I have had a decade of experience with Dr. Upshaw and his Burlington Animal Hospital. I wouldn't have any other vet taking care of my pets. I used to highly think a lot of dr Upshaw until this is the second dog I called dr Upshaw to be put to sleep both dogs severely in pain told the office people she needed this. said they could see her on Fri this was Monday what about treating an animal humanely my other dog was last year same problem I confronted you on that one you said that would never happen again. and here we were again called as soon as you opened and three times put on hold for over 30min told them the dog was dying and in pain I wanted you to put her to sleep this was on Mon. again I was told I had to make an appt which again was two days away what is this about miss treatment of animals this to me should have been taken care of this is unacceptable another vet even told me this was wrong on so many levels dr Upshaw we were with you for 16 yrs and three dogs I even ask to speak you or them to tell you who we were and that you told us on the last dog it wouldnt happen again do yall have no compassion for a dying dog its a shame I would love to talk to you but you cant get past the front desk I hope this helps someone else so another dog is not dying in pain Read Less
