OMG!!!!!!. This hospital has TERRIBLE customer service. I dropped off a urine sample for a sick friends SICK dog, they said they WOULD NOT run the tests without payment up front. (My friend is a current customer of theirs & has an appointment for her dog in two days). I went back to my friends house, got her credit card, returned to AMC to pay for the $75 test & "Jessica", office manager/OWNER said she would not take the credit card because it was my friends card. (I have picked up cases of food for my friend before-totaling hundreds of dollars- using her credit card, @ least 4 times). Jessica said it is their policy- NONE of which was EVER told to my friend while talki g to them to begin with. DO NOT GO HERE. Carolina Ranch is much further away & more expensive but WONDERFUL CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS and pets. Worth it. I will NOT cone here again.

AMC of Garner was absolutely wonderful in treating and caring for my pup Dudley! Our first visit was emotional for me because it was the first time my dog had ever been sick and he hadn't eaten in days. Dr. Wolff was compassionate and listened as I stated the symptoms. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and with his treatment plan, my Dudley was 100% better within 24 hours. They even called the next day to check on him and asked if I needed anything. An extremely caring and knowledgeable staff!

Great choice for my two cats. The staff is very friendly and distinctly animal lovers. I have met with all the veterinarians at this location and each one has been very informative and welcoming. If last minute they fit you in at your convenience. I can trust that I am getting the best care. Also I thought it was very thoughtful when my cat was a kitten, I received a kitten bundle of goodies with a book on cats health.

Wow, I was so impressed. She is down to earth, knowledgeable, and takes time to think of all the options.
The staff is amazing. They have made me feel so welcome. They treat Max like a king and he is not afraid to go to the vet at all. He has had to have a lot of blood draws and he goes with the tech willingly and comes back with his tail wagging. I have owned dogs, cats and even a horse for over 50 years. AMC of Garner is my all time favorite, paws down!

Have been taking my dogs here since moving to the area 2 years ago. The Staff is great, recognize the dogs by sight, and always make the trip welcoming and friendly. Had an older dog that came down with Lymphoma, the Staff was very attentive, laid out all options and possible costs and we're absolutely transparent. I never felt guilted or pressured to choose a more expensive course of treatment and they were very sensitive to the situation that a pet owner finds themselves in when old age catches up on a pet. I would definitely recommend AMC to anyone looking for a quality Vet.

I would absolutely recommend AMC of Garner. All of their staff goes above and beyond. My first visit here, Dr. Wolff caught a mistake in medication dosage our previous vet had made and corrected it. My dog is very afraid of other dogs and of the vet, and the whole staff has been great at working with us and trying to make visits as non-distressing for my dog as possible. Dr. Hedges is wonderful with my dog and has helped us make medication/consult decisions while being conscious of cost. The front desk staff and vet techs have all been wonderful with my dog and remember him.

After moving here two years ago, we are so relieved to find Dr. Wolff and his staff to take care of our two dogs and two cats. We had tried another vet office in Clayton which was total chaos, so we were pleased when we walked in for the first time to find a calm environment with a professional and kind staff. They take time to learn and examine your pet. They did not try to sell us extra services (Clayton Vet), but gave us good care recommendations for our pets. Thank you AMC.

I changed animal hospitals to AMC to be closer to my house. Unfortunately my cat Simba had some serious medical issues crop up from stress during the move. We didn't know for a while if he was going to come through. Dr. Hedges and the staff did a great job of helping me and treating our cat and he is now stable and doing great. we are hoping that he will Live to a normal ripe old age with the help of AMC. I also would recommend them because they are a fair reasonable price and don't try to gouge you for money.

