Great veteranaries, but be prepared to wait a little while. They also are willing to recognize our pets while important to us are still pets and so surgery and high level testing (ultrasounds, KRIs, etc.) is not the first round of treatment, unless you ask for it. Brought my dog aspen here to have her surgery scheduled or stone removal and they are gettin her in Monday and they had the best price all around! This will now be her new doctor! My sister-in-law referred me to Dr. Southard when my 100 llb 10 year old rottweiler had an inter-digital tumor on his paw. From scheduling, care, cost, I couldn't have been more happy with them. Also took care of checking teeth and pulling a few while he was under for the other procedure b/c he could see issues with 2 of them. This place represents everything good about a country vet. No over priced services or sales pitches, and I never feel ripped off. Smart, practical, no nonsense animal care. Kind and gentle natured docs and techs. (Although the long time receptionist IS a bit gruff) We've taken all our dogs there for the past 15 years. Dr. Southard is by far one the best vets! He is not all about money and truly cares for you and your pets! We have taken pups for check ups to regular check ups surgeries to even losses and he has been wonderful everytime. We have been taking our pets here for around 13 years.  Back when it was only one vet, Dr. Southard.  Now there are 3 vets, Dr. Southard, Dr. Anderson, and Dr.. Jenkins.  All of them have cared for our animals and I think all of them are wonderful.  Dr. Southard has such a kind way about him and it calms the pets so much.  Dr. Anderson has a soft spot for the "old guys" and always treats them with respect and such care.  Dr. Jenkins has a fresh new approach as she is young and takes the initiative to "try something".  We will keep going here as long as they are there to provide care for our pets!
