Very disappointed, will not go back. When I came in for a wellness check for my dog I asked if I should weigh him, they said if you want to. Really! My old vet that was the first thing done. We are new at the clinic and the vet tech we never introduced herself to me, hardly noticed my dog. Never let him sniff her and she didnt interact with him. Just started asking questions. Had vacations ready for ones that where not needed till Dec? This is June why would I do them 6 months early? Vet finally came in 20 minutes after appt time. My dog was the only pet there that I saw and no other cars in the lot. Dr never introduced herself either. She did at least pet my dog and looked at his ears. We talked about treatment and she walked out. Never looked at anything else, eyes, teeth or check his heart. I was very upset and they did refund my office exam cost. They lost my business of 3 large dogs and will never go back. I went there for many years, then when on of the vets opened her own place followed her and will go back there. Bit more of a drive from South Fargo but worth it. Read Less

We love Valley Vet. We have used them twice now. Once when our dog was ill and once for a normal visit and vaccinations. When our dog was sick they gave me options for a treatment plan and let me decide what I wanted to do. I thought prices were low compared to other vets we have used in the past, that combined with the level of care they give makes this the perfect place! All of the staff truly seem to care about the animals and enjoy what they do. We will happily continue to use Valley Vet! Read Less

I have taken my two cats here for years. I had heard many things before going and after about high prices and such. First off, I want to say I've seen other vet bills and really, Valley is not crazy off on prices. My husband and I recently adopted a cat retiring from a nursing home. He had been having health issues with incontinence that the nursing home couldn't quite figure out. We brought him in and an x-ray later, we were able to know what was going on and started treatment. He started a supplement and almost a month later, he has had no re-occurrence of the health problems he had been having! He is more active then ever as well. We are truly grateful and would guess that this active senior kitty is as well. We will continue using this wonderful vet location where everybody knows their name. Read Less
