Do not ever take your animals here for any surgery!!! They killed my cat. He was there for a routine dental. I received a call he was fine and I could pick up between 3-5 pm. I was there at about 3:40, had to pay and then talked with a tech on how to take care of him that evening. The tech then when to get my baby but did not come back. I waited for a while, then asked the receptionist did it usually take this long and she said no. The vet then came out and told me my cat died. That he had been okay 5 minutes before but when they went to get him he was dead. I demanded my cat and when they brought him out you could see he had been dead much longer than 5 minutes. His muscles in him neck and from legs were already tightening up and could not be moved, and he had little heat left. The vet kept trying to say she was 'a good vet', this happened all the time, and he could have had heart worms. The cat was completely indoors, treated monthly for fleas,etc. I grabbed my cat and left. Please, if you need a dental or a spay/neuter, go somewhere else!!! Pay the extra if you love your pet!! I made the mistake of risking my cat for a few dollars......totally not worth it!!! This place is okay for getting routine shots at or buying flea medication from, but do not let them do dentals or any other surgery!!!

I love Dr. Fletcher! She's so compassionate, intuitive, understanding, and on point. I had been taking my dog to her regular vet for almost four years, for the same problem. Just this year alone, I've spent over $1200 at her full service vet. We saw Dr. Fletcher for the first time, for the girl's annual shots. She diagnosed the problem, and recommended two medicines. My full service vet, as well as a second opinion vet, ran up bills, and did not know the cause of the problems. Dr. Fletcher got it in one, and the puppy is doing so much better, nine months later. Hope they keep Dr. Fletcher around, as she is sharper than a tack. Our other dogs have seen Dr. Fletcher for their annual shots, a couple of times, too. Been going to this vet for probably twenty years (started when they were still on Wendover, near the shelter). Out of all the vets, they've had, including the owner, Dr. Fletcher was our favorite, even before she did the miracle cure. Love supporting a vet that gives back to the community, too. Plus, their costs are super low, especially for seniors.

We took our dog in for blood work, heart worm testing and teeth cleaning. The people at the clinic could not have been nicer. It was immediately evident that they love dogs and cats and that they love their jobs. When I picked up our dog the technician actually sat down with me and explained everything they did. She showed me before and after pictures of our dogs teeth and a diagram of the teeth that were extracted. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone wanting excellent, compassionate care for their pet.

They postponed the surgery, gave her antibiotics for the infection and spayed her later. I found the entire staff to be honest, caring and very loving with the animals. And extremely reasonable on prices. Very, very pleased.

They called me when she was done with surgery so I knew she was resting. I picked her up and received clear instructions on her pain meds and what to look for. She is healing up great two days later and you would never know she had surgery! Great clean place!

Referred here by our regular veterinarian as we had a litter of three kittens to spay and neuter. Was very pleased with the helpful and friendly person that I initially spoke with on the phone as well as all contact when dropping off and picking up the kittens after their surgeries. The waiting area appeared clean and in order and was free of odor. The kittens were sent home with detailed written instructions regarding their care and recovery. Overall I was very pleased and would not hesitate to visit this clinic again or give referrals to anyone needing these types of services for their pets.

My dogs and cats have received their annual exams and immunizations for over 15 years at the Piedmont Communities Spay/Neuter Wellness Clinic. The vets and staff have always been friendly, excellent with the critters, and good at diagnosing health issues we might need to pursue. Their affordable pricing -- including discounts for families living in financial uncertainty -- is a big help to us. I drive almost 30 miles for the services, and consider the Clinic a huge asset to the community. BTW, it's in a wonderful new glass-walled facility with the largest waiting room I've seen, plus an in/out transition room, and ramps if needed. Great concept!

I took my new kitten in to be spayed several months ago and everything went well. I do wish they had examined her ears more closely and treated for ear mites. We had to have that done at another vet at a later date. The price was extremely reasonable and a huge relief. Staff treated our kitten gently and lovingly, and were efficient and helpful overall. I will definitely take her back for shots and physicals in the future.

The only complaint I had was when I made the appointment I specifically asked if I could bring two kittens in one large carrier. I was told that would be fine. The day before the appointment I got a voice mail reminding me of the appointment and telling me that each cat had to be in a separate carrier. Luckily I was able to borrow a carrier and didn't have to run to Walmart after work and buy one. And guess what. When I took them in the next morning I saw other people bringing two cats in the same carrier. I was paying out of my pocket to spay some rescue kitties. I really wouldn't have wanted to spend more money on a carrier that I would never use again.

They have the best prices of anywhere in Greensboro and they are open on Saturdays for working people like me. I recently got my first puppy (Hazel) and have been looking for an affordable vet who won't sacrifice quality for a lower price. I found that at this clinic. Dr. Coulthurst is wonderful! I cannot stress how great it was to see her interactions with my pup and how she put Hazel's mind at ease. The prices are almost too good to be true and I have pet insurance! I would definitely encourage people to take their pets here. I will most likely be getting Hazel spayed here as well.

