Previously used PetSmart but they said they could no longer do my English Springer spaniel because of the medication she is taking. This place was recommended to me. So glad I found this place. My dog came out looking and smelling so good.

Just picked up my dog from Polished Paws grooming salon. She was dropped off this morning before I went to work. They knew they would have her for the day. The lady brought her out, and then noticed that my dog had been left in the crate so long that she had peed on herself. She is a well trained dog, crate trained as a puppy and has not went in the house since she was a baby. The lady that brought her out SAID they had forgotten to take her out. The poor thing peed for a goo...d 2 minutes when I got her outside and drank a full bowl of water when she got home. They gave me excuses and even stated, maybe she was given a water bowl she spilled on herself. Apparently not. So she was there 8 hours with no bathroom break or water, and then they lied to me about it. The last time she went there, about 6 weeks ago, she caught kennel cough, when she is supposed to be vaccinated against it. We had already stopped using their daycare and boarding because we did not trust the care and the last vet we saw was very uncaring, it was not her usual vet. We have been going there for 5 years. The care has went down and down and is terrible now. I came home crying thinking about her stuck in that crate and knowing she was crying to be let out. The front desk lady said she did not know what to say except sorry and the one they brought out to 'talk' to me only lied. I am not a person that yells. We will not be using this organization again and I will make sure to tell everyone about the lousy care my dog received. Mehr anzeigen
