My cat sees Dr. Barton here, who is caring and very calming with him. The latest reason I visited was to board my cat for 5 days while being out of town. The Cat Clinic has regular "kitty condos" as well as larger ones with an area to lay in to see what's going on, which is perfect for my 19 lb boy. They give the kitties individual attention every day so when I went to pick him up, everyone knew him & had loved on him. They provide Science Diet food for boarders or you can bring your own food if you prefer. My sweet guy didn't mind having a little vacay with the Cat Clinic staff & I had peace of mind while I was gone. Read Less

I boarded my cat for 5 days recently at the Cat Clinic in Greensboro. When I got him home he has thrown up and has black diarrhea and is lethargic. He is white and had black on his paws and dried black stool on him. Also he is Persian and had dirty face where they didn't bother to clean his eyes. I took his food both dry and moist for his stay to ensure no change to his diet. Although I had used this Cat Clinic in Greensboro to complete his yearly checkup and shots just over a year ago. Since we moved to Raleigh last year I had taken my cat a few months ago to a cat vet in Raleigh to have his yearly exam and shots. Since all the cat clinics in Raleigh were full for the holidays for boarding I took him to the Cat Clinic in Greensboro. Although the cat clinic in Raleigh had sent all of his records from his yearly exam and shots to the cat clinic in Greensboro. And I followed up prior to leaving they had received his records which they confirmed. I was given a huge bill from what should have been $22 a day for boarding and although he is a indoor cat they still needed to give him flee star which is fine. But then they added on an exam fee and other charges like blood work for a healthy cat. Or at least he was until I dropped him off there! When I complained the senior administrator was very rude. Although she had the paperwork from the other vet in front of her. In the end I still paid well over $200 to bring home a very sick kitty. Now if he isn't well soon I will need to take him to the Raleigh emergency vet to ensure they didn't give him something that has really made him this ill. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Nothing short of awesome!!!! The doctors and staff cared for my baby and loved him in such a special way. He was there 3 times a week for fluids and I never worried that he wasn't getting the care he deserved because they always gave it. I cannot say enough about the excellent care that they gave my baby . If you don't take your cat here, you should. Read Less

I absolutely adore the Cat Clinic. They took great care of my dear Lucy throughout the last year of her life and were so comforting, understanding and accommodating when it came time to make a difficult decision to let my little girl go. I would recommend them to anyone with a kitty. Read Less

Dr. Beachy and the Cat Clinic Staff are amazing, y'all. Generations of our furry friends have been in to see these guys and they have been patient, caring, and kind when explaining procedures and costs when taking care of our fur babies. I called these guys around 930am and Toby was seen within an hour. Dr. Bolton was very friendly and very knowledgable about what was going on with Toby. Problem was addressed and Toby is doing much better. I will Go back for future care of my cats. I do recommend them.Read Less

I love the Cat Clinic! I came there with a very sick, older kitty who they took in right away and helped her survive a little longer, took time explaining all her options to me, and were very helpful in her final week with all my questions any time I called or came in there. After she passed away, I adopted a new kitten from the little ones they had in the adoption room and I love her! She's the most healthy, adorable little growing thing! I think a lot of regular vets focus more on dogs (from our experience at a couple of them), so having a cat only place around here is very nice :) Read Less

There are many vet clinics that can provide quality care to your pet during their life. There aren't as many who continue to care for you and your family following their death. We've been taking our cats to the Cat Clinic for years, and during that time we've had two pass away. In both instances, the staff at the Cat Clinic made their passing easier. For me, when I was looking for a vet for my first cat, 3 things factored into my decision...the experience/skill/knowledge base of the vets themselves, the professionalism/quality of service they provide, and finally, does the price you pay for their services match what you get with the first two things? A little over a year ago, after a bout with heart disease for 1.5 years, I had my first cat pass away, and I cannot tell you how impressed and thankful I was for choosing them as my vet office. The staff has always been very friendly and kind, and the vets themselves (especially during the time with my cat's illness) were nothing short of amazing. best place in the Triad to take your fur baby - kitties. Love the staff including Jake, the resident cat. He happily greets everyone including the patients who come in to the clinic. I've been taking my multiple cats to The Cat Clinic of Greensboro since I moved here from VA in 2005. They are professional, compassionate, and just wonderful there. Dr. Eilers is the vet we see the most there, but all of the vets are wonderful, Louise & Wendy (and Lisa?) at the front desk are just the best. I've had to deal with several sick kitties, sadly 3 of them I had to make the decision to send them over the rainbow bridge. They were amazing throughout all of these ordeals. I wouldn't take my four babies just anywhere! And I don't want to leave this out - I adopted an adult cat from them about 8 years ago & she's the best cat ever - but don't tell the others! Read Less

Dr. Eilers and everyone at The Cat Clinic have been nothing short of amazing with my babies. There were numerous occasions of urgent visits, a couple surgeries, and countless visits for urinary problems and asthma.