What a great veterinary practice. I had just gotten in town when my lil pup decided to get very sick with bloody diarrhea and vomiting. I was scared. Yes, I've worked in the veterinary field so you'd think I'd be better at handling a situation like that but when it's your baby and you're alone and traveling it can get kind of scary. And I must say Dr. Lindsey Dzombar and her veterinary staff were simply fantastic. Everyone was so sweet and Dr. Dzombar was genuinely caring and knowledgeable. She reassured me that Brady was in good hands and even offered to board him for me while I was in town doing interviews. He was scheduled to go to doggy daycare but with him being sick I knew it would be best to leave him with a veterinary staff that would take good care of him and provide him with the necessary care he needed. Dr. Dzombar was also great in that she didn't try to push a lot of unnecessary tests and meds just to up her sale. She recommended what she thought was necessary and even explained why she made those recommendations. I truly appreciated that because some vets just say "you need to do this, this and this" and offer absolutely no explanation. This was not the case at AMC. The bill was super reasonable and I'm happy to say that Brady is all better and more hyper than ever. Thank you Dr. Dzombar and staff for taking care of my Brady and taking care of this worried pet parent. I don't know what I would've done without you guys. When we move to the Raleigh area we fully intend to keep you as our vet hospital of choice. You guys rock! Keep up the great work.

We've had an extraordinary experience with Dr. Wolff, and I can't say enough great things about him and the staff at AMC of Garner. Coming from out of town, his team gave the building a nice face lift & more modern touch while keeping with the hometown Garner feel.
When our sweet 8.5 year old collie mix had an accident, he is the one who correctly diagnosed her hip luxation upon the emergency vet's misdiagnoses. He gave us options and referred us to the very best place for the procedure. A hip replacement later (and we wouldn't have it any other way) our sweet girl is up and running again like nothing ever happened...praise!
Even before her accident, Willow had seen Dr. Wolff for her annual check ups. You can tell he loves what he does and is passionate about animals. He gets down on hand and knee, in his nice khakis, to make Willow feel comfortable and welcomes kisses from her right in the face. To top it off, we received a courtesy follow up call the next day to check on Willow after her appointment...so thoughtful!
I hope Dr. Wolff and his team are here to stay, and I can't say enough great things. Dr. Hayden left his legacy in the best of hands.

I would not take my cat any where else. They are very friendly and treat my cat like she is the only one there at the time. I have a cat that will bite and scratch if you are trying to do something she does not like. However they treat her very nice and do not try to up sell you anything like the big box vet does. It is always clean and they get you right in. I can't say enough good things about them.

Came to AMC of Garner Vet because my regular vet was closed due to weather - they were so helpful. Dr. Lindsay was so good with my dog - she sat right on the floor with him to evaluate. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. The entire staff, from check-in to check-out was great! Everyone loved my boy, Jovi (1 year old Pointer). I have been taking my pets to see Dr. Hayden and the staff there for over fifteen years. We watched him build his practice and move into this wonderful building. They are kind and awesome. The new doctors while they haven't made the impression that Dr. Hayden has are very kind and I know my pets are always in good hands. Eris will be making her last visit there on the 16th and I know they will do everything to make her and myself comfortable through this painful and heart wrenching process. They have cared for her and myself for lots of years and I could not be happier with them.

Dr. Wolff is an excellent veterinarian. He cared for my dog when she had an allergic reaction to a bug bite. Dr. Wolff saw her promptly, cared for her, and assured us that she would be fine. On another occasion, Dr. and Mrs. Wolff made sure my dog got the medication she needed easily while my husband was recovering from surgery, so that was one less thing I had to stress about. They are a kind and caring team.

Our Maltese is currently receiving care for Prostrate problems. The Doctor(s), staff, and facility are the best I've encountered in the Garner, NC area. Very clean and on the same level of human emergency care, it's that good. They are totally professional and reliable when confronted with life-threatening medical issues, and haven't run into any 'scheduling' issues when there's an important need for help. This is as it should be, and I regard pet care to be considered at the same level of human care, if not more.

My dog Josh was sick and they had him come in the same day. Dr. Linsday saw Josh and immediately gave him medication. She called the following day to find out how he was doing. She set another appointment to check on him. Dr. Wolff saw him and was very thorough with his exam. Josh is a rescue dog and is not the easiest patient. They both sat on the floor with him and were very kind and gentle. I really appreciate the quick response and the caring expressed. Everyone at the office was very nice and gave Josh their personal attention.

