I’m new to Northend. I’d only been there once when I had to call and ask for help with my very sick and loyal friend Lucy. I took her in and they all treated me and Lucy with compassion and respect. They let me hold her while she died and gave me time to say good bye. A particular and special thank you has to be given to Fred, who not only carried her in for me but offered to help me bury her. He took his personal time and came to my house, dug her grave and brought her home to me. I can’t thank him and his friends enough. Fred has a true and loving heart for pets and their owners. I’ll be forever grateful. Thank you to Northend and to Fred. I’ll be a loyal client with Sadie, Mollie and Levi.

The clinic is beautiful and very clean. I wanted to love it. However, the bill for bloodwork and routine labs was about 3 x as much as our routine Fayetteville vet. This is coming from someone who doesn't skimp on vet care.
If you have extra money to burn , then this may be your place.

Our Setter has some extraordinary medical issues. When moved to the area over a year ago, Dr. Schindler took the time to read our pets entire file. In my experience, few veterinarians do this. He offered his opinions and modifications and most were in agreement with our awesome veterinarian in VA. I trust Dr. Schindler’s opinion every time. The staff at North End are wonderful and they take especially good care of our pet when boarding.

North End Veterinary Clinic genuinely cares about your pet. Our puppy had an accident and needed veterinary care, we arrived at the clinic close to closing time and they stayed to perform a simple surgery on our dog. We have had such a positive experience every time we have visited the vet. The staff and veterinarians are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

If you love and care for your animals. Do not take them here. I'll be driving 3 hours out of my way for the proper care for my animals. I have found a trusted practice that doesn't evade the truth, doesn't lie by omission when cornered. A practice that truly cares and respects when a client puts thousands of dollars into trusting them. I can no longer do this. I can not speak for everyone. But I will pass on information and ctv footage for each time I have had invested time and my money. I can confidently say spouses of the FRG from Air Force and US Army alike will not make the 40 mile trip to this practice. At least after what proof and behaviour they have shown me personally. Black listed.

This is the best place to take your pet. They genuinely care about your pets. I took my grandmothers 2 year old dog to get groomed today and he was returned in perfect shape. He hadn't been groomed for a while so he had a lot of matted hair, making the process take several hours. Neverthe lless, they seemed to be patient with him and took their time to assure his comfort and safety. They also offered a free vaccination that my family could not afford. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone with a pet, as they serve dogs, cats and rabbits in the NC area.

In November 2016 and January 2017 I had 2 surgeries. I was in the hospital a total of 9 days for those 2 surgeries and needed to find a sitter for my 2 dogs in my home.In less then an hour I got a call from Fred Howard.He works at North End Veterinary Clinic as a vet tech.
On April 7th my 13 year old had issues and needed medical attention.This would be the first time I took him to this clinic. He was treated by Dr. Potter.Once I got food in him his issue got better the next day. Due to a personal situation they went above and beyond to assist me in that matter too.Thanks again .... €

Do not use these people. They will over charge you for services they never performed. Because of this my husband now has a dog with a mass the size of a soft ball under his neck. He just went 2wks ago...

He just went 2wks ago for a wellness check they never mentioned anything about this to us. AND TO ADD TO THE ANGER TOWARD THIS VET THE LADY ADMITTED HE WAS HARD TO HANDLE THAT DAY. SO THEY JUST DID THE BASIC. THE BILL FOR BASIC WAS OVER 300.00. NEVER NEVER WILL WE USE THESE IDIOTS AGAIN.

This place is suspect. Every time I take my dogs there one of them always comes back traumatized they both will have loose bowels for days and most recently they clipped my cat's claws when I specifically said not to. Staff is "friendly" but my animals tell a different story. Your experience may vary but I'm shopping for a new vet.

West end staff is a great facility, They are caring and assisted us in the care of our boxer cleopatra .Cleo passed in Jan 10,2015 at 3pm when kids went back to college and wife back to work as teacher. She was a blast over holidays due to care giving by clinic even in last stages came out to truck gave Cleo her injections...wow and called in pet med prescriptions to save us money. Thank you to all that helped my best friend. I am a retired vet and this was my therapy 13 years old 12 Feb 2015 she would have made 14 but never suffered. God bless.Rip.......highly recommended for compassionate care.

Dr. Cummings is WONDERFUL!! North End is an excellent clinic with a super friendly staff and a fantastic groomer. The clinic and waiting area is clean and inviting and my dogs are always excited to go! It even has a drive thru window for meds and supplies! I live all the way in Virginia, but when it comes to my pets' care, I schedule appointments at North End when I'm in town visiting family.

This is the best place to take your pet. They genuinely care about your pets. I took my grandmothers 2 year old dog to get groomed today and he was returned in perfect shape. He hadn't been groomed for a while so he had a lot of matted hair, making the process take several hours. Staff is "friendly" but my animals tell a different story. Your experience may vary but I'm shopping for a new vet.

Dr. Cummings is WONDERFUL!! North End is an excellent clinic with a super friendly staff and a fantastic groomer. The clinic and waiting area is clean and inviting and my dogs are always excited to go...
Dr. Cummings is WONDERFUL!! North End is an excellent clinic with a super friendly staff and a fantastic groomer. The clinic and waiting area is clean and inviting and my dogs are always excited to go! It even has a drive thru window for meds and supplies! I live all the way in Virginia, but when it comes to my pets' care, I schedule appointments at North End when I'm in town visiting family.
