience that I would never wish any human being to endure, if he treats customers and staff with such disregard, I can only imagine the cruelty that ALL receiving his services may be subjected to. Dont fall for their "free exam for first time registration" scam. I did not find out about it untill a couple days after exam, which they charged me for. When I phoned to inquire why I did not get free exam, after a 10 min run around they told me it was kind of like a coupon, that if you did not mention it before the exam you did not get it. Bad business!! They also checked for worms ($22) even though it clearly stated on dogs records it had been dewormed 1 week eariler. I do not recommend!!! Read Less

Also read how in January 2013, he abruptly closed that practice leaving people without jobs and pet owners without records. Look up his record with the NC vet board.
