BEST! The Vet is very relaxed which helps when you're not, lol. I brought in two of my fur babies & each one was given love & treated gently. I almost lost a dog to parvo 12 years ago & am OCD about cleanliness & told them my fears. No worries about being clean they are spotless, and even allowed me.ro spray the preventative parvo spray everywhere without even saying a word. The Vet did however explain more about that deadly disease, & things to avoid which put me at ease. I would highly recommend this facility they are VERY clean,professional & the cost is more then fair. P.S : As far as the lady who complained about EVERYTHING below I think she needs to learn to take critical advise & not complain so much when her dog was not taken care of clearly by lacking in fleas meds for 3 whole month (neglect) & full.of fleas, with some other issues like a skin disorder. She needs an attitude ✔ & to take care of her pet better, poor thing!! Again after paying for a heartworm test on one dog, all shots, and only paying for the distemper to my pupoy & getting a FREE month of heartworming Rx for my pup, on top of a good sized bag of FREE puppy food. Very Expensive! (See very bottom for price comparisons between this vet and my previous vet...I rambled a bit). Felt pressured to get heart worm medicine and pushed to use Triflexis. We moved to Sneads Ferry a year ago from Hubert and didn't want to make the trip to go to our vet so we decided to visit here. Our dog needed updated shots and we've been having problems getting rid of fleas even though we use advantage monthly. So we wanted advice on why they haven't gone away and there was a spot on my dogs back which we assumed were from fleas. The vet was very knowledgeable and said because we had missed a couple months dosage about 3 months ago that even though we recently applied the medicine there were still adults that weren't killed that laid eggs, etc. she began to talk about the different types of flea medicine stating what we were using is really good, but kept talking about triflexis and stating how it covers both fleas and heart worms. We said we would continue to give our medicine because it only makes sense that 3 months ago we had been off the medicine for 2 months so the fleas came back. She did her heart worm test and her words were "well your dog doesn't have heart worms this time, but our test only lets us see the more advance stages of heart worms so we wouldn't know if the babies were in her." Therefore our dog doesn't have heart worms, but I didn't like that she kept talking about getting the heart worm medicine. We can't afford much and triflexis killed our friends dog so we are scared to use it. Afterwards we ended up paying $242 dollars (my previous vet only charged $95 for the same stuff) The office visit itself was $40. I compared my last vet bill with this vet and everything this vet did was exactly what we got charged for last time. The only difference was an additional corticosteroid for the spot on my dogs back which was $56. I only paid $95 for all of that with my previous vet. Needless to say we will make the 45 minute drive to our other vet who doesn't charge outrageous prices and pressure us for heart worm medecine. Read Less

Our regular Vet was booked for the day but our cat needed to be seen, so they referred us to All Pets Animal Hospital. We were able to get in quickly, and have our boy checked out. Dr. Southard was very thorough, and explained everything in plain English. They communicated with our regular Veterinarian, and were able to check prior blood work and send new blood work to put in his file. They are on the expensive side as previous comments have stated, but not as expensive as I have seen other Vets in the past. They are still within reasonable range, and we really did receive great care. :) Read Less

They were very respectful when we came in accommodated us very well without an appointment. However our in door house cat just randomly one day after just happened to get fleas and we believe it was from this facility. Our cat has never had a history with fleas and he has been the only animal we own so he couldn't have possibly gotten it from another animal in our house.Read Less

The staff at All Pets are professional and knowledgeable, but perhaps even more importantly- they care about their patients, both canine and human! I have peace of mind that Dr Anderson, Dr Fuchs, and all the staff will do what is best for my dog. My dog LOVES visiting the vet, thanks to the caring staff at All Pets. Read Less

OUTRAGEOUS AND OUTRAGEDI've had my dog seen here once before and was shocked at the price. I swore to never darken this doorstep again. Now I have a 10 yr old pet dog who's been ill for several weeks. I spent over $300 at a different vet to try to make her well without success. I called here today to check the price to let her go. ABSOLUTELY MONEY GRUBBING I have to pay $39 for an exam, then $120 to have her put down. WHY DOES MY DYING SUFFERING ANIMAL NEED AN EXAM?!?!! Transparent grab for money. Unforgivable Read Less

