Vets are fine, but service is pricey and overcharges too much for medicine. On top of that, sold us a cleaning solution for almost double what can be purchased elsewhere and would not take a return. Will never step in this place again and will discourage anybody that wants to give them a chance. Customer service does not seem something they care much about. Read Less

I would not take "my kids" anywhere else. I brought my little dog Emma in on Friday (got me in right away). She is doing so much better in just two days. The people are wonderful and the service is great. The vet even called the next day to check on how Emma was doing. It's so nice to have my little ones be more than "just a dog"--- these people really care. Read Less

I have had nothing but the best experience every time I bring my cats in. I adopted a very sick, pregnant cat who turned out to be Feline Leukemia positive and had the most severe diarrhea (almost hourly) ever imaginable. The staff and doctors at Aurora Veterinary Clinic were helpful, patient, and attentive to my every need and phone call (and there were A LOT of them). This severely sick 1 year old Himalayan gave birth to six beautiful kittens, nursed them, and was the best mother to them, but still very sick. After 12 weeks, we separated her from her kittens and began new medications for her. In the end, the Feline Leukemia was fought off and turned dormant in the mother! After many grueling months of waiting, we finally got news that the kittens were disease free as well - they never caught it! After noticing parasites in the kittens stool that was dormant in the mother, all kittens and mother were treated, neutered, spayed, and are now 100% healthy. It was truly a kitten and mother miracle story in the end, and I credit their recovery to the team and doctors at Aurora Veterinary Clinic. Thank you all so much!!!Read Less

The absolute best place to bring your fur babies for all of their needs , the staff are so professional , caring and sympathetic to your pets needs . I want to thank them for taking great care of my Yogi bear who had some major dental problems ,they were wonderful to him and to us . We were charged at our last visit for things we haven't even had done yet, and we were not told we were being charged for it! They have done multiple things wrong and inappropriate for a business, and we will not be going back. Especially because they charged me for something I haven't even done for my cat... thanks for over charging just to get more money. Not even going to mention how their vets get 38 dollars for standing there and looking at your animal. Read Less

I came in for an emergency visit for my cat that had broken his leg, needless to say, stressful day for everyone involved. The facility is very clean and well maintained but most importantly is the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They even went out of their way to send a hand written "Get Well Soon" card. Our beagle Bentley was hit by a car during a busy morning (garage sale) on our street, the driver hit him and took off. Neighbors chased after the car, while my family tended to him. My son and his girlfriend took him to Aurora Vet Clinic where they took great care of Bentley, while making the experience less traumatic for all. To make it even worse, my husband and I were out of town when this happened. Thanks Dr. Robin Rosen-Sharp and staff for your rapid response, attention and loving care that you gave Bentley and my family. Had a kitten that was ok but sick. They insisted on giving it a full round of shots. It died. Others have told me that all the shots weakened it more and we should never have done that. RIP kitty. :( Read Less

Aurora vet clinic has knowledgeable and trustworthy vets and technicians. The entire staff is friendly and caring. I travel with my little guy from Cleveland to have him seen here. Worth the drive to receive excellent pet care. Dr. Caires and Dr. Burns have always been very helpful and loving to my cat. I just want to say thank you to everyone who works here at this clinic. I did my shadowing at the Aurora Veterinary Clinic and have just completed my first year of veterinary school at The Ohio State University. The veterinarians and staff were extremely knowledgeable and caring. They see numerous odd and out-of-the-ordinary cases and are able to adapt/navigate through the peculiarities of each case with a level of percision unseen in other disciplines. Their compassion and professionalism exceeds expectations. They also treat each deceased animal with as much respect as anyone would have toward a human. I have been a customer of the Aurora Vet Clinic since 1991. Over the years they have taken care of our five dogs and nine cats. I can not say enough positive things about this group of people. The vets, techs and the rest of the healthcare team are not only compassionate but are extremely progressive and professional. I trust them and I know when I bring one of my four legged kids to them that they are going to get the best care without question!! Our last five dogs have all been cared for by Aurora Vet Clinic. I'm not going to comment on fees or costs, those are too subjective and truely not a focus when it comes to caring for our pets. All of our dogs have been, in one way or another, rescues. Having a mixture of Great Danes and St. Bernards tends to make your veterinary needs "Large" to say the least. We have taken our dogs for their first Vet visits at the Aurora clinic and said our last goodbyes to them there as well. How our dogs are treated and how we are treated is what matters to us. I hope to be able to have Aurora Vet clinic care for all of my dogs, now and in the future! Read Less

She is a really caring vet who listened to what I was sayng and she actually solved a problem that had been going for a few weeks that my other vet didn't.
