I always love bringing my pets to Lakeview! Not only are they cheaper from places like Pointe South but they also have very friendly staff. The staff is always happy to see your pets and I can't see myself going anywhere but Lakeview! One of our dogs has diabetes and I've never had issues with getting a prescription during or after a visit and the staff is very helpful and love being around pets. There's not a visit where I don't have two or three nurses trying to hug or cuddle my kittens, cats, or older dogs. Dr. Noeller is the kindest vet and person I've ever encountered. She loves animals of all sizes and loved both of my rat boys through everything. She's also the vet for my two cats, one of which I got through her. She's respectful and sweet and personable and I'm so so glad I found her. I don't recommend. Nothing but problems. There's too many good vets in this area to deal with this one. They are cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for. I had shots and a heartworm test done last month for my dog and ordered the heartworm preventative online from the "Dr. Fosters and Smith" website (it's about half price) and Lakeview faxed the prescription in. I had no problems at all. This month I had a heartworm test done for another dog. I was offered the heartworm preventative while there and I explained that I would be ordering it online. I placed my order online the next day and was called by Lakeview Veterinary a few days later saying the prescription would have to be picked up and mailed in. I called them to ask why it couldn't be faxed in like it was last month for my other dog and she had to put me on hold to check. I was then informed their policy had changed because they had so many problems faxing prescriptions in. Not sure what kind of problems you can have sending a simple fax but they're doing to have more problems making customers come back a second time to get a prescription to mail in. I asked why I wasn't told this when I was there, if they refuse to fax in prescriptions, it should of been given to me when I was there. She couldn't explain that and all I got was "I'm sorry." This is poor customer service. Being that they failed to inform me of this policy change while I was there they should of been willing to send a fax, how hard can that be? Very poor customer service. My normal vet is Pointe South, I was trying this vet out because the prices seem cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for. I will not be back to Lakeview, they are very unprofessional. Being that I have 4 dogs, 2 cats, (all fully vetted) and the occasional rescue they have lost a lot of potential business from me. Read Less

Lakeview has a wonderful and caring staff! They are very concerned about animals less fortunate and go above and beyond to help with rescues. Even though they are 30 minutes from my house, they are well worth the drive. They have seen my dogs on very short notice and Dr. Noeller is a very real, compassionate person. The doctors and staff at LVH are nothing short of GREAT!!  We love them, our dogs love them!!  They are always caring and courteous.  I have had 2 emergency situations and both times, EXCELLENT care was provided for my baby boy.  In a time of loss, the staff was genuine in the care of my baby and of me.  Couldn't ask for better!!! We took my mother-in-law's dying dog to this vet 2 years ago, because they said that they could do a "Good Samaritan euthanasia." We had no money at the time and they were very compassionate about our situation. They even wrapped her up in her blanket that she was euthanized in. We buried her in that blanket. They even sent us a card a week later, saying sorry for your loss. I will definitely be going back to this vet when my fur babies need to see the doctor. Read Less

This place has been amazing. Dr. Noeller is phenomenal and the rest of the staff is so kind!! They seem to just love our Sophie as much as we do! I don't have to worry one bit that she'll receive the best care while she's here! I think I may have reviewed before...none the less, I am even more impressed with Dr Noeller and her staff! They went above and beyond! This afternoon, I called the office at 4:23pm because I felt my English Bulldog had a stomach blockage of some sort. Brenda told me to bring him on. I got there by 4:35 and in no time was in a room with Loki going to xray. Sure enough, blockage! Surgery was done TONIGHT...after hours. I am so appreciative of all the support from the staff in letting me know my lil Chunky Butt was gonna be fine. I received a call at 7:52pm from Dr Noeller herself to let me know what was found (toys pieces and blankie pieces) and that he was recovering well. AMAZING DR AND STAFF!!! Read Less

Took our cat in for an exam and everything shots ear cleaned etc spent 170 bucks which was fine no problem we agreed to pay for those things. Returned to get a booster she needed and then got charged another 45 bucks. Looked at the receipt and the other 45 was for another exam. Ridiculous our cat didn't need another exam just a booster shot she just had a exam 3 weeks prior and was told to bring her in for a booster which in my mind should have been free. To me that is unacceptable. Should have not been charged anything for the booster visit and the wait time the second trip took forever just for a shot. We were not told we would have to see the vet again and get charged another 45 bucks. We love our animals and take care of them. We are the people who will spend the money if needed. No more spending at this location. We will be spending elsewhere. Unacceptable!Read Less