That he had been okay 5 minutes before but when they went to get him he was dead. I demanded my cat and when they brought him out you could see he had been dead much longer than 5 minutes. His muscles in him neck and from legs were already tightening up and could not be moved, and he had little heat left. The vet kept trying to say she was 'a good vet', this happened all the time, and he could have had heart worms. The cat was completely indoors, treated monthly for fleas,etc. I grabbed my cat and left. Please, if you need a dental or a spay/neuter, go somewhere else!!! Pay the extra if you love your pet!! I made the mistake of risking my cat for a few dollars......totally not worth it!!! This place is okay for getting routine shots at or buying flea medication from, but do not let them do dentals or any other surgery!!!

I love Dr. Fletcher! She's so compassionate, intuitive, understanding, and on point. I had been taking my dog to her regular vet for almost four years, for the same problem. Just this year alone, I've spent over $1200 at her full service vet. We saw Dr. Fletcher for the first time, for the girl's annual shots. She diagnosed the problem, and recommended two medicines. My full service vet, as well as a second opinion vet, ran up bills, and did not know the cause of the problems. Dr. Fletcher got it in one, and the puppy is doing so much better, nine months later. Hope they keep Dr. Fletcher around, as she is sharper than a tack. Our other dogs have seen Dr. Fletcher for their annual shots, a couple of times, too. Been going to this vet for probably twenty years (started when they were still on Wendover, near the shelter). Out of all the vets, they've had, including the owner, Dr. Fletcher was our favorite, even before she did the miracle cure. Love supporting a vet that gives back to the community, too. Plus, their costs are super low, especially for seniors.

We took our dog in for blood work, heart worm testing and teeth cleaning. The people at the clinic could not have been nicer. It was immediately evident that they love dogs and cats and that they love their jobs. When I picked up our dog the technician actually sat down with me and explained everything they did. She showed me before and after pictures of our dogs teeth and a diagram of the teeth that were extracted. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone wanting excellent, compassionate care for their pet.

They postponed the surgery, gave her antibiotics for the infection and spayed her later. I found the entire staff to be honest, caring and very loving with the animals. And extremely reasonable on prices. Very, very pleased.

I was beyond nervous to get my puppy spayed. She's a frenchie and they are known to have difficulty with anesthesia. Everyone at the clinic was so nice and thorough. They called me when she was done with surgery so I knew she was resting. I picked her up and received clear instructions on her pain meds and what to look for. She is healing up great two days later and you would never know she had surgery! Great clean place!

Referred here by our regular veterinarian as we had a litter of three kittens to spay and neuter. Was very pleased with the helpful and friendly person that I initially spoke with on the phone as well as all contact when dropping off and picking up the kittens after their surgeries. The waiting area appeared clean and in order and was free of odor. The kittens were sent home with detailed written instructions regarding their care and recovery. Overall I was very pleased and would not hesitate to visit this clinic again or give referrals to anyone needing these types of services for their pets.

We took our 2 dogs to Piedmont Communities Spay Neuter & Wellness Clinic for a wellness checkup and we also got heartworm medication. We received excellent care for our 2 dogs!! The staff and doctor was just wonderful and so caring!...no appointment was needed and the prices are so reasonable and affordable. Will definitely be bringing our 3 dogs in the future! FIV is not a death sentence and this bet should have known that.

My dogs and cats have received their annual exams and immunizations for over 15 years at the Piedmont Communities Spay/Neuter Wellness Clinic. The vets and staff have always been friendly, excellent with the critters, and good at diagnosing health issues we might need to pursue. Their affordable pricing -- including discounts for families living in financial uncertainty -- is a big help to us. I drive almost 30 miles for the services, and consider the Clinic a huge asset to the community. BTW, it's in a wonderful new glass-walled facility with the largest waiting room I've seen, plus an in/out transition room, and ramps if needed. Great concept!

I took my new kitten in to be spayed several months ago and everything went well. I do wish they had examined her ears more closely and treated for ear mites. We had to have that done at another vet at a later date. The price was extremely reasonable and a huge relief. Staff treated our kitten gently and lovingly, and were efficient and helpful overall. I will definitely take her back for shots and physicals in the future.

The only complaint I had was when I made the appointment I specifically asked if I could bring two kittens in one large carrier. I was told that would be fine. The day before the appointment I got a voice mail reminding me of the appointment and telling me that each cat had to be in a separate carrier. Luckily I was able to borrow a carrier and didn't have to run to Walmart after work and buy one. And guess what. When I took them in the next morning I saw other people bringing two cats in the same carrier. I was paying out of my pocket to spay some rescue kitties. I really wouldn't have wanted to spend more money on a carrier that I would never use again.

Wish I had found this place when I adopted my kitten a few months ago - they have the BEST staff. Seriously some of the most kind and caring staff around. Ahmed is such a nice guy and answered all of my questions. Dr C is so kind and a hoot too! They have the best prices of anywhere in Greensboro and they are open on Saturdays for working people like me. I recently got my first puppy (Hazel) and have been looking for an affordable vet who won't sacrifice quality for a lower price. I found that at this clinic. Dr. Coulthurst is wonderful! I cannot stress how great it was to see her interactions with my pup and how she put Hazel's mind at ease. The prices are almost too good to be true and I have pet insurance! I would definitely encourage people to take their pets here. I will most likely be getting Hazel spayed here as well.
