They were great with Shadow and handled my cat with great care. I love them for the fact they would keep each visit as fear free as possible and always respectful. Honestly the prices are great for all the care and convenience of having such a great vet come right to your door. My cat was back inside before he realized what was really going on. Dr. Rogers is AWESOME! He comes to your house in his special vet van, and brings all the equipment he needs to do a full vet visit in your home. He handles my cats gently, but firmly, and gets his business done before they even realize there is a vet in the room! As long as he is in practice, we will never use another vet!Calls may go unanswered, because it is just him and one assistant. The best way to contact is by leaving a voicemail message. Sometimes it takes a little while, but they DO get back to you.Prices are at the low end of what you can expect for a vet visit, and they are all listed on his website.

Not worth it. I made several appointments, and the vet was always late, most of the time without calling. The final straw for me was when they were a no show to an appointment, and finally called me back about 4 hours later with a BS excuse. I had re-arranged my busy schedule to be at home, and they treated me with complete disregard. Vet seemed to be always running late and rushed through my appointment, while charging a hefty fee. Do yourself and your pets a favor and stick with a traditional vet.

The final straw for me was when they were a no show to an appointment, and finally called me back about 4 hours later with a BS excuse.