In the past I would take my dogs to Hampstead Animal Hospital, but since I live in Sneads Ferry the Sneads Ferry Animal Hospital is right up the street from where I live. Dr. Anderson was phenomenal with her work. Dr. Anderson spent time with me and my dog and really showed genuine care and compassion for my dog and treatment plan. Everything Dr. Anderson and her staff has done thus far has exceeded my expectations. The clinic's prices are fair and reflect the excellent care we always receive. I first decided to take my puppy to All Pets Animal Hospital because of the convinence to my house. After getting to know the staff I am so glad I found them. They do a wonderful job and are very thorough with examinations. They also are very patient with my giant, slobbery, hyper bloodhound and always make sure he feels comfortable. They're amazing. We've been there previously with our other dog but we just got a new dog that wasn't socialized as a puppy so we were really concerned with how the visit was going to go and it went a million times better than I thought it would. Dr. Fuchs is fantastic. They're always super sweet and very knowledgeable. If you're unsure of a medicine or don't want to buy something that day you want to wait and decide the better option they aren't pushy or judgemental they give you all the best options for your concerns/problems and leave it to you. I felt very confident having my baby in her hands! She even gave my cat a treat, which I've never had done before. Took my dog Thor for shots and a check up. He is fairly big and gets uneasy around people who don't live with us :) The staff was good at making him feel at ease and quick to get me in and out of there. First good experience we have had at a veterinarian. Truly appreciate it. Read Less

Everyone was very nice, the visit went great until I got to the counter to pay. For shots, a nail trim, Triflexis, an antibiotic, and to check out a cyst (just drew some of the fluid out, didn't have it tested or anything) it was $540!! I ended not not being able to afford the flea/heart worm meds which were $160. I called again today about Heart guard for 6 months and they quoted me $73.75, so I called the vet in Holly Ridge and they quoted me $55 for the same thing. Beware the bill!! Read Less

We have recently moved to the area and are taking our 4 dogs here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We have had a wonderful experience thus far. I never feel pressured or persuaded to purchase anything or do unnecessary testing etc... I find them to be very trustworthy and reasonable. Highway Robbery          We were on vacation and had brought our dogs with us. One of our fur babies injured himself. Unfortunately this was the only vet up on this end of Topsail. First we walked in there was no one in the lobby, and the receptionist completely ignored us while she continued her personal conversation on her cell phone. The vet was very nice and good with our dog. The kicker was she prescribed him pain pills. It was a $50.00 bottle of Carprofen, (Rimadyl) ( very common pain medication for animals) which we figured being at the beach they would be more expensive. We opened up the bottle there were 2 pills in it. Two pills?????!!!! For $50??!!!!!!!! A full bottle at home runs around $25.00. Unreal!!!!!!!!! Can you say rip-off?? Read Less

Their staff are what counts, makes the experience much more pleasant. Thorough veterinarian and took time to explain everything, never felt rushed, and my animals never felt stressed. Dr. Kinsey is not only caring and gentile with my cats, but she has always given them a timely and correct diagnosis. The other vets that I've been to in the area would give me a "general" diagnosis and keep me coming back again and again so they could make more money; despite the fact this was causing my cats more stress from all the testing. Dr. Kinsey does not do this, she diagnoses correctly the first time. If she sees that my fur babies are under too much stress, she will find an alternate route to do testing/ exams. Dr. Kinsey cares about her job and the animals and it shows. She and her staff are polite, friendly, and professional. I recommend them to everyone :) Read Less

The people there were nice. However, prices are ridiculous! Also, the vet on duty that day told me several things about my dog that wasn't true, leading to, of course, unnecessary medications and more money. I wouldn't take my pet there again unless it was an absolute emergency, i have heard most people in town say the same thing. Read Less

Super over priced for what you get. The vets were very sweet and so was the staff, however I don't feel that they have the complete knowledge base for anything more than standard issues. PetsMart has far more competent vets... partially because they have software that assists them in making a diagnosis making errors far less likely... and it is WAY, WAY less expensive... oh and they are open 7 days a week. My experience was totally positive at All Pets.  The nurse was sweet and loving to my animals, and the Vet was polite, caring and very competent.  I am so pleased with them and I trust them to take care of my babies.  After all, pets are part of the family. Read Less