I have a 7 year old yellow lab with ridiculous allergies and finding a good vet can be difficult. He's had all the allergy tests and we've gotten pretty used to dealing with his flares. His vet that we loved is just too far to drive now and so we've been searching for a new one. We've tried a couple in the Clayton/Garner area and been pretty disappointed. We had one vet who absolutely refused to go along with the treatments we finally found that worked over the last 7 years and it was extremely frustrating. When I called to make our appointment, the lady I spoke with on the phone was great. She made me feel at ease quickly and helped us make an appointment within 48 hours of the call. We went in this morning and the experience was top notch. We were seen quickly, our tech was great with my lab and the vet we saw (Dr. Wolfe) was a natural. My dog was comfortable with each person he interacted with and everything they did was explained to me and I was totally involved in all decisions. The visit was expensive, but completely in line with what I would expect to pay with everything we had going on. If my experience differs, I'll update the review, but as of now, we've finally found our vet in this area!

Can't say enough about them and their wonderful practice. After going to the same vet for almost 20 years, we needed to make the difficult decision to change vets. Going to AMC of Garner Veterinary Hospital made the change very easy. I was so impressed with Dr. Wolff and the entire staff, I honestly can't say enough about them. This place is awesome! I've taken my two cats here since 2007, when one of them had a parasite that was killing her. We had other vets tell us it would be thousands to do exploratory surgery because she had a (misdiagnosed) intestinal blockage. $500 later, AMC of Garner had her bloodwork, intestinal biopsy, surgery, and 2 overnight stays done, and she was ready to come home :) they have always been good to us and our pets, often working them in for last-minute illnesses. Today, they accommodated a last minute appointment for our cat who was not feeling well. I was rushed and running late; but, they still worked her in and took care of her. The practice recently changed ownership; but, the customer service is still as strong as ever. I'll never go anywhere else!

We had an emergency, and even though we didn't have an appointment and were new patients, they were able to work us in. Front desk people, the vet tech, and the doctor were all very friendly and professional, which helped us, the parents, stay calm(er) in this incredibly stressful and scary time. The only downside to our experience was the clinic is not set up for billing, so you have to pay at the time of services. While that ordinarily would not be a problem, this was an emergency visit, so it was an unexpected expense. However, this is a fairly minor complaint, as they were able to get our cat feeling back to her normal self.

Dr. Haden is hands down the best vet I have ever had. Not only is he very knowledgeable and is very good at his job, but he is a very compassionate and caring man who upon meeting him, you can tell that he loves animals. He is very easy to talk to and is very kind of my Gizmo and Daisy. The staff is also very friendly and is always willing to help you out. I recommend Dr. Haden to anyone!

I have been taking my dog and my cat to this office for just over a year. The staff is helpful and friendly. The Vet, Dr. Haden is who I usually see, is thorough and professional, and very good with my pets. I always discuss the fees up front so I am never surprised and honestly, very pleased with their prices which are in line with other area animal clinics.
Bottom line, they are competent, friendly and reasonable. I trust them to take good care of my pet's medical needs.

Went there for the first visit recently with Dr. Haden and everyone from the office staff, other customers, vet assistant, lady in the back, to the vet were friendly and happy to see us. The prices were on par with other vets I've been to and they all took their time answering all our questions and even looked at pictures we had on our phones of the dog we brought and the dog at home. We will definitely be going back there, I'm so glad our new neighbors told me about them. This is the first time my husband has gone to a vet visit with me and told me he was pleased with the vet (and that means a lot coming from him).

I've taken all of my pets here over the last several years. This is very much a hometown vet clinic. Dr. Feola and staff always take good care of my 2 dogs and elderly cat. The services are reasonably priced and there is none of the high pressure sales tactics that I've gotten from some of the larger chain type vet clinics.The facility is relatively new and is clean and neat.

I was trying to get her seen today to make sure she isnt going to die too. I talked to the lady (I wont mention her name) who answered the phone and she said she will go back and ask the doctor if they could see my dog today and that she will call me back. TWO hours later I, ME called THEM back to see if they would see my dog. The same lady answered the phone and said the Dr. has been in surgury all morning but she would run back and ask him and call me back. She said this the first time I called that she would run back and ask him and call me back. This time she actually called me back at 11:15am and asked if I could be there at 11:30am. Told her that would not work because I live in Smithfield. I then asked if she had anything later, she said no. I asked if they would try to work her in. She told me no that they were booked today. LOOK, i dont care how booked you are if there is a sick dog that needs to be seen especially when my other dog just died of the same sickness.....i looked up different vets and this one had 5 stars so i thought hey cant beat that!! BUT, apparently a crappy place like Banfield is willing to work her in no problem. Not impressed with this place. Apparently they dont give a damn if my dog is really sick and might die. Thanks alot Animal Medical Center.

