We have been here at least 5 times with a guinea pig and a kitten and we have gotten our dogs flea pill here as well overnight our dog bled four different times all over the place quite a bit of blood for an 8 pound dog and they refused us an appointment said they were completely booked about 6 months before this I brought a cat that was losing weight over there they did a bunch of stuff costing about $200 and said all the tests came out normal never offered to look any further all they care about is money at this place they have no compassion I'm done with them Read Less

I went to this hospital not being a patient (being new to the area I had not established one) My cat Mojo passed with no warning in the middle of the night and I took a chance and brought him in. My mom's dog had unexplained, random bleeding from the nose for several months. We took him to two different emergency vets in the middle of the night but no one could find a cause. After each emergency visit we took him to see Dr. Sprinkles, who was his regular vet, as well as a few times during regular hours. Dr. Sprinkles did everything, including a nasal scoping, research, and consulting with specialists to figure out what was going on. We never found the cause, and when his condition worsened suddenly one morning Dr. Sprinkles and his staff were caring and sympathetic when we had to have him put down. They hugged us all and said their own goodbyes to our sweet boy with us. It's that kind of compassion that's the reason my own new puppy is seeing Dr. Sprinkles for her first visit tomorrow. Grace Animal Hospital has worked miracles bringing my hopeless dying pets back to life literally. I can't thank Dr Marlowe and Dr Sprinkles enoughDr sprinkles called me personally everyday while my cat was in critical condition. He took his time and explained my cats condition in a way I could understand. Dr Sprinkles even gave me suggestions on what to feed my cat And what was economical. ( I really appreciate that)Dr Marlowe helped me when the dog I adopted ( I did not know) ended up having a brain inflammation and seizures. I let her know I wanted to try and help this dog but my resources were limited. I have been here with both my bunnies and Dr Sprinkles has always been great! Recently we had to squeeze in a last minute appointment for my poor kitty for a gland rupture and her normal vet was not available. Dr. Sprinkles was great with her and even managed to give me a recap of the visit over the phone since I was not able to be at the appointment myself and had family bring her in. Dr. Sprinkles and his staff are the best! I have been bringing my cocker spaniel, Annabelle, to to Grace since I adopted her back in February of 2014. This past January, she had a bowel obstruction over the New Years holiday. After several visits to emergency vets who insisted on performing unnecessary diagnostic tests and who were quoting outrageous prices, we were finally able to bring her in to Grace as soon as they reopened. They quickly saw her, diagnosed the problem, performed her surgery, and charged half of what the other vets were going to charge. It is obvious that each staff member cares about their patients and their owners. Took my dogs, Ruger & Chewy, to Grace Animal Hospital for the first time today! The girls had a great visit!! Dr. Sprinkles was very informative and extremely nice! We use to goto the Pet Hospital but after the horrible service we decided to switch. We only paid $30 more than what Pet Hospital charges and it is so worth it!! The girls were handled with care. Dr. Sprinkles & the vet techs treated Ru & Chew like they were their own dogs. Also, Dr. Sprinkles didn't try to force me to buy expensive products for my dogs. He discussed all options for flea & tick preventatives as well as the heartworm preventatives and we decided on the best option based on what I could afford. Read Less

My initial visit with my cat "Jay the Stray" was to diagnose his chronic eye issues, which turned out to be Entropion. Needing eye surgery, Dr. Sprinkles and his team have so far proved to be knowledgeable, kind, honest, helpful compassionate and have followed through with a check up call after Jays eye surgery .I'm very pleased with every aspect of their practice, from the clean and neat waiting room to the examining rooms and on site lab testing. My precious chi wawa was ready to go home to heaven. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. But when I got to grace animal clinic they did everything to make it easier on me. They told me all my options and never pressured me into anything. When it was almost time to let him go, they gave me and my family as much time as we needed to say goodbye. And throughout the whole process they were all there holding my hand while I cried. A few weeks after this time, I got a letter in the mail from the pet clinic, they sent me a sweet card, poem, and pepsis paw print laminated on a card. I Rate Grace Animal Hospital-0 Stars we have been going there for years.I had a very sick dog(my baby)took her down there and they alway say there are very busy.so we waited for a hour to hour and half and then they tell me I have to take my dog to emergency vet because the doctor is to busy and cant see her.The front end has poor customer service and is NOT compassionate This is not the first time this has happed should have learened the fist time .just wanted to post to let people know that If you love your fur babies consider another vet because we are. My first appointment experience didn't go well at all but that was partially my fault for not being able to make it in on time. HOWEVER, today I made my first official visit to the office. I was meet by a nice receptionist who asked who the doctor was seeing today. I give her information and filled out some first time paperwork. I waited less than five minutes. I was called back to an exam room and two nice nurses checked out my cat and told me the doctor would be in soon. 2-3 minutes later Russell S. (the veterinarian) came in and greeted me. He looked over my cat and was very gentle and caring. Which that is the kind of person I want to see my pet. He spoke to me and explained all the stuff going on with my cat in detail and even used a medical prop to give me a visual representation. Doctor Sprinkles gave me and my cat plenty of attention and care. Allyson was his assistant in this case and stayed in the room the entire time to comfort the cat and give additional information to me. She was very friendly as well. Russell was very friendly and even helped to reduce the bill to help me pay for the medicine my pet needed without me even having to ask. He said that he either had to be a weatherman or a vet with that last name....but I've been thinking...he could also be a clown or a baker.
