They have great staff, very informative from the moment you make the first phone call to the moment I checked out. I took my two dogs and cat and a staff person opened the door for me to make my life a little easier. They let me in a room early because my two small dogs were barking at everything. The experience was overall just lovely, if only I could get my two small dogs to not bark at everything....

I am so impressed. I took my dog for her yearly and met Dr. Cope. He spent 20 to 30 minutes with us. Checked my 10 year old dog from head to toe. Very thorough, kind, and caring. So happy I went here. Staff was kind, facility spacious and clean. No wait. Squeezed me in the same day I called.

1/18/17 Update: Recieved a phone call from Vet to inform me they overcharged. I appreciate the call and honesty. They are refunding me the overcharge with a credit towards next visit. Still going to request full price upfront and try to prepay so no extra charges are accidentally added.
1/16/17-Quoted one price over phone and in person, price changed and went up an additional $40 without any mention of extra tests. People are on a budget and making someone pay more without asking if they can do the test is wrong in my opinion. Very friendly, good location but make sure you tell them your not paying more, unless they ask you if they can do extras.

We recently moved to Lexington and have been using Jordan Vet for about a year now for our bulldog. They have been AWESOME so far! We've taken her in for multiple issues and they've been great to work with. Dr. Ashley took the time to explain things to both me and my husband the last time we had a health issue with our dog. It's nice to know they will really take the time with their customers. We have also boarded her there and it was a great experience. We'll definitely use them again for boarding. I would highly recommend them!

When we returned to pick him up the staff the staff greeted us proudly as if Rory was one of their own. He looked and smelled fantastic.
The staff also went over his visit health results along with details of his needs

I lost my husband last year, and didn't know we had an outstanding bill unitl it went into collections. Been using them for over 5 years, and they would NEVER reduce prices to make it easier. And the thin Brunette that works the front desk was extrememly rude to me when I wanted to pay up. So five years of being a customer, and one mistake. WHO NEEDS THIS???

I had a kitty for several years. It just wandered up and I took care of it and it got attatched to me. Everywhere I went Sudi went. It was shot in the past with a BB and lodged behind her eye. Eventually her eye had to be removed, which was very costly. They helped me work out a payment plan to cover the expense. Thy gave my kitty a few more months of life. Eventually I had to have Sudi put to sleep. They were very compassionate and understanding. The Doctors and staff was wonderful.
I would recommend them to anyone that has a pet to use them as ther primary care pet physician. Thank you JORDAN VETERINARY HOSPITAL.

I took my two dogs and cat and a staff person opened the door for me to make my life a little easier. They let me in a room early because my two small dogs were barking at everything. They take wonderful care of my most precious girls ....i would give them a solid 5 stars ..but they are a bit pricey...still wouldn't take them anyplace else

Great staff of caring people that gives each pet special attention. Their prices are slightly more but the wait is much better than other vets in town. Saving half of my day is definitely worth it!

I had a kitty for several years. It just wandered up and I took care of it and it got attatched to me. Everywhere I went Sudi went. It was shot in the past with a BB and lodged behind her eye. Eventually her eye had to be removed, which was very costly. They helped me work out a payment plan to cover the expense. Thy gave my kitty a few more months of life. Eventually I had to have Sudi put to sleep. They were very compassionate and understanding. The Doctors and staff was wonderful.
I would recommend them to anyone that has a pet to use them as ther primary care pet physician. Thank you JORDAN VETERINARY HOSPITAL.
