I don’t doubt how much the vet and staff care about animals. However they are so busy that things tend to run incredibly late. When I got my dog neutered they said I would be able to pick him up in the afternoon (4-5pm) He wasn’t out of surgery until 7:30.
When he ate carpet 🤦♀️ I arrived at 8:15 am on a Saturday for an x-ray. They said drop him off and to to call back at 11:45 am for an update. I called but there was no x-ray or real update. They said they would call me that afternoon. I got no call back that day and my calls and emails were not answered all weekend. I was understandably distressed that I had no idea how my dog was doing. I had not even realized that there was a possibility he will be staying over the weekend. I ended up getting him that Monday.
Yesterday I had an 11:00 am appointment and my dog was not seen until 11:55 am.
They absolutely care about animals but they are too busy for me to consistently give their clients timely service. I will no longer be taking my dog here.

Outstanding service and care at a reasonable price! Dr Tysor is very caring, as is her staff. Very cordial and above average availability. My sisters now use Tysor Veterinary, too.

They do love and take care of your animals. I give 4 stars instead of 5, due to the fact my dog came home with fleas after spending a day there.

Dr. Tysor is very compassionate and personally calls with test results. She will only do what is necessary to keep costs low. Meds are very reasonable to purchase here as well as food and other items...
Dr. Tysor is very compassionate and personally calls with test results. She will only do what is necessary to keep costs low. Meds are very reasonable to purchase here as well as food and other items. There may be a wait for walk-ins, but time goes by quickly chatting with other clients and the friendly staff.

Thanks to Tysor my dog is still alive! So very grateful for their fast and friendly service. They are really amazing people that work there and I will not take my pets to any other vet. They even helped me arrange a payment plan when all the other vets wanted thousands of dollars up front. Wish there were more Vets like her.

Yesterday I had to take my 10 1/2 yr old teacup poodle to Dr Tysor and have her put to sleep. She has never seen Lucy Lou before but she came highly recommended by several friends of mine. Dr. Tysor and her entire staff were fabulous, caring, supportive, Informative and the compassion they all showed me and Lucy was remarkable. I could go on and on about their greatness!. Thank you for taking care of my baby.

My dog was hit by a car and taken to another vet who suggested putting her down or cutting her leg off, got a second opinion at from Dr. Tysor and happy to say she still walks on all 4 and has even became a jumper something she didn't do prior. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the best place to go! I adopted my dog here and continue to make the drive from Raleigh for all of his vet visits because you won't find another vet that cares about animals like the people in this office. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience adopting two female Guinea Pigs from the Tysor Veterinary Clinic!
It was a 3 1/2 hour drive from Columbia, SC but well worth it! Becky the adoption counselor ...
I had an absolutely wonderful experience adopting two female Guinea Pigs from the Tysor Veterinary Clinic!
It was a 3 1/2 hour drive from Columbia, SC but well worth it! Becky the adoption counselor and all the staff members are incredibly sweet and were so helpful during the entire process!
Both Guinea Pigs have been named Puff and Poof. The girls are fat, happy, and being spoiled rotten with plenty of fruit and vegetables and cuddles! :)
I highly recommend adopting any animal from here! Thank you so much Becky & everyone!! I hope you all have a Happy New Year!!! :)

I don’t doubt how much the vet and staff care about animals. However they are so busy that things tend to run incredibly late. When I got my dog neutered they said I would be able to pick him up in the afternoon (4-5pm) He wasn’t out of surgery until 7:30.
