Best vet ever. As busy and stressful as their job is, they ALWAYS take the time to communicate with you, figure out what is wrong with your pet and offer empathy. Nothing from our visit could have been better. I appreciate how friendly and genuine every single person was. It was clear that people want to be there and are invested in their patients. My time with Lisa and Dr. James was exactly what I’ve been looking for and I felt like they wanted to be partners with me to care for my dogs. They both took time to hear my concerns, answer my questions, and educate me about options. They made effort to make my dog feel comfortable and I never felt rushed or like they were pushing me through to get to their next appointment. my mom has always brought my dog here since they opened, so when i got bunnies and found out that they offer exotic animal care here, i knew two rivers would be a great choice for my boys. they got fixed the other day and i was a very worried bunny mom, but the staff called me right after surgery to let me know everything had went well and my bunnies were doing great. i got a follow up call today to make sure my buns are still doing okay and to see if i had any questions. awesome care, awesome customer service. i won't bring my boys anywhere else! It's a wonderful place to take your animals!! The staff there are friendly and amazing as well as the vet doctor . At our very first appointment she diagnosed something that our previous vet had missed for six years and it turns out she was right. My dog had been in pain and I didn't even know it. After surgery my dog is healthier happier and can't stop giving us love. This is a great Veterinary Clinic and I would recommend it to anyone. Read Less

Thank you to Dr. Abby and everyone at Two Rivers Veterinary Hospital for taking such great care of our french bulldog mix Lola after she incurred a significant laceration to her paw. We initially tried to get her into our regular vet and they had no availability for days. I called several other vet clinics in town as well with no luck. We've been with Dr. Hoggarth since she first moved to Fargo and with Two Rivers since they opened. Staff is always friendly and professional, and they really to the extra mile to find out what's going on with our animals (we've had some crazy things happen that could have gotten missed, but didn't because the veterinarians and staff are always thinking!) I recently brought in both of my dogs and my cat for dental work and was very impressed. Each staff member is incredibly caring and kind; I had no reservations about leaving my animals with them for their procedures. The doctor called me throughout the day with updates to let me know each pet's status and what needed to be done as far as extraction, etc. There were no surprises with the bill, it was well within the range quoted to me at my pre-dental visit. The facilities are really nice and well-maintained; I enjoyed the asthetic choices made in the newer building. The doctors are really knowledgeable and great at explaning everything to a variety of veterinary knowledge levels. Highly recommend!! Read Less

I just moved to Fargo from Phoenix. I called at 9am in the morning and was immediately give an appointment for my dog that same afternoon. I was greeted at the door and doctor was called immediately. Dr. Hoggarth was friendly, smiling and did a complete exam. I have been to MANY vets....I have been pressured to do services I did not want to do. THIS IS NOT THAT KIND OF OFFICE. I'm not sure if I'm going back. Cat had dental surgery and nail trim...they cut the nails too short, drew blood and didn't tell me. Also, no follow up phone call the next day, like they said, and I was waiting for it...I had many concerns--nail trim, the pain medication, and my cat's reaction when I brought her home.
