I've been taking my puppy here since I got him. Today he started to make some really weird noises and the receptionist had me text her a video of it to help determine whether or not it was an emergency. And although they didn't think it was an emergency, they were still able to get me an appointment within an hour of my call. Really impressed by the service! I also think their prices are very reasonable as well. Read Less

We have used Phoenix for years with Dr. Hester and now, Dr. Cheney. In the ten years we've used this veterinary practice, we have never had a complaint, or even been slightly dissatisfied. I've moved to Greensboro 5 years ago but, with 100% satisfaction in mind, I still take and will take all 3 of my dogs here regularly. He & his awesome staff have been great and I have no hesitation about recommending ALL the folks at Phoenix Animal Hospital to take care of you and your pets. I had tried other Vets but Phoenix & Dr. Cheney are by far the best Veterinarian and Veterinary Hospital we could have found. Read Less

At first glance the facility is nice, and the persons working there seem to be very friendly. My first visit was very comfortable. The price was a tad bit higher than my previous vet, but I overlooked that. The first sign of attitude was when I asked about nail clipping. I was answered with a rather "nose up" answer of that will cost you extra. Also most answers began to be very condescending. On my second visit I hd ordered Heart guard online. Not to prove a point, but its just cheaper than the generic at the VET. The online pharmacy called me back and told me my Vet was very rude. When I asked about this, the vet responded with " we don't deal with online pharmacies" THey also told me they wouldn't even fax a prescription. When I asked for a prescription they threw it across the counter. Very rude indeed. I'm glad I'm moving soon. Read Less
