We've been taking our cats to Dr. Tice for the last 5 years. Professional staff, they are great with follow-up reminders and good with our kitties. When one of our cats developed diabetes, Dr. Tice guided us with diet changes to see if that could reverse the condition, and when it still didn't clear it up, she gave us a lot of good information so we could decide if we wanted to move forward with insulin. I was doubtful that would go well, but she gave us good direction, and when I bought the insulin, I stopped by the clinic and they showed me exactly how to measure it out and tips on what to do if something went wrong, etc. So far it has been much easier than I would have thought, and I'm thankful for the time and instruction she and her staff gave us. I have seen Dr. Tice for 15 years she is a compassionate caring professional. Is evident that she loves her work, people and the animals in her care. All the surgeries she has performed have had great out comes and her advice is spot on. She has helped us make the hard decisions you have to make as a pet owner and mourned our losses with us. I love this vet clinic. I started using them upon recommendation from a friend, and I am 100% satisfied.They are so flexible with me. I work pretty far from this clinic, but they allow me to drop my cats off in the morning and pick them up after work.  This is so helpful, and I am so appreciative of this service.After every appointment,  even just for shots, they call me to check in and see how my cats are doing. I've never gotten this level of attention from any vet before.They are a cat only clinic, which I assumed would be more expensive because they are more specialized, but they charge such reasonable prices!I feel like the staff and Dr. Tice are all actually interested in the well-being of the animals they see. Can't say anything bad about Dr. Tice.However, the staff is pretty rude to us on several instances under ordinary situation.  The staff simply didn't put the effort to try to be nice, maybe we caught them on a bad day, but that's no excuse and I see no reason for continuing to pay to be treated this way.More importantly they should be more open about the reason why they recommend an specific brand of dry food, because as we were told by our current Vet it's certainly not better for the cats. They've done nothing but take good care of him, and made it an easier process (due to my hectic schedule) for me to get Otis seen. Dr. Tice is a member of several professional veterinary and feline associations. She has been exclusively caring for cats since 1995 and knows her stuff! Her assistant, Emily, and her receptionist, Karmen, are also very knowledgeable and friendly. Since the clinic is for cats only, there are no dog noises etc that often upset kitties, and everything is always as clean as possible when there's cat hair involved. Having moved to the area and in need a new Vet, I chose Dr. Tice because I saw in her yellow page ad she was close to where I lived and took care of cats exclusively - Two very important thing to me!When I have had to take my cats there- for check ups and emergency care, I received thorough explanations of my cat care options and my cats have been treated with such genuine TLC.I would not hesiate to recommend Dr. to anyone who wants a Dr. & staff are are up on all the latest care treatments and offer such personalized care!I liked that there was boarding available also.
