Very nice facility and friendly staff. Fortunately our animals have been healthy so we've had limited interaction with the doctors but we've never had any problems.

We have a shihtzu named Zeke. He's a member of our family, and he's my yappy baby! This morning terminix came out and sprayed outside for ants etc. I was told to wait about 45 mins to an hour before letting Zeke out, which I waited almost two hours. Then at about 1:45 I walked out again with Zeke to let him potty and run around for a few, Somehow during that time he got poisoned, I'm thinking by eating grass that was sprayed earlier this morning, I'm not sure of how exactly but I was with him the whole time and he was running/rolling in his normal spots. Almost instantly he began gagging, & fell over on his side in a seizure. At first I didn't realize what was happening, I thought he was backwards sneezing like he sometimes does and just playing. When I got close to him and picked him up I realized how serious this was, now mind you I have never dealt with something like this before. I called his vet and they referred me to Graham Animal Hospital. I got my son & zeke in the car and rushed to Graham as Zeke was continuing to shake, swell and puke, had my hazzards on and everything. Run into Graham Animal Hospital, frantic as Zeke was potentially dying in my arms andy son was so scared & i begged them to help me. I WANT Y'ALL TO KNOW THEY TURNED ME AWAY! She told me they were booked up and not accepting new patients and that she didn't know what to tell me! She let me walk out that door with my baby dog puking down my body yapping and shaking and didn't move a muscle to even try to help me, or point me to someone who could!!! So I loaded my son and Zeke up once more and set out for help. I called my sister in law panicking, and she pointed me to help, She told me where to go which was about 15 minutes from where I was and I knew Zeke wouldn't make it so I stopped at Plaza Vet on Alamance Rd, they welcomed us with open arms, didn't care where we came from or that we had never stepped foot in their door before, they helped my baby, they saved his life. They calmed me and jayce down as well as Zeke, got IVs in Zeke, meds the whole nine yards! They saw our urgency and didn't care what their schedule looked like!! GRAHAM ANIMAL HOSPITAL FAILED ZEKE AS WELL AS MY FAMILY. ZEKE WOULD HAVE DIED IF IT WAS UP TO THEM!!! AND THEY WOULDNT HAVE BATTED AN EYE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS THERE, THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE WELLNESS OF OUR BABIES!!!

My dog was hit by a car, minor injuries thankfully, there were no appointments available but I was told to bring Gunner in and they would see him as soon as they could. We were only there about 15 min...
My dog was hit by a car, minor injuries thankfully, there were no appointments available but I was told to bring Gunner in and they would see him as soon as they could. We were only there about 15 minutes and they took him back. Dr. Wilder was amazing with our boy and made sure he was comfortable. He will make a full recovery and thanks again to the wonderful staff at Graham Animal Hospital

It was awful. Just went in for flea medicine and the staff lied about the product requested and were very rude. They need to be shut down. Caudle vet is the only place I would ever trust with my cats.

This was the most upset I've been in a long time....with that said I never leave reviews I just never go back to the place of poor business but I have to leave one for this place!!! If you have a spynx...hairless cat.....don't go here!! They have never seen one or treated one EVER Dr. said not me...she said she was afraid she might make the needle come out the other side of the tissue because the skin was so thin. They are just like a regular cat but no hair... Then the Dr. argued with me about my cats age...I told her I SEEN him being born I know he's 11 weeks old!! She said he was 4 months!!! She tried to give him a dewormer he did not need. They done a fecal test for all worms and it was negetive!! Why...she said don't you want one? If he doesn't have them now why treat him for them???? So then when we were leaving the receptionists was giving me my bill...I asked her what was we being charged for...like services..she said distemperment, fecal test, and dewormer!!!! I lost it at the point. Anyway I highly recommend if you love your pets steer clear of this place its awful and uneducated as well...

DO NOT USE THIS VET. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Shop around before choosing this vet. Their charges are inflammatory to say the least. Their staff, specifically, annette and ms wilder are rude, disrespectful and beyond unprofessional. annette is loud, obnoxious and will scream over you if you try to express your thoughts regarding charges. I am now a former client, having used them for cremation services. I needed to pay a bill for a patient of theirs. My dog and their patient had an altercation in which their patient received a less than 1/2" cut on her lip (after which the dog and her human continued on their nightly walk through our neighborhood). I felt the charges were inflated due to the fact someone else other than the patient's human was paying and was not allowed to simply express that fact. annette screamed over me stating how irresponsible of a dog owner I was.. I offered to pay 1/2 the bill then and in 2 weeks pay the balance and she refused to accept any payment whatsoever. Businesses in their position should maintain a professional demeanor in every situation, giving customers respect. Had they treated me with respect and allowed me to express my opinion without talking down to me with such judgement and accusatory attitudes I would've been a loyal customer as long as I was a dog owner and this review would've been much different; saying "even though we disagreed on their charges I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism in a difficult situation. Choose them." This is certainly not the case. I will tell everyone I know about this. Word of mouth is the best advertisement.

Been bringing my pets here for 17 years. Friendly and very competent office staff. Dr. Wilder is my primary vet for all animals. They work hand in hand with you for the best care for your animals. What I like best is that they understand the dynamics of my household and take that into consideration when treating my pets. Love this vet office.

We have a shihtzu named Zeke. He's a member of our family, and he's my yappy baby! My dog was hit by a car, minor injuries thankfully, there were no appointments available but I was told to bring Gunner in and they would see him as soon as they could. We were only there about 15 minutes and they took him back. Dr. Wilder was amazing with our boy and made sure he was comfortable. He will make a full recovery and thanks again to the wonderful staff at Graham Animal Hospital

This was the most upset I've been in a long time....with that said I never leave reviews I just never go back to the place of poor business but I have to leave one for this place!!! If you have a spynx...hairless cat.....don't go here!!
