General Info
Central Spay, Neuter and Wellness Clinic takes great pride in offering low-cost spay and neuter surgeries to companion animals, not only to non profit rescue organizatons, but public pet companions as well. We have a rotation of licensed veterinarians on staff who have in-depth experience in spay/neuter surgeries. We provide these services to improve the lives of pets in our community and to reduce the number of unwanted pets that will not have a home to call their own. There are too many unwanted animals.

I took my puppy and kitten there to be neutered together. The staff were great and explained everything. I called several times with concerns (cause I'm a new puppy owner), the calls were returned the same day, explained clearly, and always encouraged to call anytime with any other concerns. Surgery is always a risk for animals and people, but I entrusted them with my babies, and they are both recovering well.

This place is not to the trust - I brought my ONE YEAR & 4 MONTH miniature schnauzer here off of a recommendation from a friend and let me start off by saying they make you sign an uncomfortable waiver indicating if anything happens to your animal they are not held responsible for which sadly I signed and during the process I receive a phone call that my beloved dog Lola was trying to be revived when I got there she had passed away with no explanation she had just died. After, a week they sent me an email informing me that my dog's examination or necropsy surgery findings were "inconclusive" which merely means to me neglect on their facilities/veterinarian part! Lola was happy, healthy and full of life and it was taken away from her.Not to mention I also requested over the phone and email to supply to me the FULL details of the veterinarian that facilitated the surgery since we do plan to file a formal complaint American Association of veterinarian which is my right to do so, and will allow people to know my story which they still have not supplied to me. Please do not trust this place as I did with your beloved animal. My baby Lola was given was too much anaesthesia during the process and that ultimately was the veterinarian's fault and not to mention every time I place a comment in there (controlled) Google page they have deleted every comment I placed in order to cover up what they have done to her. Lola was beyond loved and what they have done to her will be exposed.

This place is wonderful! We took our 130 lb Great Dane here to be neutered (had to wait til he was full grown to do the procedure). EVERYONE there is so compassionate and caring. Spay and neuter is their main practice, but they also provide vaccinations, and their prices are VERY reasonable. I believe on Wednesday they have a rabies clinic and only charge $5....the line is out the door before they open (from what I hear), but if you're on a budget, I'm sure it's worth the wait.They took exceptional care of our Tucker. If you need a reasonable spay neuter procedure, you won't be disappointed!

This place does not even deserve one star. I took my dog here about a week ago and his wounds will not heal and they are infected. I took him to a REAL vet and the veterinary said they did a poor job ...
This place does not even deserve one star. I took my dog here about a week ago and his wounds will not heal and they are infected. I took him to a REAL vet and the veterinary said they did a poor job sowing him up. He has not been active, he will not eat much and he mopes around. They will not do anything for me. I called to ask for more medication and all the SUPERVISOR said was " we can not do anything until you bring him in to look at him" I told her that I will not ever trust them again and she said "there's nothing else I can do", and just asked for pictures. Surgeon called me told me that things looked alright and then proceed to tell me to bring him in. I also asked for records on how long he was under and they will not give me anything. He was also scheduled to be picked up by 4 and I did not get to take him home until 5:46. The only info that I have about his surgery is that he went in at 1:56, but I recall calling them at 3 to see if he was ready and one of the assistants said that he had been given a mild sedative and is resting comfortably in a private kenel and they would start his procedure soon. They are nothing else then a back alley clinic. Please listen to what I have to say about this and take it into consideration.

Had my 5 month old Chihuahua spayed and vaccines done for my 5 year old Chihuahua. This was my first time here, the ladies in reception, on the phone, and at every occasion were WONDERFUL. They are very compassionate, to both of my fur babies, and also to me. They made sure we had everything we needed to have happy and healthy pets. We will be back!

I will definitely be taking my new puppy to this clinic in a December. They exceeded my expectations by a long shot! I give this facility a 10 star!! Affordable, no-nonsense clinic for your pets. Very professional and upfront on the costs and services provided. Much cheaper than the vets across the triad.
Other places I inquired had long waiting periods, and even a first-time-pet-checkup cost (upwards of $50 per pet) for just "checking" your pet!!!
You need to book appointments for vaccinations/neutering, however they do walk-ins for vaccinations on certain days. Also look out for their special camps that offer discounted pricing.
I don't believe they do treatments for pet illness. They prefer cash, card transactions have an additional fee (that the bank charges).

