I have taken my dogs here since 1991 and they have been wonderful through thick and thin. Dr. Packard, Dr. Westmoreland, and the whole staff are great. Easy to get an appointment, no long waits to see the doctor once you get there, and good advice every time I've needed it! They are ahead of most clinics in offering K-laser and acupuncture to improve healing, manage pain, and decrease inflammation and swelling. I can't recommend Bel-Aire highly enough! Read Less

Bel-Aire Veterinary has always met our needs, and the staff have been excellent, even when one dog whined and yelped while they cut his nails. The only problem is getting there as the roads are being rearranged. Both my husband and I have gotten lost. Fortunately sympathetic folks at Bel-Aire have seen our pets even when we were very late. We moved to the area three years ago with multiple pets. Bel-Aire came recommended and has not disappointed. I have many senior pets and they help me to give them the best care. They are flexible, when I have a last minute issue they always find a way to see my pets, they have accommodated some before work drop offs so my pets could get care and I didn't have to miss work. I love Bel-Aire Vet! They are always professional and so knowledgeable. Dr. Packard is the best! I moved and started a demanding job, so I needed access to a closer vet with weekend and late night hours, so I signed up a local chain store. Fortunately, I have healthy dogs because if I had any kind of serious concerns, I would be making the trek to Bel-Aire. I'm considering going back anyway. They've cared for my Miniature Schnauzers for most off his life. He is now 15 and just beginning to slow down, no medications or anything. My dog Midnight has been a patient here since we adopted her in February 2014. As soon as I met Dr. Packard, I knew Midnight was in competent hands! Recently we had a medical emergency, and since it was before 6AM we rushed to the 24 hour animal hospital. It took a while to fill out all of the paperwork, and as the tech started explaining what they were going to do, my gut told me to leave & head over to see Dr. Packard. We arrived just as the doors opened, and they took her immediately. Dr. Packard wanted to keep her there for at least 24 hours for observation and promised to call me with an update/DX. Several hours later I received the call - personally from Dr. Packard, who reassured me (THANK GOODNESS) that Midnight was doing great & the crisis had passed. I really appreciated her personal attention, and I feel confident knowing I have a vet I can trust to take care of Midnight - who is a true member of my family.Read Less

Very caring with my puppy and always so patient answering any questions I have. You can tell they really care about animals and are very thorough when explaining all your options for any treatments your pet needs. Very honest when it comes to helping you make the most cost effective decisions as well as which is best for your pet. They actually talked me out of a treatment that was more expensive because the option I had decided on was treating my dog twice for fleas. Had a very sick puppy (12 weeks old) last year and unfortunately we went to a different vet until his last few days. We were unhappy with that vet and decided the extra 15 minute drive to Bel-Aire wouldn't be so bad. Definitely wish we had gone to Bel-Aire first.
