I've seen all of the vets at Ard Vista with my 4 dogs, and all have provided excellent care. I am especially grateful to Dr. Jeni Giesler, who has given exceptional care to my complicated American bulldog and has gone above and beyond many times for us. The techs and front desk staff also do a great job. This is a great practice and you won't regret entrusting your dear pet friends to them.

I had called about my cats flea issue and was hoping they would have a product that would help my cat. I explained that I had tried all the products at the pet stores and nothing seemed to be effective. I spoke with a friendly lady who informed me that they had some products that would be useful. Unfortunately our call was disconnected during our conversation. No problem. I had to be in that area anyways and dropped in. They are conveniently located right off Stratford Road. As it being a Saturday they appeared to be very busy and I didn't want to get in their way. When they had some down time I informed that I had called earlier about my cats flea issue and was informed they had some products that would be useful for her. I was informed that they have drops. I explained that I tried those without any success. I was told that a vet dr would come out and talk to me. I spoke to the vet dr and she asked how often I gave my cat the drops. I informed that I have my cat the drops once a month. The dr explained that I can give my cat a drop packet each week and took the time to show me where it stayed that in the package. I appreciated the feedback as I learned something new. The drops where over $60 and I saw that Walmart and target and even Amazon sell them cheaper so I decided not to purchase them there. All the staff were friendly to me even though I wasn't buying anything. But I'm extremely thankful for the advice they gave me. That says a lot about a business and not looking at $$. If for whatever reason my cat would need to see a vet I would trust them enough to make an appointment.

Took my cat here just to get her established, and have called a few times with questions since I grew up with dogs and this is my first time adopting a cat. In the hospital now, first visit so far not impressed with the snobby front desk clerk or the tech who didn't seem to know what was going on. So then we are taken to a room, where the vet came in, a very nice gentleman,unfortunately my dog wasn't very cooperative, in fact he turned into the Tasmanian devil which tends to happen when your trying to look into his ear, so embarrassing. But the vet maintained a stiff upper lip and accepted my apology. At any rate he managed to obtain a swab with the help of a tenacious young lady. The bill was what I pretty much expected. We'll see if Med's he's given me will make a difference . The only reason I'm not giving this hospital 5 stars is because of the rudeness of the intake clerk and then obviously the misinformation that was written in the dogs chart, apparently written by the rude one. The front desk seemed pretty chaotic and disorganized with six people behind the front desk.

Great group of Veterinarians and the staff. Years ago I moved my cats from another vet to Dr LeFevre here and have never second-guessed that decision. Because have had so many cats over the years and now also one dog, we have seen most of the vets there for routine and no routine care. All awesome! Thank you Drs. EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! This place is fantastic! They really know their stuff and have so many things to help inform you with! It's scary to trust a a new vet with your new puppy, but I am fully confident in them! They go out of the way to help you with any situation! The prices are extremely good and they aren't the kind of people that try and take your money for things you don't need for your animal. If you have any serious concerns you can call and leave a message for the doctor and they will call you back the same day. We found a small bump on our puppy's thigh and started freaking out like all new "pawrents" do, so we called the vet to see if we needed to take him in right away. Dr. Brian took the time and effort to go through our puppy's file and knew right away what it most likely was, and he was right! Just a small (and normal) reaction to his rabies shot, and it will go away soon. Yay! I knew he had gone through my dogs files since I didn't mention which thigh the lump was on and he said if it's on his right thigh it's from the rabies shot and will go away in two to three weeks. This place is so knowledgeable and so kind, I highly recommend it! I can't thank them enough for their great service.

Was recommended from a friend to go here after moving to the area and have gone with both my pets anytime something comes up. My cat got really sick and Ray at Ard-Vista did a fantastic job of getting him back on his feet. I would say I am regular here as I have to come in for a monthly shot for my cat now. Every time I come the staff greets me with a smile and says hello to my pet. All the vets are great here and patient in answering any questions you might have. They try to save you money when they can and go out of their way for you and your pet. I should note, they offer boarding services here as well, in case you can't find a pet sitter.

I have been to other vets in the area. None made me as confident my fur babies were getting the best care like the vets at Ard-Vista. The staff are great, especially the front desk staff.

They took good care of my cat, but were extremely rude to me as a client. I probably won't be back after today's experience. I was in extreme pain and medicated, found a way through obstacles to bring my cat in, being treated rudely when they charge the amounts they do for treatment, especially when informed of a customer in pain is unacceptable, you would think they could at least attempt at empathy and be professional. Even the Dr. frowned the entire time. I've been in customer service for 15 years and was shocked and dissapointed, the entire staff seemed disinterested in being nice or professional to their clients. I guess they figure since they are good at what they do, they can treat people how ever they feel like. Unacceptable.