We have been taking our pets here for many years---more than ten years, I think. This place is the BOMB! They not only are super caring and dedicated---but will save you a bunch of money as well--which is a factor when you own at least four at a time (we presently have five cats). The only shot the pets get that they did not give is a rabies booster. That is only because the vet nearby where we live has a super cheap rabies clinic twice a year. I can not praise these folks high enough!

The staff at the Central Spay Neuter and Wellness Clinic take care of your pet as if it's their own. My little puppy, Lucy, was in such good hands, the surgery was same-day, and they took great care in making sure the incision stays small and is stitched up well. They are much cheaper than the other vets/clinics I checked into in the area. Lucy was quickly back to her normal self within a day of being treated at the clinic.

Don't let the outside fool you- this is a superb facility. The staff is so friendly and caring towards humans and animals. Things are run with assembly line type efficiency and accuracy. There is NO EXCUSE not to spay/neuter/vaccinate, even microchip- not when prices are this low- rabies for $5!!!! They also offer grooming by appointment. Tip: come early to both drop off and pick up your pet to avoid the line- it gets busy!

Highly recommend - We chose them at first for our dog and a male cat, mostly because of being affordable. It was hard for us emotionally, but everyone in the clinic was so nice and carrying, making sure we follow the procedure. They do really care and you can feel it. When we later ended up adopting another 3 sibling kittens from a neighbor that was moving, we took them to the same place as early as possible. They were right about fixing them early, as two days after, all 3 of them were playing and goofing around, like nothing happened! Forsyth Spay Neuter Clinic really provides excellent care for animals. Thank you!

This is all they do - spay/neuter procedures for dogs and cats... day in and day out.If you have a pet, or found an abandoned pet and needing spaying/neutering, this is the place to go. It is VERY affordable. The staff are caring and professional and some folks here are just volunteers.We have taken maybe a dozen abandoned animals here to get them fixed before we relocated them into loving homes.

Affordable, no-nonsense clinic for your pets. Very professional and upfront on the costs and services provided. Much cheaper than the vets across the triad.
Other places I inquired had long waiting periods, and even a first-time-pet-checkup cost (upwards of $50 per pet) for just "checking" your pet!!!
You need to book appointments for vaccinations/neutering, however they do walk-ins for vaccinations on certain days. Also look out for their special camps that offer discounted pricing.
I don't believe they do treatments for pet illness. They prefer cash, card transactions have an additional fee (that the bank charges).

We have been taking our pets here for many years---more than ten years, I think. This place is the BOMB! They not only are super caring and dedicated---but will save you a bunch of money as well--which is a factor when you own at least four at a time (we presently have five cats). The only shot the pets get that they did not give is a rabies booster. That is only because the vet nearby where we live has a super cheap rabies clinic twice a year. I can not praise these folks high enough!

The staff at the Central Spay Neuter and Wellness Clinic take care of your pet as if it's their own. My little puppy, Lucy, was in such good hands, the surgery was same-day, and they took great care in making sure the incision stays small and is stitched up well. They are much cheaper than the other vets/clinics I checked into in the area. Lucy was quickly back to her normal self within a day of being treated at the clinic.

Don't let the outside fool you- this is a superb facility. The staff is so friendly and caring towards humans and animals. Things are run with assembly line type efficiency and accuracy. There is NO EXCUSE not to spay/neuter/vaccinate, even microchip- not when prices are this low- rabies for $5!!!! They also offer grooming by appointment. Tip: come early to both drop off and pick up your pet to avoid the line- it gets busy!

Every community needs a place like this. Now the slacker pet owners of the Triad no longer have the excuse "I can't afford it" for why they don't have their animals spayed or neutered. Good job!

Highly recommend - We chose them at first for our dog and a male cat, mostly because of being affordable. It was hard for us emotionally, but everyone in the clinic was so nice and carrying, making sure we follow the procedure. They do really care and you can feel it. When we later ended up adopting another 3 sibling kittens from a neighbor that was moving, we took them to the same place as early as possible. They were right about fixing them early, as two days after, all 3 of them were playing and goofing around, like nothing happened! Forsyth Spay Neuter Clinic really provides excellent care for animals. Thank you!

I took my cats there yesterday for shots. Saved me $29 over what my vet charged, and it didn't talk long at all. No appointment needed for shots, just go between 9:30am and 11:00am. All cat shots $12....

It is VERY affordable. The staff are caring and professional and some folks here are just volunteers.We have taken maybe a dozen abandoned animals here to get them fixed before we relocated them into loving homes.
