They are not transparent with their billing practices. When I picked up a prescription for our dog last week I wondered why the per pill cost was more than last month, so I called them to see if the medication had increased. There was no increase, but apparently there is a $13 dispensary charge, basically a charge for the vet tech to fill the bottle, but that charge was not noted on the invoice, just the $21 for 10 pills. Had we been advised of the $13 charge upfront I would have just picked up the written prescription instead of getting a few pills until we could get to the pharmacy. We are new to this vet and in the past month we have spent close to $3,000 on 3 different pets, so this lack of transparency makes me wonder what else we were charged for that was not disclosed to us at the time of billing. We are new to the area and this is the second vet we've seen, but after this experience I am left wondering if there are any ethical, professional vets in Lee County. We won't return to this practice.

This was the first and last time I will take my pets to this vet. I arrived early for our appointment. I waited almost an hour in the waiting room, which was 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. A few days after the appointment I received a call from the vet to follow-up about the blood work. The person proceeded to try and scare the ever living daylights out of me about my cat and her possible terrible health. I kept telling her that I was going to take care of the immediate and apparent issues at hand and then redraw for blood work and cross that bridge when I got there. She kept persisting and trying to scare me. TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER!

Between Derby and Hampton and all of the wonderful techs, they have really kept me sane and have been a huge part of my dogs lives. Taegan with all of her issues and Panda with her last days battling cancer. Everyone is amazing and kind from the moment you walk through the door and even when you go home. They call and check on your fur baby. They are even open to alternative care if it could help! You all are certainly worth the drive for the level of care and compassion you receive!

And their prices are better than several other vet offices we have used through the years.
We cannot say enough about how much we appreciate the way they have cared for our dog. I drive an hour to see them even though I have lots of other options. After a bad experience at a different vet, now my parents are driving an hour to take their cat to All Animals.
All Animals is just that good.

I recently moved to Sanford and started taking my dogs to All Animals Veterinary Hospital. Under their care, my senior dog was able to overcome her immune-mediated thrombocytopenia. During all our appointments, we and our dogs are shown care and respect. I would definitely recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone who needs animal care in the Sanford area.

All Animals are wonderful - from the front desk to all the vets.
And their prices are better than several other vet offices we have used through the years.
We cannot say enough about how much we appreciate the way they have cared for our dog. I drive an hour to see them even though I have lots of other options. After a bad experience at a different vet, now my parents are driving an hour to take their cat to All Animals.
All Animals is just that good.
