Let me begin by saying our dog is our child and rather than writing a very long review, I'll keep this short. They misdiagnosed, gave an ear cleaning which exacerbated the ear infection which delayed proper care, and after almost $600.00 and three trips, the problem is still there. The Vet today 6-22-19 was rude, spoke down to us, gave us strange faces, obviously felt we were wasting her time and even had the audacity to insinuate we were focusing on the wrong problem when they couldn't even treat that problem and we fully knew we would have to see a more specialized Vet and were there for the purpose of healing an ear infection! We received a call earlier in the week on lab results and were told medicine would be ready at the desk upon leaving. Not only was the medicine not ready, but we were made to wait for over 15 minutes while they prepared it to then tell us it would be $150.00. We did not purchase the medicine because we have absolutely no trust in this place after this and when the ear infection is a little better but STILL THERE!!! I am angry that we have wasted three trips and almost $600.00 for minimal improvement and to be the treated as if its our fault.

We love Woodsdale Animal Hospital and would never take our children anywhere else! Dr. Soares is the best vet -- not only is she extremely kind, caring, loving and patient with all of the dogs, cats, etc., etc., who come to Woodsdale for help, but she is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and always stays up to date on the latest technology. And her staff -- hands down they are the best! Now you know why we would never go anywhere else. Try them and you'll agree!

My dog has been going to this vet for over a year. Always a good experience until January when my dog got sick. I called in to see if I could bring her in and the receptionist was so rude. I'm happy I was on the phone and not in person. The receptionist said ," you can bring her in but we don't take payment plans you have to pay at the end of the visit ". I always pay at the end of every visit and I didn't ask her for that information. She should never be allowed to pick up a phone again.
I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOG(Everest ) BACK THERE EVER AGAIN !!!!

We LOVE Woodsdale Animal Hospital. The folks there treat our dog as a member of the family. He is always well cared for and gets excited whenever we pull into the parking lot.

We arrived at Woodsdale Animal Hospital on Saturday, 7/15/17 with one of our fur babies that was severely injured and we're immediately taken to examining room. Dr.Vicki Soares & associates took great patience in caring for our Baby. She suggested we leave him for the weekend so that he would get the proper treatment needed. We picked him up on Monday and had to continue medication for a few days. Took him back one week later for recheck. All injuries are healing perfectly. As I write this review I can honestly say that Dr. Soares and staff are the greatest. Our fur Baby is quickly getting back to normal. God Bless you all at Woodsdale Animal Hospital.

I absolutely love Woodsdale Animal Hospital. Dr. Soares is extremely professional and caring. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone at woodsdale is extremely compassionate and genuinely caring. I take my Lucy there and would not think of going anywhere else. They take excellent care of her and she loves going there. I have taken all my babies to Woodsdale. They are the best!!!!!

Excellent care of my babies (dogs). The personal that work at Woodsdale Animal Hospital are the best that I've seen in the state. Not only do they care about your animals as their own, they take the time to explain what is going on and the best way to take care of it. I would highly recommend these DOCTORS to anyone.

Woodsdale Animal Hospital is just absolutely amazing. Dr. Soares is extremely knowledgeable and it is quite obvious that she genuinely loves animals. The Woodsdale team is always very helpful and super friendly; the facility is comfortable, clean, and inviting. We have always had wonderful experiences with Woodsdale and will continue to take our beagle girl. If you want the best care for your pet, Woodsdale is exactly where you need to go!

Dr Soares came to Roxboro a year ago. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the practice. I have found her and her staff to be very caring and efficient when bringing my dog and 2 cats to her practice. She always takes the time to explain my pet's condition and treatment. I appreciate that. We are quite fortunate to have Dr Soares in Roxboro. Dave C

Let me begin by saying our dog is our child and rather than writing a very long review, I'll keep this short. They misdiagnosed, gave an ear cleaning which exacerbated the ear infection which delayed proper care, and after almost $600.00 and three trips, the problem is still there. We love Woodsdale Animal Hospital and would never take our children anywhere else! Dr. Soares is the best vet -- not only is she extremely kind, caring, loving and patient with all of the dogs, cats, etc., etc., who come to Woodsdale for help, but she is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and always stays up to date on the latest technology. We arrived at Woodsdale Animal Hospital on Saturday, 7/15/17 with one of our fur babies that was severely injured and we're immediately taken to examining room.
