When 'the other' Vets office wouldn't take my little Yorkie in as an emergency, Willowrun did with open arms and had a team waiting for him. This was only a half hour before their closing time. I was new in the area and didn't have a veterinarian yet. They spent two hours working on my little guy and they saved his life! The staff is always very nice, very friendly and very efficient! Dr. Smith and all the aides and techs have been kind and gentle with my animals. They are knowledgeable and they DO NOT try to push procedures, shots and whatever else I've seen other offices do to take your money. I will recommend this place to everyone! Read Less

THE BEST!!!! Our little 🐕 was hit by a car in the evening, rushed to Willow Run having no idea what they were like, nor did they know me. Our doggie was bleeding internally. The staff was great. They took my dog straight back since his tumor wouldn't quit bleeding. We have to schedule Rocky's surgery. They have been patient with us while we get our finances straight so we can take Rocky back. The office and back rooms are very clean. We will be going back. Read Less

My pets come to see all the vets here, they are all wonderful! The staff take EXCELLENT care of us under all circumstances, whether it is routine office visits, or emergencies-which I can tell you from experience, they take extra special care then and some of their staff go above and beyond! I also am very comfortable boarding my dogs here when I go out of town, I know they are well taken care of, Shelby and Coco are always excited to come for a visit here! Good place if you have money but when it's an emergency all they did was want more money they won't even see the pet unless you give them money and that's not even to do tests to see what the problem is so stupid they act like animal lover's but are unwilling to even see the dog unless you have a lot of money some of us do the best we can and can't get the help to get our pet the help it needs if there is an issue we can't get care credit nor do we make enough money does that make us bad pet owners no it doesn't cause we do all we can so again if the animals are their concern why not have payment plans setup for people who actually are trying but can't afford the stupid upfront prices Read Less

I have been taking my pets to Willowrun for several years now. Every one of the staff and doctors are very nice and they are always up to date with the latest equipment and medicine. My wife's dogs don't mind a bit being dropped off for grooming and I appreciate the extended hours so I can make trips after work. Everything about this place is simply amazing!!! Read Less

Willowrun is a state of the art facility and the people that work there are very knowledgable and friendly. I am very particular about who I let handle my animals, and I wouldn't hesitate to leave them in the care of this veterinary hospital. The groomer did a wonderful job on my dog.
