I want to share a recent experience that you may need to pay attention to. My mom has a cat with stomatitus so he has to go in every couple months for a cortisone shot. Yesterday she took him in, doc said it wasn't as bad this time so he needed just a cortisone shot. Upon leaving, she looked at the bill bc it was alot higher than usual. She found that she had been charged for someone else's bill as it was a different name on the invoice. Keep in mind that this happen to me last time where I had another cat that had to have an eye removed but the bill stated that it was for a spay yet with another name. Caught it last time before I was charged. This time my mom didn't. So went back and told them they had charged her for someone else. She said she would put a $40 credit on my account. She handed her the correct bill and my mom went on her way. Then checked over the bill once she was home and yet they had charged her for 2 shots when he only got one!! Called back and she said to come in today and they would fix it. Once arriving today, the lady at the desk said she knew nothing about the situation and had to end up calling to other workers to find out and the lady she called acted confused. My mom then told the lady on the phone that she called up there yesterday and she told her to come in today. Then she was like oh yeah.. So then the lady at the desk goes to talk to the doctor, comes out and says, he said he did give him 2 shots and he's about 100% sure he did. My mom said I was standing right there and I'm 150% sure he didn't! They all had a very nasty attitude like she was trying to get over on them when it was their fault for charging her for someone else's bill and then over charging her. Just admit yall messed up and fix it!! Makes me wonder how much this really happens there. The attitudes that they displayed were very unprofessional. How are yall going to treat someone that way when you messed up! Time to find another vet. Yall pay attention to your invoices!! Read Less

I called in to make an appointment and the person responded, you can come in today at 3:30pm, She insisted they had openings until 5:30p. I arrived around 3:40. (the lobby is narrow and I had to wait outside because a boxer was checking out and it appeared that my dogs and him were getting too excited. I waited another 10 minutes in the lobby while a patient discussed their RX over the check in desk, leaving me no option to get whatever paperwork they wanted filled out until they had concluded the conversation. There was urine on the floor in 3 places. When I was able to check in, it was 10 minutes to 4pm. At 4:45pm I still had not been seen, so I left. I actually do not appreciate the fact that I had lost so much time to something so disorganized. When I arrived home, I called and asked if that was typical of how they conduct business. I was put on hold for 4 minutes and someone returned and apologized stating that the Doctor had a busy surgery schedule that day, but keep in mind I had called to make an appointment at 3pm and was told they had openings , so the surgical appointments didn't materialize in the 30 mins from when I had called and arrived. I inquired if this is typical of how the practice is managed. I honestly don't have an hour to waste waiting, it was unnecessary. She told me I could just drop my dog off there- I informed her that I would not wish to do that, and then she confirmed that the practice typically runs that way. I love Dr. Deese but please do not take your dog here for any grooming services. I dropped off my dog at 0930 in the morning. I called to check in my dog at about 1140 to see when he would be ready and was told 4 pm. Thirty minutes later they were calling me to come pick up my dog. My husband went to pick him up. My dog had been practically shaved when I asked the groomer not to shave him and his hair on his face is gapped you and not even. I feel like because I called at 1130 and complained about my dog not being ready until 4 p.m. she cut his hair like this on purpose. I will never take my dog back for grooming services and would not recommend that anyone else use them either. Read Less
