My boyfriend and I have been cat owners for a little over a year now. We initially chose this vet based on the proximity to our home and have not been disappointed. We had a lot of health issues with one of our cats and ended up bringing her in a lot. All of the staff were absolutely amazing with us- the front desk, the vet tech and the veterinarian herself.    Our cat ended up with an incurable disease and passed recently. Dr. Amy Anderson was wonderful through the entire experience. During the initial vet visit she throughly explained all tests that would be done(advising of costs beforehand) and possible outcomes. She was great about returning phone calls when test results took quite awhile to come back and let us know the process. When the test results came in she was extremely compassionate with the bad news. She profusely apologized and was very sincere. When we brought her in for cremation the front desk staff was amazing as well. They came out to our car to get her and brought her in through a back door, thank you Sheila. Shortly after, I received a card signed by all of the staff giving their condolences and even copies of our cats paw prints. I cannot thank them enough for how sweet they were. I will say the cost can be a bit steep, but if your pets are important the price is worth it. This vet is amazing and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Read Less

My husband and I just moved from WI and our baby (chocolate lab) got conjunctivitis in her eyes. We have always taken a more natural holistic approach, and use to take the dog to a natural bet in WI. I have done A LOT of research, and I told them that we had her on a raw diet that we make (with supplements and fruits, veggies, and oils - Dr. Karen Becker formula). Both the tech AND the vet turned there nose up and literally said, "oh no, yuck" and told me that raw diets aren't good for dogs and aren't well balanced. They spoke down to me the entire time. I am literally appalled! Read Less

The lady at the front seemed snotty the vet tech and the vet seemed nice. They charged 2x as much for a urinalysis than my previous vet. I just needed my dog to get updated with 3 shots and her annual exam and they kept adding things onto the bill when she's perfectly healthy for her age. At first I was expecting the bill to be around $100 but it ended up being almost $300. I won't be returning. Read Less