OMG!!!!!!. This hospital has TERRIBLE customer service. I dropped off a urine sample for a sick friends SICK dog, they said they WOULD NOT run the tests without payment up front. (My friend is a current customer of theirs & has an appointment for her dog in two days). I went back to my friends house, got her credit card, returned to AMC to pay for the $75 test & "Jessica", office manager/OWNER said she would not take the credit card because it was my friends card. (I have picked up cases of food for my friend before-totaling hundreds of dollars- using her credit card, @ least 4 times). Jessica said it is their policy- NONE of which was EVER told to my friend while talki g to them to begin with. DO NOT GO HERE. Carolina Ranch is much further away & more expensive but WONDERFUL CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS and pets. Worth it. I will NOT cone here again.

AMC of Garner was absolutely wonderful in treating and caring for my pup Dudley! Our first visit was emotional for me because it was the first time my dog had ever been sick and he hadn't eaten in days. Dr. Wolff was compassionate and listened as I stated the symptoms. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and with his treatment plan, my Dudley was 100% better within 24 hours. They even called the next day to check on him and asked if I needed anything. An extremely caring and knowledgeable staff!

Wow, I was so impressed. She is down to earth, knowledgeable, and takes time to think of all the options.
The staff is amazing. They have made me feel so welcome. They treat Max like a king and he is not afraid to go to the vet at all. He has had to have a lot of blood draws and he goes with the tech willingly and comes back with his tail wagging. I have owned dogs, cats and even a horse for over 50 years. AMC of Garner is my all time favorite, paws down!

Have been taking my dogs here since moving to the area 2 years ago. The Staff is great, recognize the dogs by sight, and always make the trip welcoming and friendly. Had an older dog that came down with Lymphoma, the Staff was very attentive, laid out all options and possible costs and we're absolutely transparent. I never felt guilted or pressured to choose a more expensive course of treatment and they were very sensitive to the situation that a pet owner finds themselves in when old age catches up on a pet. I would definitely recommend AMC to anyone looking for a quality Vet.

I would absolutely recommend AMC of Garner. All of their staff goes above and beyond. My first visit here, Dr. Wolff caught a mistake in medication dosage our previous vet had made and corrected it. My dog is very afraid of other dogs and of the vet, and the whole staff has been great at working with us and trying to make visits as non-distressing for my dog as possible. Dr. Hedges is wonderful with my dog and has helped us make medication/consult decisions while being conscious of cost. The front desk staff and vet techs have all been wonderful with my dog and remember him.

I changed animal hospitals to AMC to be closer to my house. Unfortunately my cat Simba had some serious medical issues crop up from stress during the move. We didn't know for a while if he was going to come through. Dr. Hedges and the staff did a great job of helping me and treating our cat and he is now stable and doing great. we are hoping that he will Live to a normal ripe old age with the help of AMC. What a great veterinary practice. I had just gotten in town when my lil pup decided to get very sick with bloody diarrhea and vomiting. I was scared. Yes, I've worked in the veterinary field so you'd think I'd be better at handling a situation like that but when it's your baby and you're alone and traveling it can get kind of scary. And I must say Dr. Lindsey Dzombar and her veterinary staff were simply fantastic. Everyone was so sweet and Dr. Dzombar was genuinely caring and knowledgeable. She reassured me that Brady was in good hands and even offered to board him for me while I was in town doing interviews. He was scheduled to go to doggy daycare but with him being sick I knew it would be best to leave him with a veterinary staff that would take good care of him and provide him with the necessary care he needed. Dr. Dzombar was also great in that she didn't try to push a lot of unnecessary tests and meds just to up her sale. She recommended what she thought was necessary and even explained why she made those recommendations. I truly appreciated that because some vets just say "you need to do this, this and this" and offer absolutely no explanation. This was not the case at AMC. The bill was super reasonable and I'm happy to say that Brady is all better and more hyper than ever. Thank you Dr. Dzombar and staff for taking care of my Brady and taking care of this worried pet parent. I don't know what I would've done without you guys. When we move to the Raleigh area we fully intend to keep you as our vet hospital of choice. You guys rock! Keep up the great work.

