Please be aware Leesville Animal Hospital does not care about your business. I just personally experienced terrible customer service and their bad business practices. I boarded my three dogs for two weeks and was told I could pick them up Easter Sunday . Went there on Easter Sunday to pick them up there was NO note on door stating they were closed for pickup. I waited for 30 min until an employee came out and told me she just found out they were closed for pickup and I could not pickup my dogs Sunday. I received no email, no voicemail and no text that they were closed for pickup Easter Sunday. Moreover, I was told when I dropped them off I could pick them up between 5-6PM Easter Sunday. I went to pick them up Monday and the Manger was very rude and unprofessional and would not do anything “discount” for my inconvenience on Easter Sunday. I could have made plans out of town with my family had I known I could not pickup my dogs. My wife who is a nurse took Sunday off to be with our dogs and has to work a 12 hour shift Monday. I advised her of all my issues and she did not care The manager actually threatened me and spoke over me like I was a child.
Please DO NOT give them your business or money. The Management is rude and unprofessional. Please find other alternatives in the area. Save your hard earned money for people and businesses that respect you and your time

Leesville Animal Hospital is wonderful. They took excellent care of my dog and explained everything to me, especially the expenses, before they did anything. I also felt like the genuinely cared about me and my dog, and I even got a handwritten thank you note from the vet. Highly recommend!

Front desk and techs are always pleasant and helpful. My dogs have stayed here a couple of times for boarding. One of my dogs is super anxious and doesn't like strange people or strange dogs. They are super patient and understanding with him. One lady even told me she sat in the kennel with him and my other pup, who has no social issues, to try and get him to warm up and be more comfortable. This is greatly appreciated and helps put my heart at ease. I would recommend this boarding facility to anyone.

I use Leesville Animal Hospital for all my dog needs. It has grooming, daycare, food supplies, and veterinary services. I cannot same more about the functionality and easy of being able to drop my dog off for daycare in the morning, grooming in the afternoon, and getting blood work done for a future appointment, all done in the same day.

I have been with Leesville Animal Hospital for several years. My animals are my four legged children so I want the best. Leesville has always given me the satisfaction that my dogs are receiving the best care possible. The staff is both friendly and caring when ever I come into the office or call. As for the veterinarians they are knowledgeable , caring and friendly. I trust my dogs in their care completely and I would recommend Leesville Animal Hospital to everyone. They also have a first class boarding and dog daycare facility. Before I started with Leesville I checked out several of the local facilities and not one of them came close to what I was looking for, which were good vets and a friendly staff.
I would highly recommend Leesville Animal Hospital.

We've been looking for a steady, inexpensive and caring vet for the last 3 years. We found Leesville Animal Hospital, after taking our 3 young cats to 3 other vets in the area.
Those three were all OK ... each had some combination of varying degrees of incompetence, ignorance, fair-to-poor customer service, high prices, indifference to the importance of my family pet, etc.
With Leesville Animal Hospital- nothing is lacking, simply put. I brought in all 3 of my cats, in succession, the other day- it took all morning, lol. Each one was handled with exceptional, individualized care for their INDIVIDUAL needs. I noticed and appreciated it.
GO TO LEESVILLE ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!! IT'S CLEAN, THE STAFF ARE SUPER SWEET, ACCOMMODATING AND INTELLIGENT. DO IT!!!

Great staff!!!: Friendly, courteous, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Have been coming to Leesville Animal Hospital for almost ten years and would highly recommend their services whether it be veterinary care or even just daycare/boarding (or both!). As far as I am concerned, Leesville Animal Hospital is the only veterinary practice in the Triangle that I would consider using for my family pets. We have had several dogs at the practice and over the last 23 years they have cared for and treated our pets as family. One of our dogs has an unusual bleeding disorder and Dr. Pearce has given us sound, loving advice on what we should do and how to care for her. If you want to go to a vet practice that really cares about your pets then look no further. . .this is the one!