This vet is SO nice! I asked my local friends for vet suggestions as we just moved to Winston over the summer. One pet owner suggested Ard-Vista and I am so thankful they did. The girls are the front desk were incredibly sweet and when I was having issues locating my dogs MR they were patient and understanding. My pup also pooped in the lobby and was barking (she gets nervous) and they remained nice and cheerful towards me (even as other customers gave me side eye). The dr was so sweet with her and saw us without an appointment. I LOVE them, I'll be going to them here on out!! :)

I truly cannot say enough about Ard-Vista and especially Dr Jenny Geistler. We transfered our sick and elderly dogs there mid treatment because one in particular was not getting the level of care she needed from Animal Hospital West. We hit the ground running. I immediately felt that I had made the right decision. We stopped doing frequent, expensive, and unnecessary tests. We got meds simplified, and got off expensive unnecessary meds. When our girl's time came, it was a beautiful fall day. We sat out in our van and let our sweet girl enjoy the breeze, relaxing in her own space. Dr. Geistler came out to the van and euthanized her there where she was comfortable. She was amazing through that experience and the next, which was even more complicated. She never judged our decisions and always was available by cell for questions, test results, and emergencies. She is the best I have seen in my decades of dog ownership.

It doesn't matter which vet I see, who answers the phone when I call, or who greets me when I enter the door because every single employee at Ard-Vista is top notch. It just doesn't matter if I'm put on hold, or if Dr. Morrison isn't available, or it the visit costs more than I anticipated. I have confidence that the care my animals receive is the best in town. These vets and employees carry love in their hands, voices and eyes. It's a compassionate clinic from front to back. As an animal lover, that means a lot to me.

I love Ard-Vista! Watson has been followed by Dr. LeFevre for 10 years and Peanut by Dr. Morrison for 9 years, and they are both there this weekend as I had to travel. Wat had eye surgery last Weds so I decided to board him there instead of our normal boarder so they can ensure he stays coned and his meds are given correctly. Can't wait to pick them both up Monday, and happy I can trust A-V with my fur babies!

Upon rec from a friend who had lived in the area for many years, i brought My dog here for a complex, scheduled surgery. My dog had the BEST surgical experience from Dr. Morrison. He did beautifully with this difficult op. The surgery held, the stitching was phenomenal, and my dug has done well since. He phoned to check up on us after, which I've never experienced before. Best yet, the staff remembered my dog two and a half years later. Can't say enough good things about them. The only downside is pricing.

We love Ard-Vista- when we moved here last year, our elderly cat developed blood in her urine. I was dreading taking her in because of the stress she goes through, but the doctor called me, and said that it sounded more like stress than a medical problem- he also stated that a UTI was unlikely due to her prescription diet. He was right, the problem cleared up in less than a day. Since then, Tink and Scout have been regular patients, and we feel completely confident in all the doctors there. The staff is extremely nice also-

I've been bringing my animals here for over 30 years and the quality of care, the kindness and communication of the doctors and staff, is unsurpassed by any vet's office I've seen anywhere. There's a deeply caring atmosphere at Ard-Vista and they've seen my family through numerous pet joys and hardships. Professionalism of their caliber often comes without empathy, but these vets and their team have always been gentle, thoughtful, and gone the extra yard in ways I wouldn't have expected. I feel lucky to have had these folks shepherd my pets through their lives. I can't recommend them higher.

I've been going to Ard-Vista for years. They are great vets and I've rarely had a problem with any care my animals have received. All of the vets are great - we usually see Dr. Lefever who is a gentle and intelligent doctor. I have to say that the staff is totally exceptional. I have been treated with warmth and genuine caring each time I've been in. They coo over the puppies and are so kind when a pet is ill. I have six pets currently and wouldn't go anywhere else.

But the vet maintained a stiff upper lip and accepted my apology. At any rate he managed to obtain a swab with the help of a tenacious young lady. The bill was what I pretty much expected. We'll see if Med's he's given me will make a difference . The only reason I'm not giving this hospital 5 stars is because of the rudeness of the intake clerk and then obviously the misinformation that was written in the dogs chart, apparently written by the rude one. The front desk seemed pretty chaotic and disorganized with six people behind the front desk.

EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! This place is fantastic! They really know their stuff and have so many things to help inform you with! It's scary to trust a a new vet with your new puppy, but I am fully confident in them! They go out of the way to help you with any situation! The prices are extremely good and they aren't the kind of people that try and take your money for things you don't need for your animal. If you have any serious concerns you can call and leave a message for the doctor and they will call you back the same day. We found a small bump on our puppy's thigh and started freaking out like all new "pawrents" do, so we called the vet to see if we needed to take him in right away. Dr. Brian took the time and effort to go through our puppy's file and knew right away what it most likely was, and he was right! Just a small (and normal) reaction to his rabies shot, and it will go away soon. Yay! I knew he had gone through my dogs files since I didn't mention which thigh the lump was on and he said if it's on his right thigh it's from the rabies shot and will go away in two to three weeks. This place is so knowledgeable and so kind, I highly recommend it! I can't thank them enough for their great service.

