Visiting Veterinarian Mbl Services

Matthews, North Carolina
General Info
The Visiting Veterinarian Mbl Services in Matthews uses a temporal animal care approach, which targets harmonizing veterinary services with pets’ light, temperature, and emotion rhythms. This strategy helps the practice win the trust of families throughout North Carolina. The clinic meticulously studies posture, sound sensitivity, pacing patterns, and focal behavior. The medical examination “during the exam” distributes ear and teeth checks when an animal is curious and abdominal and joint checks when an animal is calm. Pet owners are asked whether their pets change resting spots in the house as meal time approaches, and whether they spent more time in places like doors or soft surfaces. The services offered by Visiting Veterinarian Mbl Services include the following: age-adjusted physical examinations, preventative health screenings, gastrointestinal stabilization routines, endocrine management programs, and surgical/post-operative reflection activities. Depending on the animals’ personality and the owners’ schedule, appointments could either be full-service or divided into two shorter visits. Instead of focusing on checklists to prioritize medical tasks, they look at the way the pet behaves and adjust how they work accordingly, staying within each pet’s pace and touch limits. Families receive daily reports, which detail the pets’ patterns and behaviors after each stimulation. They also learn how to detect the body signals of rebalancing. Additionally, the use of text check-ins together with pacing charts and flexible timelines during the follow-up procedures focuses on the pets’ feelings rather than clinical standards. Families in Matthews and other North Carolina residents obtain services from Visiting Veterinarian Mbl Services, which aims to provide animal healthcare in line with pets’ natural habitats. Visiting Veterinarian Mbl Services offers the following services: Mobile Vet Services, Hospice and Palliative Care, Surgery, Diagnostics, Wellness Exams, In-House Pharmacy, Pet Euthanasia, Preventive Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery And Vaccinations. This range of services enables pet owners in Matthews and the surrounding areas to obtain everything their pets need, from standard checkups to advanced veterinary procedures, all in one place. The clinic also remains a trusted presence in the Matthews region by offering services intended to promote lifelong health and comfort.

Joann was great! I have an eleven year old outdoor dog who does not like going to the vet at all! Having Joann come to us saved so much stress for me and my sweet boy. He was able to remain comfortable in his own yard and didn't have to be stressed about other dogs, new sterile smells, and not being able to pee where he wanted. Joann was very sweet and patient. I asked her to look at my dog's leg because he was limping, which she did. But then she began to examine other things she noticed he might be struggling with. She then walked me through the best options for a dog his age and my budget. She catered to both our needs. I feel very comfortable with trusting Joann for my dogs' needs. I am so excited that I found her. Both of my dogs are older and being able to save them the stress of having to travel to the vet every so often is well worth it. I will absolutely be using services from Joann again! Read Less

I have a small, 17 year old dog and she's really beginning to wind down. It's awful to watch and I felt like I wasn't able to help her because I was afraid to take her to the vet for a few reasons but mostly because I didn't think she could endure the stress at the vets office. She began to stumble and her back legs didn't want to support her 22 pounds anymore. So I nursed her at home and hoped for the best. Then she stopped eating... OK - major alert time, circle the wagons, call mayday... we need help! A lady at my work had mentioned having a vet come to her home previously to help her sick cat and I remembered the name so googled her. There weren't many reviews to read which always makes me nervous but I went ahead based off of the personal review I'd gotten from my co-worker. When Dr. Martineau arrived to my house she was kind and compassionate and full of helpful things I can do to make my little girl more comfortable. She immediately got on the floor with my dog, which I appreciated. We all sat on the floor and put some eye ointment in both eyes, listened to her heart and talked about her symptoms. She went back out to her vehicle and came back in with some powder to sprinkle on her food to help calm her tummy. That powder is magic because after only one dose, she was interested in her food again :-) Once we could get the food happening again all the other symptoms got better as well. She's back to supporting her weight for the most part and seems much more alert and happy. She's still a very old little dog, but being old doesn't have to be so miserable. I don't know why I haven't simply adopted the in home veterinary care method before now. It's SO much easier on my dog; no car ride, no frightening smells, no other stressed out animals... it's just better all the way around and the difference in price was negligible. Thank you Dr. Martineau, thank you for doing what you do and for being so good at it :-) Read Less

She was nice upon meeting her. She came to drain a hematoma in my cats ear, couldn't do it but charged me the full amount anyway even though she said she wouldn't. I gave her a check because she doesn't have a card reader and it took her two months to cash it. The worst part was that I paid for medicine for my cat and she said she would mail it to me... Two weeks went by and nothing. She wouldn't answer my calls text or emails for days! I FINALLY got in touch with her after about a week and she brought me the medicine. I even had other people try and call her for me. Awful experience. This is a rip off. Read Less
