Drs. Bencuya, Goho and Figgatt have always taken great care of our pups. They take the time to explain everything. The vet techs are also wonderful and always make a big fuss over your pets. Yesterday, sadly, we had to put our 8 year old boxer, Luna, to sleep and the staff could not have been any more compassionate, patient, or kind. It can't be easy to deal with a sobbing family huddled over their sick dog, but the whole staff there was just wonderful. An A++++ for "care". Our dog Gracie (1) has recently been sick. Dr Goho and the entire staff have been amazing. For a puppy to be as sick as she was, they followed her every step of the way, making recommendations and changing the course of our plan as she progressed. Gracie was scheduled to have a procedure done Tuesday. Dr. Goho spent time evaluating Gracie on Monday in advance of the procedure. When we went on Tuesday, Gracie was showing improvements. Instead of moving forward, the staff watched over her for a few hours, and opted to delay any further testing. Instead of just moving forward as planned, they took the time to see how she was doing, and if it made sense to stick with the plan. I feel like they have always had her best interests at heart and LOVE the care that she has gotten. All of our dogs have been with Total Care/Skeet Club and we have been thrilled through the years from regular check-ups, to the cancer visits, and the loss of our dogs- it is such a personalized approach. I took my rooster in to get his spurs ground down. The vet was seriously one of the nicest veterinarians I've ever spoken to. He was very personable and good natured. I felt bad because the rooster pooped all over the carrier. Birds are very messy! But the staff cleaned the cage up. My rooster didn't seem to have any issues with the procedure at all and he was back to normal as soon as he got home and the anesthesia wore off.Read Less

Dr. Paul has been our vet for 15 years. I brought both of my rescue puppies to him when they were just 2lbs and 3 lbs. Now they're 14 and 15 years old and 100 lbs and 120 lbs. My lab is epileptic and Dr. Paul has given him incredible treatment since he was diagnosed. Both of my dogs are huge, elderly dogs that require so much medical care and we wouldn't go anywhere else, even when we moved to Kernersville. I highly recommend this vet office. Read Less

The staff are very friendly and efficient. The Doctors are helpful and take very good care of my pets. They explain all tests and medical plans before performing anything as well as give you an estimate of cost. I take all of my pets here and trust them very much. We've been happy overall with the care our pets have received here. Only thing to be aware of is they do sometimes try to guilt you into extensive testing that isn't necessary, and you can't get vaccines without a full exam (which is typical at many but not all vets). Read Less

I've been going to Skeet Cub Veterinary Hospital and their other hospital ( Total Care ) for over 8 years and I have always been happy with the concern of the staff and the expertise of the doctors there. The only time I have had any wait is when they were attending to an emergency (which is appropriate and what I would want if my pet was the emergency... which it has been before) I appreciate the careful explanations of the conditions and illnesses of my pets, and the recommendations for the best care possible. The doctors are very knowledgable and seem to love their work. I can't always do what may be optimal, and when that has been the case, the doctors have always taken the time to explain the pros and cons of the other options. On two occasions I have had to face serious emergencies with one of my pets, and both times the staff and doctors were very professional, thorough and attentive to her needs and I felt we received the best care available. I am so sorry for the lost of your pet AshKiwi, but, I was surprised to read the review regarding Dr. Paul & Skeet Club Vet. We have had a completely different experience. We have been taking our beagle there for the last five years since he was a puppy and have only had good experiences. Dr. Paul is the vet we generally see and he is always warm and welcoming. We visited several vets before we chose Skeet Club. We noticed a huge difference as soon as we walked in. The staff was friendly and obviously animal lovers. Dr. Paul has always taken the time to speak with us regarding our pet and given us good information and great care. Our dog loves him - and we all know that animals are a great judge of character. We love our ""baby"" and he is defintely not just a pet - but, a family member. I wouldn't think of taking him anywhere else. Read Less

I love Skeet Club's professional staff. Everything is nice and clean and they have High standards for everything they do! My favorite vet is Dr. Paul Bencuya- He's awesome!! They are thorough and WORTH the little bit extra they charge. They will go the extra mile for your pet and treat small animals and reptiles/birds too!
