Diamond was adopted from a shelter and was sent to a clinic to get spayed. Although they were a good clinic t it was much too far from our house so we decided to take her to Southside to have her stitches removed. He would not do it the first time giving the excuse they weren't ready. The next time he removed them but found another excuse for an appointment. He kept coming up with appointment after appointment dollaring us to death. They were always kind, but very money hungry. I a.have met many others who have said the same thing. They profess to be good Christians, but don't behave like it. Too Greedy. Read Less

I called around to see if anybody could manage to handle an emergency visit, and Southside was willing and able to do it. He was willing to see if it was possible to keep the mouse alive, though unfortunately the mouse only was able to hang on a few more hours. Read Less

I raced to the nearest vet, OSO was 60 lbs. of dead weight and he was unconscious I pulled up at the front doors of the Southside Clinic and several staff members and Dr. Emerson rushed out, held the door and carried my dog in. They were working on him while they asked me questions. No time was wasted. They saved my dog's life. I now take both dogs to them. I trust them. If I take a pet in it's because I love my pet so why would I not want tests done if it will help my dog to have a happy healthy life.Read Less

Be sure to ask for an estimate up front because these folks will run up a bill on you mighty fast. My elderly parents brought their dog in because he wasn't eating and just lethargic. They ran test after test and prescribed several medications, totaling over $300. We ultimately bought a flea collar for $20 and he felt much better after a few days. I even called back and gave them the opportunity to rectify the situation and they weren't interested.Read Less

He was willing to see if it was possible to keep the mouse alive, though unfortunately the mouse only was able to hang on a few more hours. Read Less
