I had a very sick kitty for a bout two weeks. After a confusing emergency vet visit (some place else), Dr Hernandez was able to figure out exactly what my fur baby needed to get back to a playful 6 month old kitten. He is still recovering, but I expect him to be back to normal very soon! He went over and beyond and even called to check on him to make sure he was doing better. I highly recommend this vet and their staff!

The staff at Westchester Veterinary Hospital really went above and beyond to make our visit an easy one. They took the time to be kind and courteous to our cat and minimize his stress/discomfort wherever possible. Little things like instructing us on how to distract him during immunizations added up to a massively positive experience, and this pet owner will rest easy knowing that his future care is in great hands.

They took great care of my dog and even called animal control on the dog that attacked my poor puppy. They are very friendly and they truly love animals. Dr Gary Yates has been taking care of my pets and my family's pets for the past 25 years. The Doctor and all his staff have been caring, concerned, helpful, professional and friendly to our pets and to us. I wish some of our Medical Doctors were as good as Dr Yates has been all these years. His practice hasn't changed, his loving care and concern has never changed and his staff has always been the best. There's not enough gold stars to express just how terrific Westchester Veterinary Hospital is to all it's patients and love ones.

Westchester Veterinary Hospital is the Best! We have several pets that we entrust there care to. We love our animals so very much and the staff is always there to help. I feel very comfort calling with questions for the vet. The staff is so loving and helpful. We had one if our fur babies go in for a very serious and difficult surgery. I called several times a day and stopped by to visit. The staff was very reassuring and didn't mind letting us visit.... when you knew they had other things to do. We have a special place on our hearts for the Vet and staff. I could go one and on about how wonderful this place is. I do recommend them to everyone. They can help with your Hedgehog to your Labrador. I give them a 10

Spike was my mom's pride & joy...she passed away 4 yrs ago as of this 3/8th & I inherited him along with my little brother. I feel they truly care about how we feel, explain things well, and I know when I drop him off for services that they are being kind to him & loving...just as I would be. THAT MEANS A LOT to a parent (of a pet)! Dr. Yates is great as well as the rest of the staff! So, I think I speak for all the parents of animals out there when I say...."WE THANK YOU for all that you do & for your care & compassion!"

I had a very sick kitty for a bout two weeks. After a confusing emergency vet visit (some place else), Dr Hernandez was able to figure out exactly what my fur baby needed to get back to a playful 6 month old kitten. He is still recovering, but I expect him to be back to normal very soon! He went over and beyond and even called to check on him to make sure he was doing better. I highly recommend this vet and their staff!
