After paying $500 Dr. Hill misdiagnosed my cat with a stomach blockage, after getting a second opinion elsewhere I found out my cat had leukemia & FIV and shortly after passed away. If you care about your pets health & life please do not take them to this clinic. Read Less

Grays Creek Animal Hospital are fill with pleasant folks who have made me and my mom feel more than comfortable about bringing my Dog Diamond to their facility and leaving her there for surgery, and at ease. They were recommended to me and my mom, and I would certainly refer all pet owners to them based on my experience face to face with them. The Staff are swift and understanding of your pet's needs, they smile and soft spoken while communicating with you. They are certainly there for animals no question about that. If someone was to tell me they had a bad experience with this animal hospital, I would really have a hard time believing it. All thanks goes to staff, because of them Diamond has healed very well. disclaimer: this happened in 2010 and the staff could have changed since then? my feelings are so very mixed about this animal hospital. I have to say that Dr. Hill did me and my baby a huge favor and I applaud and thank him so much for taking on my case, as he helped me save a poor abandoned kittens life. thrown out by the side of the road. so THANK YOU DR. HILL!!! now as far as his staff at the front desk? if they are still the ones there, THAT is the reason I will never go back there. 2 ladies. one I was told was his wife (hear say), and the other lady was completely sour. Both their attitudes were unbelievable. the "other lady" was so condescending and belittling to me on the phone and to other people I heard her talk too as I stood in front of her in the office listening to it. I could not believe it!!! They literally drove me away from there.... sorry Dr Hill. If something has changed at your front desk, let me know. I appreciate you! Very experienced and reasonable vet!!!!!!!!!!!! Recently my 11 month old puppy had an unwanted pregnancy in which i could not afford to maintain. Dr. Hill offered a great payment plan in which I was able to get my dog spayed at a good price! This helped a great deal because since my money situation is so bad I would have taken her to the pound! Thanks Dr. Hill for helping to save my pups life and get her fixed at the same time.
