Front desk ladies are friendly, Veterinarians & their techs are always polite, knowledgeable and very caring. We've used Ft. Bragg Vet since we got here in 2003. The only thing I wish could change is the ability to use them in an emergency. It's usually a 2 week wait to get an appointment unless you get extremely lucky. Read Less

Called in and was told they don't do emergency situations. I'm shocked that a veterinary can can turn away a sick puppy. Are you really that busy? Doubt it. Asked for a policy letter stating they can only do certain things got a response as to I don't have one. Cool get me your highest tanking officer so I can ask. He's in a meeting. I was pleased with the out come of my dog. She really liked the Vet , but I have 2 things I didn't like 1. My dog apparently had a loosebowel movement which was on her when they brought her out me not knowing it got on my clothes. 2. They didn't try the cone on her it's too big and she van slip right out of it. They did make sure I understood the instructions for care though. Read Less

Top notch service! My puppies, Sapi and Niko, love the front ladies because they are super friendly and always take time to greet the pups. I've taken my pets to the clinic at least four times to get their shots done, and we've always left the place with a warm and fuzzy feeling. All the vet technicians always took time to answer all my questions and listen to my concerns. They've never rushed us and always showed a genuine care for the pups. The pups' favorite ones are Paul Thunstrom and Heather Topcik! They did such a good job that the pups didn't even cry when they got the shots. Thank you so much for taking a good care of my babies! Over 9 years and this being our 4th on post vet experience, this has been the best vet that we have been to and dealt with. Our beagle got sick the end of last year and they did everything possible to find out answers to what was going on. From the vets to the front office ladies.. the care that we and our Buddy received was top notch. We had the best experience with the staff and vets here! My dog had a mass and has been in many times in the last months for exams, biopsies, surgery and post op exams. She is 100% better now, and all of our visits were pleasant. Dr Lewis was patient with my nervous dog, and was very upfront about what we could expect, as well as thoroughly addressing my concerns. They are by far the best prices vet in the area. They work hard to get you in and out, and answer all your questions. They offer everything you can think of that your pet needs (dental, nail clipping, vaccines, surgery, spay and neuter). They do book up fast, but they try to fit you in as best they can. Read Less

I have been very happy with all the services provided to my dog. Shots, chip, physical and testing has been wonderful. They really care about the animals and you can tell they love them. I didn't like the vet doctor nor the vet tech. We have been taking our dog to two different vets for seven years and not once has he ever left being scared. We take him there once and he left crying with his tail down. They also managed to cut his nails to short and was bleeding from every paw. Not happy this has never happened any where else before.They also said that they didn't receive his records but they did cause my husband pulled up his email saying that they had received them last Thursday. I didn't like the fact that I had to argue with the doctor for his prescription and they gave him something completely different saying this is better for him even though hes been on this medication for years now and it works the best for him but that's okay cause they know everything right?. I think not. We will be taking our fur baby else where in the future.Read Less

She constantly interrupted me, became agitated and hung up on me. I took my Zeus to Cross Creek Animal Hospital, to have what Ft. Bragg Vet Clinic told me was a cyst looked at. While there I was informed that Zeus was heart worm positive (confirmed at FtBVC in Feb) and his "cyst" was actually a cancerous tumor. All I wanted was some answers, Zeus is my family and another one of my kids. Read Less

I was there yesterday with my two kids and our new dog. My kids were acting out since my husband wasn't with me. They were very great and understanding (my kids being loud) they treated my furbaby great considering she was so scared. I had no problems with them answering the phone! Impossible to get them to answer the phone. First there is a long recording, no options for any extension, then they say "please stay on the line and someone will be with you shortly" After you stay on the line for a while, another recording comes on, stating that they are experiencing a high call volume and to please hang up and call back later. Then they disconnect you, after you have wasted all that time. This goes on all day long. I am so hopping mad. People's time is not worth anything to them.