She recommended what she thought was necessary and even explained why she made those recommendations. I truly appreciated that because some vets just say "you need to do this, this and this" and offer absolutely no explanation. This was not the case at AMC. The bill was super reasonable and I'm happy to say that Brady is all better and more hyper than ever. Thank you Dr. Dzombar and staff for taking care of my Brady and taking care of this worried pet parent. I don't know what I would've done without you guys. When we move to the Raleigh area we fully intend to keep you as our vet hospital of choice. You guys rock! Keep up the great work.

We've had an extraordinary experience with Dr. Wolff, and I can't say enough great things about him and the staff at AMC of Garner. Coming from out of town, his team gave the building a nice face lift & more modern touch while keeping with the hometown Garner feel.
When our sweet 8.5 year old collie mix had an accident, he is the one who correctly diagnosed her hip luxation upon the emergency vet's misdiagnoses. He gave us options and referred us to the very best place for the procedure. A hip replacement later (and we wouldn't have it any other way) our sweet girl is up and running again like nothing ever happened...praise!
Even before her accident, Willow had seen Dr. Wolff for her annual check ups. You can tell he loves what he does and is passionate about animals. He gets down on hand and knee, in his nice khakis, to make Willow feel comfortable and welcomes kisses from her right in the face. To top it off, we received a courtesy follow up call the next day to check on Willow after her appointment...so thoughtful!
I hope Dr. Wolff and his team are here to stay, and I can't say enough great things. Dr. Hayden left his legacy in the best of hands.

I would not take my cat any where else. They are very friendly and treat my cat like she is the only one there at the time. I have a cat that will bite and scratch if you are trying to do something she does not like. However they treat her very nice and do not try to up sell you anything like the big box vet does. It is always clean and they get you right in. I can't say enough good things about them.

Came to AMC of Garner Vet because my regular vet was closed due to weather - they were so helpful. Dr. Lindsay was so good with my dog - she sat right on the floor with him to evaluate. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. The entire staff, from check-in to check-out was great! Everyone loved my boy, Jovi (1 year old Pointer). I have been taking my pets to see Dr. Hayden and the staff there for over fifteen years. We watched him build his practice and move into this wonderful building. They are kind and awesome. The new doctors while they haven't made the impression that Dr. Hayden has are very kind and I know my pets are always in good hands. Eris will be making her last visit there on the 16th and I know they will do everything to make her and myself comfortable through this painful and heart wrenching process. They have cared for her and myself for lots of years and I could not be happier with them.

On another occasion, Dr. and Mrs. Wolff made sure my dog got the medication she needed easily while my husband was recovering from surgery, so that was one less thing I had to stress about. Our Maltese is currently receiving care for Prostrate problems. The Doctor(s), staff, and facility are the best I've encountered in the Garner, NC area. Very clean and on the same level of human emergency care, it's that good. They are totally professional and reliable when confronted with life-threatening medical issues, and haven't run into any 'scheduling' issues when there's an important need for help. This is as it should be, and I regard pet care to be considered at the same level of human care, if not more.

We just love this veterinarian clinic! This is the first time we visited this clinic for our dog. What a great place! The facility is very clean, friendly staff and the doctor was very knowledgeable. We felt absolutely no pressure to do unnecessary procedures, we were given options for treatment and they even gave us a detail cost estimate. This will be our go to veterinarian for now on.

My dog Josh was sick and they had him come in the same day. Dr. Linsday saw Josh and immediately gave him medication. She called the following day to find out how he was doing. She set another appointment to check on him. Dr. Wolff saw him and was very thorough with his exam. Josh is a rescue dog and is not the easiest patient. They both sat on the floor with him and were very kind and gentle. I really appreciate the quick response and the caring expressed. Everyone at the office was very nice and gave Josh their personal attention.

