Great staff, Caring and understanding doctors! They treat your animals like they were their own. They put the CARE first and the money second. Don't get me wrong. You have to pay your bill. But they will work with you to save your baby as best they can. That mean the world to a momma on a tight budget. That trust means a lot. Thank you Dr. Love you guys!

The actual vet did a great job with our kitten but the reception staff is so terrible I had to give this place one star. From start to finish they wrote the wrong appointment date on the card, entered...
The actual vet did a great job with our kitten but the reception staff is so terrible I had to give this place one star. From start to finish they wrote the wrong appointment date on the card, entered our appointment into the system under a last name I've never heard before and they couldn't care less. I got to asking around and apparently hopkins is the place to go. A friend of ours found it after being forgotten in an exam room for an hour at triad.

Been going to Dr. Marti and staff at Triad Animal Hospital for 15+ years. Great experiences each visit. They have taken care of 4 of my pets and one litter of puppies during this time. From wellness visits, grooming, boarding, major surgeries to the euthanasia, these guys are friendly, caring and professional. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. McGinnis & her staff are outstanding.. We were new in town and my 2 beagles were in need of vaccines and care immediately. They were kind enough to add one of my beagles to the schedule that same day!! They are an extremely friendly and caring group of animal lovers. I would definitely recommend them to all families with pets!!

We are new to NC. WOW what an uncaring and money hungry vet. 122.00 visit. Never mind that the vet interrupts and pushes through the visit. I have had TJ 9 years since the day he was born. He had an abscess on his back. He was taken to the back and I was told he was just going to be cleaned up because he messed hisself in the carrier. Next i heard him screaming repeatedly and like i had never heard before. I told this to the lady at the desk that I was getting upset at hearing this. So the vet brings him in shaved and they had been squeezing on the abscess. He explained what he had been doing. In all the years of vet visits I have never been separated from any of my pets during a visit. He wouldn't let me explain what I preferred not how my vet handled it before, like I said he interrupts and pushes thru the visit. He had only to say is this is the way he does it. My previous vet has treated him for abscess before. He has taken him in the next morning, sedated him and done the procedure humanly. So if you and your pet want to be treated badly and without respect this is where you go. Also if you want your animal afraid of the carrier just give him an experience like this. I told lady at the desk i wouldn't be coming back. She says she would be happy to take us out of the computer. I said a couple of choice words and walked out. BTW TJ shook all the way home. Sry for the old man that was there with his puppy he was going to be short I think was 13 dollars so they turned him away. WOW. What a horrible and money hungry vet. there could only be lies that they can make up to defend themselfs in response to my review.

The actual vet did a great job with our kitten but the reception staff is so terrible I had to give this place one star. Been going to Dr. Marti and staff at Triad Animal Hospital for 15+ years. Great experiences each visit. They have taken care of 4 of my pets and one litter of puppies during this time.