After 17 years of dedicated service with Lesesville Animal Hospital, I am saddened and hurt by our experience during the passing of our dog. Dr. Pearce had been our dog's vet for 14 years which included boarding services. During a weekend boarding our 14 year old dog passed away in his kennel on a Sunday afternoon prior to the pick up hour they are opened on Sunday. He had been experiencing declining health, so his passing was not totally unexpected. However, we did not anticipate it to occur during his week-end boarding experience. The weekend assistant phoned us 30 minutes before we were to pick him up from boarding telling us the news and that Dr. Pearce told her to call us. We received no follow up call from Dr. Pearce, no condolences , nothing. 17 years as a customer and my beloved pet passes away in their care and he instructs a part time assistant to inform us. Upon arrival to collect our dog's belongings we were presented with a $300 bill which included tests and vaccinations (for a dying dog) that we did not authorize. I am deeply saddened by this experience and lack of compassion Dr. Pearce displayed during a very painful event for my family. This is not the kind of treatment anyone would expect from an animal doctor and caregiver. We will never recorded this vet to anyone.. Ever.

We have seen all of the vets in the practice and most are fantastic. The secretaries and vet techs are great but the owner, Dr. Harold Pearce couldn't appear to care less about your pet. We found our 3 yr old dog collapsed on the floor a couple mornings ago. We called at 7:30 when they opened to let them know we were on our way. They told us the Dr wouldn't be in until 8:00 but that they could take her in and get her started. We arrived and were told that the Dr was aware of the situation and they hoped he would be in sooner than later. 8:20 rolls around and still no Dr. I ask where he is and they call him. His wife says she is "trying to get him out the door." He finally strolls in at 8:45 with no urgency in his stride! Remember, he was notified we were there with an urgent situation at 7:30! The only good thing about this trip was that we were transferred to VSH, a practice that has Drs who actually care about the pets. Do your pet a favor and if Dr Pearce is working, go elsewhere! As for us, we will be changing practices.

Front desk and techs are always pleasant and helpful. My dogs have stayed here a couple of times for boarding. One of my dogs is super anxious and doesn't like strange people or strange dogs. They are super patient and understanding with him. One lady even told me she sat in the kennel with him and my other pup, who has no social issues, to try and get him to warm up and be more comfortable. I have been with Leesville Animal Hospital for several years. My animals are my four legged children so I want the best. Leesville has always given me the satisfaction that my dogs are receiving the best care possible. The staff is both friendly and caring when ever I come into the office or call. As for the veterinarians they are knowledgeable , caring and friendly. I trust my dogs in their care completely and I would recommend Leesville Animal Hospital to everyone. They also have a first class boarding and dog daycare facility. Before I started with Leesville I checked out several of the local facilities and not one of them came close to what I was looking for, which were good vets and a friendly staff.

Dr. Pearce had been our dog's vet for 14 years which included boarding services. We received no follow up call from Dr. Pearce, no condolences , nothing. 17 years as a customer and my beloved pet passes away in their care and he instructs a part time assistant to inform us. Upon arrival to collect our dog's belongings we were presented with a $300 bill which included tests and vaccinations (for a dying dog) that we did not authorize. I am deeply saddened by this experience and lack of compassion Dr. Pearce displayed during a very painful event for my family. This is not the kind of treatment anyone would expect from an animal doctor and caregiver. We will never recorded this vet to anyone.. Ever.

We have seen all of the vets in the practice and most are fantastic. The secretaries and vet techs are great but the owner, Dr. Harold Pearce couldn't appear to care less about your pet. We found our 3 yr old dog collapsed on the floor a couple mornings ago. We called at 7:30 when they opened to let them know we were on our way. They told us the Dr wouldn't be in until 8:00 but that they could take her in and get her started. We arrived and were told that the Dr was aware of the situation and they hoped he would be in sooner than later. 8:20 rolls around and still no Dr. I ask where he is and they call him. His wife says she is "trying to get him out the door." He finally strolls in at 8:45 with no urgency in his stride! Remember, he was notified we were there with an urgent situation at 7:30! The only good thing about this trip was that we were transferred to VSH, a practice that has Drs who actually care about the pets. Do your pet a favor and if Dr Pearce is working, go elsewhere! As for us, we will be changing practices.