I have a 7 year old yellow lab with ridiculous allergies and finding a good vet can be difficult. He's had all the allergy tests and we've gotten pretty used to dealing with his flares. His vet that we loved is just too far to drive now and so we've been searching for a new one. We've tried a couple in the Clayton/Garner area and been pretty disappointed. We had one vet who absolutely refused to go along with the treatments we finally found that worked over the last 7 years and it was extremely frustrating. When I called to make our appointment, the lady I spoke with on the phone was great. She made me feel at ease quickly and helped us make an appointment within 48 hours of the call. We went in this morning and the experience was top notch. We were seen quickly, our tech was great with my lab and the vet we saw (Dr. Wolfe) was a natural. My dog was comfortable with each person he interacted with and everything they did was explained to me and I was totally involved in all decisions. The visit was expensive, but completely in line with what I would expect to pay with everything we had going on. If my experience differs, I'll update the review, but as of now, we've finally found our vet in this area!

Can't say enough about them and their wonderful practice. After going to the same vet for almost 20 years, we needed to make the difficult decision to change vets. Going to AMC of Garner Veterinary Hospital made the change very easy. I was so impressed with Dr. Wolff and the entire staff, I honestly can't say enough about them. This place is awesome! I've taken my two cats here since 2007, when one of them had a parasite that was killing her. We had other vets tell us it would be thousands to do exploratory surgery because she had a (misdiagnosed) intestinal blockage. $500 later, AMC of Garner had her bloodwork, intestinal biopsy, surgery, and 2 overnight stays done, and she was ready to come home :) they have always been good to us and our pets, often working them in for last-minute illnesses. Today, they accommodated a last minute appointment for our cat who was not feeling well. I was rushed and running late; but, they still worked her in and took care of her. The practice recently changed ownership; but, the customer service is still as strong as ever. I'll never go anywhere else!

We had an emergency, and even though we didn't have an appointment and were new patients, they were able to work us in. Front desk people, the vet tech, and the doctor were all very friendly and professional, which helped us, the parents, stay calm(er) in this incredibly stressful and scary time. The only downside to our experience was the clinic is not set up for billing, so you have to pay at the time of services. While that ordinarily would not be a problem, this was an emergency visit, so it was an unexpected expense. However, this is a fairly minor complaint, as they were able to get our cat feeling back to her normal self.

I have been taking my dog and my cat to this office for just over a year. The staff is helpful and friendly. The Vet, Dr. Haden is who I usually see, is thorough and professional, and very good with my pets. I always discuss the fees up front so I am never surprised and honestly, very pleased with their prices which are in line with other area animal clinics.
Bottom line, they are competent, friendly and reasonable. I trust them to take good care of my pet's medical needs.

Went there for the first visit recently with Dr. Haden and everyone from the office staff, other customers, vet assistant, lady in the back, to the vet were friendly and happy to see us. The prices were on par with other vets I've been to and they all took their time answering all our questions and even looked at pictures we had on our phones of the dog we brought and the dog at home. We will definitely be going back there, I'm so glad our new neighbors told me about them. This is the first time my husband has gone to a vet visit with me and told me he was pleased with the vet (and that means a lot coming from him).

I've taken all of my pets here over the last several years. This is very much a hometown vet clinic. Dr. Feola and staff always take good care of my 2 dogs and elderly cat. The services are reasonably priced and there is none of the high pressure sales tactics that I've gotten from some of the larger chain type vet clinics.The facility is relatively new and is clean and neat.

I talked to the lady (I wont mention her name) who answered the phone and she said she will go back and ask the doctor if they could see my dog today and that she will call me back. TWO hours later I, ME called THEM back to see if they would see my dog. The same lady answered the phone and said the Dr. has been in surgury all morning but she would run back and ask him and call me back. She said this the first time I called that she would run back and ask him and call me back. This time she actually called me back at 11:15am and asked if I could be there at 11:30am. Told her that would not work because I live in Smithfield. I then asked if she had anything later, she said no. I asked if they would try to work her in. She told me no that they were booked today. LOOK, i dont care how booked you are if there is a sick dog that needs to be seen especially when my other dog just died of the same sickness.....i looked up different vets and this one had 5 stars so i thought hey cant beat that!! BUT, apparently a crappy place like Banfield is willing to work her in no problem. Not impressed with this place. Apparently they dont give a damn if my dog is really sick and might die. Thanks alot Animal Medical Center.
