Decent place to take your pets not very clean, not very friendly and takes FOREVER if they have to order something for you BUT they do take great care of your pets and do everything they can to help your pet just not exactly professional at sometimes with they way they treat the owners but as long as they respect and help my pets the way they always do I will continue to take them to third St. And they have decent prices and payment plans which helps tremendously when you have unexpected pet health issues Read Less

My girlfriend dropped two of our dogs off at 10:00am in the morning for a teeth cleaning. The receptionist was very rude due to my girlfriend being late for the appointment (which she had called ahead of time and notified them), her being late did not seem to matter much because there was no one there when she arrived (I now understand there is good reason for this). The receptionist then said that the dogs would be finished up by 5:30pm. My girlfriend waited around all day until 4:50PM when she called to check in. At this time the receptionist again was very rude and seemed quite out of the loop. She confusingly mentioned that Lou (one of the dogs) was done and that Teddy (our other dog) had not yet been started and that they had a couple of other surgeries to do before they got to Teddy, finally finishing with "she could probably come pick him up somewhere around 9PM tonight". Why you would do one clients dogs and have other dogs in between the other is beyond me, terrible scheduling. My girlfriend told her that was not an option because we live in Hillsborough, NC which is about 1-1/2 hours away (which the receptionist was made aware of when she dropped them off). The receptionists fix for that was "well you can just come pick up Lou and we can hold Teddy overnight and you can come back tomorrow to get him". A 5:30 pick up time from a 10:00am drop off turned into an overnight ordeal and the receptionist had absolutely no sympathy for the situation. Needless to stay my girlfriend drove over to pick both dogs up immediately. This place is completely unprofessional and I would recommend you to STAY AWAY. We will surely never be back here. She helped deliver my 1st daughter Summer! I had so many wonderful experiences with her and her family and they treated me like I was one of their own!!! Far most worst clinic I've ever been to. Very unfriendly staff. Never tried to put my dogs at ease. Trimmed nails in waiting room where everything else is going on so that doesn't put an animal at ease. Need to do it in a private room. My dogs were muzzled for the first time ever and we were charged 3.00 extra just for that. I will not bring them to this clinic again and I will not recommend this place. As a matter of fact I will tell people not to bring their animals there. I don't think they deserve any stars. Read Less

Our dog recently got his teeth cleaned, nails clipped back, and an annual heartworm test. His nails are tricky since they have long quicks, but Dr. Walton fixed him right up. He looked really good when he was done. Healthy, happy dog! Read Less