Was recommended from a friend to go here after moving to the area and have gone with both my pets anytime something comes up. My cat got really sick and Ray at Ard-Vista did a fantastic job of getting him back on his feet. I would say I am regular here as I have to come in for a monthly shot for my cat now. Every time I come the staff greets me with a smile and says hello to my pet. All the vets are great here and patient in answering any questions you might have. They try to save you money when they can and go out of their way for you and your pet. I should note, they offer boarding services here as well, in case you can't find a pet sitter.

They took good care of my cat, but were extremely rude to me as a client. I probably won't be back after today's experience. I was in extreme pain and medicated, found a way through obstacles to bring my cat in, being treated rudely when they charge the amounts they do for treatment, especially when informed of a customer in pain is unacceptable, you would think they could at least attempt at empathy and be professional. Even the Dr. frowned the entire time. I've been in customer service for 15 years and was shocked and dissapointed, the entire staff seemed disinterested in being nice or professional to their clients. I guess they figure since they are good at what they do, they can treat people how ever they feel like. Unacceptable.

This vet is SO nice! I asked my local friends for vet suggestions as we just moved to Winston over the summer. One pet owner suggested Ard-Vista and I am so thankful they did. The girls are the front desk were incredibly sweet and when I was having issues locating my dogs MR they were patient and understanding. My pup also pooped in the lobby and was barking (she gets nervous) and they remained nice and cheerful towards me (even as other customers gave me side eye). The dr was so sweet with her and saw us without an appointment. I LOVE them, I'll be going to them here on out!! :)

I truly cannot say enough about Ard-Vista and especially Dr Jenny Geistler. We transfered our sick and elderly dogs there mid treatment because one in particular was not getting the level of care she needed from Animal Hospital West. We hit the ground running. I immediately felt that I had made the right decision. We stopped doing frequent, expensive, and unnecessary tests. We got meds simplified, and got off expensive unnecessary meds. When our girl's time came, it was a beautiful fall day. We sat out in our van and let our sweet girl enjoy the breeze, relaxing in her own space. Dr. Geistler came out to the van and euthanized her there where she was comfortable. She was amazing through that experience and the next, which was even more complicated. She never judged our decisions and always was available by cell for questions, test results, and emergencies. She is the best I have seen in my decades of dog ownership.

It doesn't matter which vet I see, who answers the phone when I call, or who greets me when I enter the door because every single employee at Ard-Vista is top notch. It just doesn't matter if I'm put on hold, or if Dr. Morrison isn't available, or it the visit costs more than I anticipated. I have confidence that the care my animals receive is the best in town. These vets and employees carry love in their hands, voices and eyes. It's a compassionate clinic from front to back. As an animal lover, that means a lot to me.

I love Ard-Vista! Watson has been followed by Dr. LeFevre for 10 years and Peanut by Dr. Morrison for 9 years, and they are both there this weekend as I had to travel. Wat had eye surgery last Weds so I decided to board him there instead of our normal boarder so they can ensure he stays coned and his meds are given correctly. He did beautifully with this difficult op. The surgery held, the stitching was phenomenal, and my dug has done well since. He phoned to check up on us after, which I've never experienced before. Best yet, the staff remembered my dog two and a half years later. Can't say enough good things about them. The only downside is pricing.

We love Ard-Vista- when we moved here last year, our elderly cat developed blood in her urine. I was dreading taking her in because of the stress she goes through, but the doctor called me, and said that it sounded more like stress than a medical problem- he also stated that a UTI was unlikely due to her prescription diet. He was right, the problem cleared up in less than a day. Since then, Tink and Scout have been regular patients, and we feel completely confident in all the doctors there. The staff is extremely nice also-

I've been bringing my animals here for over 30 years and the quality of care, the kindness and communication of the doctors and staff, is unsurpassed by any vet's office I've seen anywhere. There's a deeply caring atmosphere at Ard-Vista and they've seen my family through numerous pet joys and hardships. Professionalism of their caliber often comes without empathy, but these vets and their team have always been gentle, thoughtful, and gone the extra yard in ways I wouldn't have expected. I feel lucky to have had these folks shepherd my pets through their lives. I can't recommend them higher.

I've been going to Ard-Vista for years. They are great vets and I've rarely had a problem with any care my animals have received. All of the vets are great - we usually see Dr. Lefever who is a gentle and intelligent doctor. I have to say that the staff is totally exceptional. I have been treated with warmth and genuine caring each time I've been in. They coo over the puppies and are so kind when a pet is ill. I have six pets currently and wouldn't go anywhere else.
