DR. ERIC TAYLOR IS THE WORST. WORSE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PET. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN MONEY. Dr. Eric Taylor only cared about money along with the other staff and not about the pet. My dog had a rash and instead of giving him an ointment to cure that, they gave my 4 year old dog heavy dose of steroids shots. Basically KILLED MY DOG.

Saw Dr. Walsh today and was so unbelievably relieved to find a professional, dedicated, logical, and intelligent vet that REALLY cares and has some common sense! She spent a ton of time going over medical advice regarding my pets today. I did not feel rushed and she answered questions and gave clear explanations regarding treatments. She also performed the most thorough exam I've ever seen on my dog. I can highly recommend her to all parents of fur babies! This practice is ethical and I trust them, which is saying a lot. I am a healthcare professional; so I know when I'm dealing with people that are greedy and not reasonable with particular medical advice. Dr. Walsh is a brilliant vet. My dog and I both left very happy. And we will be going back with his brother soon...

I have been taking my dog (Ms.Foxy Brown) to the R.V.H. since I adopted her almost 9 years. My parents also take their pugs (The Pugs) there and always will. We have never had a bad experience. Crystal at the front desk has been there since I started taking Foxy in.We love her, Foxy loves her, and the pugs love her too.She always does her best to get you whatever need. I am a new dog owner and came in with about 20 questions for the vet during our first checkup. She addressed each one in an efficient, clear, and very patient manner. I had to come back at the end of the week because my puppy was sick. The staff was flexible enough to fit an appointment in for us on Friday afternoon and then called first thing the following Monday to check on my puppy. Great and very accommodating staff!

Dr. Taylor and all of the staff at RVH are amazing. Since we started bringing our dogs to see them we've been met with the kindest and friendliest Vets office I have ever encountered. I have never met Dr. Taylor personally but Dr. Ward is incredible and all of the nurses are phenomenal! We had to put our 14 year old lab mix to sleep 3 weeks ago and the compassion and level of professional they displayed was top notch. It was like they lost a loved one as well. They know who we are when come in and it's nice to be greeted with familiarity when you walk through the door. I definitely recommend them highly!

Reynolda vet is a great experience, from the front to vet techs to Dr. Ward and Dr. Taylor. Crystal and Carla are always organized and friendly. They know me, my dogs, and their issues. I'm always scheduled for an appointment promptly. We get there and always get the warmest greeting and never have to wait. The vet techs are always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly with the pups. Dr. Taylor has seen our first dog for a few years and is a great source of knowledge. He would often go out of his way to check in when I dropped by for prescription refills. His level of care, competence, and compassion, I thought, were unmatched. Then, we met Dr. Ward. She is equally fabulous in every way and the perfect addition to the practice. She embodies the level of care, compassion, and knowledge I would expect from a seasoned vet. I enjoy taking my dogs to see them both for care! It is apparent that everyone at this practice loves their job and this makes it a great practice.

I have used Dr. Taylor and his staff for more than a decade - nearly my current dog's whole life. He saw my dog's mother (my first dog) through from our move here to her unfortunate end. Even though she was "handicapped" (a bad leg due to an injury shortly after she was born), Dr. Taylor was always compassionate, and did everything he could to help us keep her quality of life as normal as possible, and he was supportive as we wrestled with tough decisions when we discovered aggressive cancer.
My second dog, now 13 1/2, knows Dr. Taylor and his staff well, and I'm assured that they all treat him well because he always goes to vet visits happy and unafraid, and leaves the same way. They've helped us with everything from the mundane and routine, through acute, nearly-fatal pancreatitis. Patch and I love 'em!

I absolutely love reynolda veterinary hospital. The staff are all extremely friendly and the doctors are excellent. I was able to call them when my dog was injured on vacation and get their opinion on what interventions and medications they would recommend for my dog. I was so glad that I called because the other vet was overcharging me and I never would have known. I feel that both my dog and I get top quality service here. I am so grateful for RVH and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the winston salem area.

I had to come back at the end of the week because my puppy was sick. I have never met Dr. Taylor personally but Dr. Ward is incredible and all of the nurses are phenomenal! I have used Dr. Taylor and his staff for more than a decade - nearly my current dog's whole life. He saw my dog's mother (my first dog) through from our move here to her unfortunate end. Even though she was "handicapped" (a bad leg due to an injury shortly after she was born), Dr. Taylor was always compassionate, and did everything he could to help us keep her quality of life as normal as possible, and he was supportive as we wrestled with tough decisions when we discovered aggressive cancer.
My second dog, now 13 1/2, knows Dr. Taylor and his staff well, and I'm assured that they all treat him well because he always goes to vet visits happy and unafraid, and leaves the same way. They've helped us with everything from the mundane and routine, through acute, nearly-fatal pancreatitis. Patch and I love 'em!

I absolutely love reynolda veterinary hospital. The staff are all extremely friendly and the doctors are excellent. I was able to call them when my dog was injured on vacation and get their opinion on what interventions and medications they would recommend for my dog. I was so glad that I called because the other vet was overcharging me and I never would have known. I feel that both my dog and I get top quality service here. I am so grateful for RVH and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the winston salem area.
